Iced salted lemon honey was sweet and cooling, very refreshing. Iced ovaltine was sweet, with strong cocoa taste.
Curry beef brisket rice - The curry was thick in texture, going well with the rice. Curry was fragrant and flavourful, and beef brisket was cooked till tender and soft, with potato bits in it as well.
Pig liver in tomato soup with noodle - Pig liver was cooked till chewy and smooth, just nice. The chef was generous with the serving of tomato, covering the whole bowl. The soup was sweet, absorbing the essence of the tomato. Noodle was chewy and smooth as well.
Fishball soup - Fishball was chewy and smooth, able to taste the freshness. There were fishball and fishcake in it.
Mala ox tongue - Ox tongue was chewy and tender, with mala sauce sprayed over it, making it spicy and flavourful.
Pig blood curd with white radish - Pig blood curd was very soft and smooth, almost melting in my mouth. White radish was soft and juicy as well, absorbing the essence of the soup.
