椰皇沙冰是L誠意推介的飲品,椰香樸鼻,每口透心涼的沙冰都充滿椰絲。是濃味泰國菜的好配搭。

至於好友的泰式珍多冰則保持水準,椰奶比例剛好,珍多亦不少。老友不說不知,原來珍多冰是來自印尼,綠色的珍多以斑蘭葉等食用色素染色,後來傳到整個東亞。

今日同男朋友約會,大家都好想泰國菜,當然要專程去九龍城啦,而「小曼谷」真係我信心之選啊。第一次平日嘅中午時間嚟到,人流相比晚夜就無咁多人,好快就可以坐低開餐啦!(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و 首先嚟個主食,泰式乾炒魚麵(雞肉)。我會揀呢道菜主是係因為魚麵!相信唔多餐廳有魚麵食,有啲似上海粗麵,但更加有口感,好彈牙!重頭戲開始嚟啦,呢碟係「泰式牛油蒜蓉大蝦」,唔好以為好普通,你睇圖都會見到大蝦非常厚肉,而且無需太多調味下食到蝦嘅鮮味,上面仲有炸魚仔,脆卜卜幾特別~第二道海鮮係咖哩炒蜆!一上菜有嚇親,估唔到咁大碟,上面有大概十多隻嘅大蜆,咖哩亦好香濃,我自己就吃到有雞蛋、洋蔥、薑蔥、青椒、芫荽等等!有咁多咖哩汁當然唔好嘥啦,最後再點蒜蓉包食!一啲都唔會浪費啊~飲品方面,分別有芒果仲多過沙冰嘅芒果沙冰!同埋口感十足嘅珍多冰!

最近天氣十分炎熱,總是覺得沒有什麼胃口,想吃一些酸酸甜甜的開胃菜-泰國菜, 上網搜尋過後,看見有不少人推薦小曼谷,相信小曼谷是一個吃泰國菜不錯的選擇約下午兩時半到小曼谷, 人不算多, 不用等候, 可以直接入座,侍應給了一個午餐的餐牌,當中套餐最化算我們點了一個冬陰公,酸酸辣辣,十分野味。前菜點了鳳爪,鳳爪酸甜無骨, 容易入口,一隻接一隻, 美味極了。馬拉盞炒通菜是我吃泰國菜必點的菜式由於貪心的關係,又想吃咖喱牛腩, 上了很久結果還是點了, 但太多餸菜了, 吃不下。看見別人吃蝦餅, 好像好好食, 下次可以一試

以前好鐘意叫明爐烏頭食, 但最近烏頭有好多好唔好既新聞令人怕怕,
所以唔敢再食, 係D度見到D個明爐桂花魚做緊特價, 即刻叫黎試下先, 食落其實係仲正過烏頭, 骨少肉超級多超級嫩滑, D魚肉索滿酸酸甜甜少少辣既青檸汁, 更見和味, D個係超級驚喜的菜色!



總結我覺得小曼谷既泰菜好正宗, 好好味, 服務又超好, 大滿足! 一定會再黎食過!

黎到九龍城,緊係要食泰國菜今日去左食小曼谷,原因比佢個椰青波波吸引。椰青波波其實係椰子肉+水,整個完整椰子肉以人手方式去除外殼,椰子啖啖肉,椰青水好清甜,夏天解暑一流原本以為蝦膏炒飯會偏咸,但原來唔咸喎,而且佢個炒飯入面有豬肉粒,所以好有口感泰式椰菜苗炒馬拉盞,椰菜苗好爽口,而且帶點辣,唔錯唔錯最吸引我係泰式烏頭魚,經燒烤烹煮,外皮好脆,魚肉又唔會太乾身,而且仲有好重香芧味最後仲叫左一杯龍眼冰,簡直係大滿足走嘅時候先發現,原來餐廳門口有一部篤篤,估唔到老闆都幾有心思
