自從5月去完bangkok之後,返到黎就對泰菜念念不忘,泰國菜係香港其實都好common..但每次我都要揀九龍城,係芸芸咁多泰菜餐廳,最後選擇左小曼谷門口岩岩係沙中線既出入口,以為人流會較少,2點鐘入坐,都有7成滿!侍應好好,入座時卡位occupied晒,之後到落單有卡位空出,就會主動offer幫我地轉!2個人叫左3樣野, 馬拉盞炒通菜,青檸汁蒸烏頭,泰皇咖哩法包軟殼蟹再加2杯飲品馬拉盞炒通菜~呢度既通菜充滿住炒蒜香、蝦米、紅椒,好香口好惹味泰皇咖哩法包軟殼蟹~一上台就已經覺得好吸晴,軟殼蟹份量好足夠,蟹味都濃郁!法包熱辣辣,中間包住滿瀉既黃咖哩,一啖包一啖蟹,食唔停口仲食到好飽青檸汁蒸烏頭~呢碟係我最愛,小曼谷既蒸烏頭一d泥味都無!好值得加許!而且仲要跟明爐上,一直keep住溫度,冬天食應該更正!個汁我最欣賞,青檸汁,酸酸辣辣,我直頭當湯咁飲左好多啖,魚腩肥美肉滑,158蚊CP值好高!雪梨沙冰+青檸梳打~本來想叫西瓜沙冰,但已經賣晒,轉左要雪梨,都好清甜,都會食到雪梨肉,唔錯!青檸梳打就好有青檸味,如果多d氣就會再正d!整體來說,是可以encore既泰菜館

青檸汁蒸烏頭~呢碟係我最愛,小曼谷既蒸烏頭一d泥味都無!好值得加許!而且仲要跟明爐上,一直keep住溫度,冬天食應該更正!個汁我最欣賞,青檸汁,酸酸辣辣,我直頭當湯咁飲左好多啖

九龍城不嬲都有好多泰國餐廳,但我都係鐘情於小曼谷。今次嚟到就叫咗個泰式黃金蝦、泰式拼盤同金邊粉。見到個黃金蝦就知佢有幾重料,啲蛋黃完全舖滿晒咁多隻蝦,好香呀,又啖啖肉。而拼盤就有蝦餅、魚餅、春卷同荷葉包雞。(嗰日冇荷葉包雞,用咗另一種雞去代替) 我就叫咗個小拼盤,每款有兩件,如果兩個人食就啱啱好,唔使爭。另外,個泰式金邊粉係非常非常非常入味。我不嬲去食泰國餐廳都會食金邊粉,但呢間係可以比滿分。嘢飲方便就叫左芒果冰沙同青檸冰沙,係呢個炎炎夏日,唔飲番杯冰沙真係唔得點掂呀。

今日同阿媽去左九龍城行街,差唔多5點我地已經肚餓了,再加上條街好熱,所以就提早食晚飯~經過見到隻公仔,吸引到我望呢間泰國鋪。老實說,除非係食開邊間或者知邊幾間好食,如果好似我地咁兩樣都唔係既,對我地黎講間間都無分別。亦都好彩有呢隻公仔,等我會留意到呢間餐廳!入去坐嗰時時間仲好早,所以唔多客,望落唔算好迫。(我地6:30食完嗰時已經坐左9成)西瓜沙冰,好香西瓜味,亦都好清甜,唔似落左糖水。泰式青檸梳打,稍為甜左啲,唔係太酸,不過好清新。蟹肉雞絲魚肚羹煲,一黎到好大煲,仲要用鐵煲裝住可以保存温度耐啲。大煲到夠每人裝兩碗。煲野仲要好足料,成煲都係魚肚,蟹肉唔算多,但飲落都好香蟹味,完全唔洗落醋已經好夠味。呢煲野緊係值得推介!青芒果絲沙律荀殼魚,落單嗰時店員有問到啲汁洗唔洗分開上,好彩佢有問,如果唔係阿媽應該食唔到,因為啲汁係比較辣。魚炸到面係脆,但啲肉都仲係好嫩好滑,無糟蹋到荀殼既肉質!泰式煎蠔餅,啲蠔仔都好大隻,而且佢啲粉唔係落得多,所以好香蛋味~正!
