我唔係d咩食評人!但是我知道心情差食咩都唔會覺得好食!我第一次幫襯,已經知道老闆娘態度唔好!想帶個蛋糕來切同媽咪慶祝生日,佢話唔可以用店內的碟食蛋糕因為洗唔甩d蛋糕色又油,甘我老公就去買紙碟、膠叉連垃圾也要自己收拾好拎出去掉都唔係問題!今晚是慶祝我仔同侄女生日還有我提早和我爸爸慶祝父親節!訂左枱,訂枱時無講明有限時間吃飯,只係話最低消費每人一百蚊!我地的確遲左十分鐘,老闆娘一如往常的黑口面!當我地叫完餸老闆娘才説明有限時只有一個半小時吃飯!食飯其間不斷打擾,不斷催促想趕我地走!但是當時店內只有一對情侶,也沒有人在等位!令到全家也食很好唔開心!令到我爸爸也十分之唔愉快!比錢仲要買難受!

Surprisingly not many reviews despite being opened for 2 years.  The lady boss was a nice person and we ordered sweet & sour pork, choy sam  and a salted fish fried rice. The ordered was huge for two of us and we managed to finish it as we are super hungry. Overall, I would say this is one of my best meal for my stays in hong kong this week

也好一陣子沒有寫中文的博文,2018想給自己一點挑戰,就從頭開始吧,工作上也要常用上中文,何況我也是中國人呀,大概沒有藉口不寫中文就是了,時間許可的話就中英都寫吧!難得有時間,我倆喝畢咖啡後就吃晚餐了,中途出了些狀況但最重要是我們都坐下來吃晚餐,時間不多,就該好好把握共處的時光吧!這家明豐粵菜館,聞說是前嶺南大廚出來開的店,就在西營盤站走幾分鐘就到,位置很方便,大部份小菜都只是雙位數就點到!雖然只得我們倆但都點些我們愛吃的,最後點了兩肉一菜,加一份糯米飯,再分喝一碗湯,吃盛就留明天當午餐吧! 老火湯有青紅蘿蔔煲瘦肉,面也有點油份,但喝起來很甜也沒有很膩,我家沒有住家湯的,有見到都總會點上一碗。 接著是咕嚕肉,見到推薦的鑊仔煎豬排心癢想吃,難得身邊人說想吃咕嚕肉,也就來一份喔!肉半肥瘦,粉漿有點厚但掛汁與味道也很恰當,拿它來下飯準沒錯吧!另外點上的魚香茄子則是大愛作品,咸魚與肉碎加上茄子煮得惹味非暴力,雖然這菜油份很高但美食當前難以抗拒!再來是炒豆苗,火候不錯,份量也足,點了兩大盤肉也要吃點菜平衡一下吧!最後來一份生炒糯米飯!臘味份量不多但有蔥花,花生與肉鬆,味道配合也不錯!份量很大最後

接著是咕嚕肉,見到推薦的鑊仔煎豬排心癢想吃,難得身邊人說想吃咕嚕肉,也就來一份喔!肉半肥瘦,粉漿有點厚但掛汁與味道也很恰當,拿它來下飯準沒錯吧!

另外點上的魚香茄子則是大愛作品,咸魚與肉碎加上茄子煮得惹味非暴力,雖然這菜油份很高但美食當前難以抗拒!

吃畢與老闆加上主廚閒話家常,原來想當年他是住在我家附近的後山那邊,和他閒聊舊日的荃灣再講粵菜講飲食,實在是愉快的一夜。

埋單只是3百多,份量足4位吃,是十年前的價格嗎?很快要再來,下回吃這裡的鹽焗雞!

這區吃小菜飯店不多, 有都係麻麻地, 所以明豐就好爆棚, 老闆係大厨, 一定會好比心機, 自己生意嘛, 唔好食就冇下次㗎。因為地方不大, 人手不多所以餐牌菜式也不多, 但勝在夠鑊氣。試過幾次自己買魚去蒸, 次次都掂; 咕嚕肉入面真係肉不是肥膏, 酸甜茨味道剛好, 不會太酸; 北菇鵝掌有5掌5菇 加碟菜就剛好。冬天仲有生炒糯米飯(大份量)及羊腩煲(試過係超值)。最好係平時日子早点去啦, 多人最好訂位。

最後埋單,不收茶芥加一,連汽水及白飯每人HK$133,仲有一盒牛腩及半碟牛河打包,抵到裂。

補充:牛河第二日翻「叮」都仍然好食。
