呢個真係無得輸!絕對要推介🤤!!!肉質嫩滑又惹味,算係我食燒春雞咁多年最好味最有驚喜既一次😀濃濃香草味滲入雞肉入面,加上表面脆香蒜粒與麵包糠,每啖都好滑好香又juicy👍🏻黎到一定要試!

I haven't had such an awful dinner for so long.


This was my first time visiting this restaurant since I saw the reviews on Open Rice were pretty good. We arrived at around 7PM and the Floor Manager arranged us to sit outside the restaurant area which was fine since we did not make any reservations and saw the tables inside were quite packed. I tried to order around 10 minutes after seated and waved to a waitress, the waitress gave us a signal that she would come over but another table of customers waved to her as well after, so she went to that table instead and forgot about us and never came back until I waved to her again! I felt really speechless about this.


So we ordered a Mike's Chicken, Spaghetti Portuguese and a Bacalhau & Cabbage. The Chicken arrived at 7:38PM which the serving time was ok because they served us fresh bread. However, we waited until 7:52PM for the Spaghetti. Then, the Cabbage never arrived until we tried to ask the Manager to follow up. The Manager didn't try to inform us about the dish. We finished up all our food and decided to cancel the order. We waited for 45 minutes for a Cabbage dish lol what a joke.
The Manager didn't even try to apologise and just said she will cancel it for us. We couldn't wait to leave the restaurant after.

In this process during the dinner I had with my companion, there were at least 4 times the waiters approached wrongly to our table and gave us the wrong food.
When the waitress came over and served the wrong plate again, she said "OH MY GOD!" and left, I actually wanted to tell her OMG too lol. My companion asked a waitress for a new napkin, as expected, she left without returning after saying Yes lol gotta ask her twice just to get a piece of napkin. 

The food tasted ok, but not really impressing compared to the price and totally not worth your money if you paid this price for any menu items and looking forward for some good or at least a standard customer service at a restaurant located at a shopping mall. 


We had expectations before arriving this restaurant and saw they had a TV playing their opening ceremony of Mike's Kitchen wishing for success. Unfortunately, when your customer service is not playing well in the game, the restaurant won't run long no matter how nice your food are. 

If you are willing to wait forever for each of your dish to arrive one by one with awful customer service, then go ahead. 


I will choose not to return to this restaurant until their service has improved or at least reached the standard of customer service. 


P.S. Decor: I didn't even have the chance to walk into the restaurant to take a look at their interior apart from observing the service of staffs because they needed you to wait for so long after you finished each dish that you have to stare at them and see if the dishes they were serving were for you or not lol. 
Other Info. : Customer service did not meet the standard, food was alright. Their orders in serving dishes were so messed up.

葡萄牙風乾臘腸
首先店家會以火把外層烤香,目的是讓外層腸衣更易嚼開,經理說他們選用的是較合適香港人食用,選擇的這一種是沒有太鹹,入口肉質紮實,味道尚算濃厚,腸衣真的烤香脆後更易入口。

烤焗深海大鱸魚
店家採用是英國足7Kg的深海大鱸魚,這個鱸魚以烤焗形式烹調,煮熟後肉汁還鎖緊在魚肉內,魚肉嫩滑白皙不再話,那秘製醬汁才是靈魂所在,帶點蒜香味夾雜著牛油香,入口餘香誘人,這夜我被鱸魚深深吸引了。

非洲蝦配蒜蓉包/香葉飯

非洲蝦的醬汁是帶點微辣的,蝦球鮮甜爽彈,配上蒜蓉包更有層次,用上那醬汁拌香葉飯更吸引,香葉飯口感雖然有點硬身,但加上醬汁更吸引。

傳統免治牛配白飯
在葡萄牙人家庭中是必定會的家常菜,免治牛炒至乾身,加上走油的薯仔粒,配上一隻太陽蛋,食用時應把蛋液混上所有配料再拌上白飯,入口蛋液稠密加上免治牛肉和薯仔粒更有口感,其實我是位不拆不扣的薯仔控,所以很愛吃這道菜。

店家是用上酥皮紙包上蘋果蓉餡料,肉桂味不算太重身,外層酥皮紙輕身不算脆的,那球 雲呢拿籽雪糕味道濃郁。

Real Companhia Velha Lagrima White Port

The Douro indigenous grape varieties make this white port very aromatic and with a huge intensity and freshness. Sweet and structured, full of fruity flavor, with a long and persistent finish.

最後要好好介紹這瓶酒在葡萄牙Port 酒很有名,有名甜品酒,女士們也不怕,入口不會太濃烈,比較溫和,吃過三種甜品再喝上些White Port 這一夜就完滿了……

白日夢雞尾酒 ($68/杯,$280/瓶)

在Mike's Kitchen,葡萄酒選擇不少,不過對於不太懂酒的我,的確是新推的白砵酒,以及由白砵酒加上tonic water和薄荷葉調製的雞尾酒「MC Dream白日夢」最合心意。

白砵酒的酒精成分達19%,一點也不低,不過入口卻是十分香甜,完全不搶喉,很好喝,女孩子偶一不慎杯接杯的話,很容易就會喝醉。

不想喝太多酒精,可以飲白日夢,加了tonic water後味道沒有那麼濃烈,還配上士多啤梨和薄荷葉,單是造型已經夠吸睛,女孩子必點!

平時很怕沙甸魚,尤其是罐頭那種,怕腥,但這碟BB沙甸魚炸得香脆,有點像肥美的多春魚,連幼骨都可以吃進肚子,送酒一流。

中國人的臘腸是甜的,葡萄牙的風乾臘腸卻鹹得多,肥肉較少,肉質較實淨。這一盤上桌時會點著小火輕烤,令腸皮更香脆。

葡式滋味多士,其實是三重芝士配以芥辣和朱古力醬,很特別;朱古力蝦則是將大蝦酥炸後淋上高級朱古力醬,都好好吃呀!

同阿姨去尖沙咀購物,不過無收獲。。。唯有食餐好,開心一下。放假前夕,周圍都迫滿人,本來想試的日本餐廳排長龍,最後轉戰這間收藏已久的葡國餐廳。坐在較外面的沙發位,感覺使人放鬆。食物很好,而且服務不錯,印象良好。* 炸馬介休球 *很香口的前菜,看似炸得有點過了,不過食落很美味。* 烤沙甸魚 *沒有切頭,亦沒有起鱗肚,是很地道的做法。不錯。* 紅沙律 *有士多啤梨、車厘茄、葡萄、紅椒、紅洋蔥… 甜甜的,很清新。* 葡式烤焗黑毛豬 *很喜歡這個。豬肉腍身,肉味濃,不太肥。下次會再叫!* Banana ginger wrap *香蕉加上Glazed ginger,味道很有趣。卷的兩頭只有皮沒有餡,口感差了點。
