為咗提前慶祝母親節,我哋一家人去咗流浮山嘅明記酒家。首先,店員嘅服務態度真係好好,令人感到好舒服。食物方面:龍躉兩食(重五斤)嘅表現就有得講。第一種做法係抄西芹,呢個做法保持咗龍躉嘅鮮味。第二種做法係炸魚骨,炸得香脆,有口感。芝士龍蝦伊麵嘅味道好正,龍蝦肉質鮮甜,芝士味重,伊麵軟硬度適中。薑蔥炒蟹同豉油王大蝦都係好吸引,海鮮嘅新鮮度都好高。蟹肉鮮甜。豉油王大蝦味道夠。豉汁炒蟶子配煎米粉底係一個創意菜式,味道好特別,不過煎米粉底部分有啲油膩,如果可以減少油分就更加健康。豆腐魚湯,呢個免費嘅小心意真係好貼心。湯頭清甜,豆腐同魚肉嘅組合簡單而美味。總結,明記酒家嘅食物質素同服務都算係好好。 continue reading

今日情人節 因為去下白泥睇日落 所以順路去流浮山食海鮮之前去開都係同屋企人去另一間餐廳,明記都係第一次食。所以去之前都睇左youtube介紹 留意下要注意啲咩 有咩好食咁。。。 豉椒炒蟶子米粉底 😋: 2.5/5呢個睇youtube個時好期待 但味道普通 唔夠汁大排檔仲炒得香啲 同埋一拎上到已經唔夠熱油鹽焗蟹 2/5Um…唔夠鹽 唔明點解會唔夠 呢個明明係個精粹🥴辣酒煮花螺 😋: 2/5之前喺另一間食過嘅辣酒煮花螺 係好惹味 辣得好過癮。但今次喺明記食呢一個辣酒煮花螺,完全冇辣味,剩係得花雕酒嘅味!生炒骨 😋:3.5/5相對地生炒骨比較有鑊氣,即使凍咗都唔會淋炸得好脆今晚買咗三款海鮮 加工費$240 總數900 去流浮山呢個價錢係好抵,但下次我應該唔會再食呢間 continue reading

嚟流浮山食海鮮,嚟咗有2010米芝蓮推介嘅明記海鮮酒家。餐廳喺‘海味街’嘅中段,門面唔算太起眼。門口附近有貼米芝蓮推介同埋其他有關嘅推介、報道。海鮮基本上都係時價,價錢要當日問先知。門口有多個魚缸俾人睇,睇啱可以問當日價錢。我哋今次就食咗蝦、蟹、蠔、鮑魚、班腩、油菜同埋炒飯。海鮮湯一入到嚟坐低,未叫餸就會俾咗一碗海鮮湯先。佢基本上係魚湯嚟嘅,飲落有好香濃嘅魚味,絕非一般味精魚湯可比。原本見佢賣相一般又係一坐低就送嘅,都冇咩期望,以為都係一般例湯嗰啲,估唔到竟然咁好味。豉油皇蝦打頭陣係豉油皇蝦。餐廳都有貼介紹佢嘅poster。蝦肉爽口。調味惹味,除咗豉油仲有好香嘅蒜、洋蔥味。最鍾意食呢啲夠鑊氣嘅爆炒小菜。推介。油鹽焗奄仔蟹 蟹季嚟到當然要食流浮山出名嘅奄仔蟹。呢間嘅奄仔蟹調味做得好唔錯,咸香惹味適中亦滲入蟹肉。奄仔蟹啲骨同殼都比較軟,蟹殼餐廳已經整碎咗,蟹骨用手就整得爛,食上嚟好方便。酥炸生蠔流浮山除咗奄仔蟹,蠔都好出名。所以炸蠔都係其中一樣我哋好期待嘅菜式。可能期望愈大失望愈大,估唔到佢竟然會成為今餐最失望嘅菜式。佢嘅炸粉超厚、冇味道宜且油膩,蠔嘅大細亦只有拇指咁大。失望。果皮蒸鮑魚一般蒸鮑魚嘅味。鮑魚新鮮。紅炆班頭腩魚肉新鮮。調味適中。推介。油菜油菜新鮮爽口,食完咁多海鮮清一清。招牌粉飯意外地好味。炒飯粒粒分明,亦唔油膩。好手勢,推介。流浮山食海鮮多數時價,原本都有擔心俾人開天價。幸運地遇上呢間老實,冇出咩蠱惑招,嚟流浮山嘅話可以考慮一試。 continue reading

第一次去流浮山食見到OpenRice排第一於是就去咗正大街要行入少少餐廳環境就一般啦,比較大排檔 唔見到有餐牌餐廳養咗啲海鮮 自己叫 要問姐姐價錢講真,第一下聽到價錢有啲嚇親(可能我見識少)不過確實好味嘅 海鮮新鮮煮唔錯買單六位七個餸,二千六上嚟食飯,應該叫抵食吧??龍蝦,一斤多啲 份量比足 上湯伊麵好味叫碟菜$70份 講真又唔貴埋單唔記得影價錢淨係喺出面叫完海鮮計價應該就唔係呢個數可能有加工費,同埋茶位 唔肯定 不過滿足咁食完就算了上菜之前有個魚湯,食完有橙 話係送的台台都有 continue reading
