埋單$5xx,以地點、裝修、食物嚟講完全唔貴,但如果俾正價要食過千蚊,又會覺得俾成千蚊食物唔夠好🤦🏻‍♀️所以只推介有嗰張AE卡嘅食家😂

是日大年初五,新年假期後嘅第一個business day。相信大家假期間主要都係食d傳統中式賀年食品,係時候需要清一下腸胃換個口味,很有先見之明,放假前就揀好lee間日本嘢。Miso係美心集團旗下嘅,至少唔會太差,又近近哋。無須等位就直接坐低,喺中環食12點lee個鐘數,提前book位是常識。😛本來想試鐵板燒,聽聞很不錯,但又想清清哋,最後揀咗刺身.大蝦天婦羅。其他同事選擇各不盡相同,比較多人選擇了大蝦+肉眼薄燒鐵板燒。還有其他人分別點了香蔥免治拖羅飯、刺身.鱈魚西京燒,還少不了錦繡魚生飯,都是各有千秋的定食。環境不算太吵,各種飯局均適合。但是有鐵板燒的關係,會瀰漫著燒物的油煙味,外套難免會吸味喔~

結婚紀念日本來打算到置地廣場的Cafe Landmark慶祝,但哪兒的服務實在太差,一杯清水15分鐘也未能送到,再追問時還看到侍應在一邊跟另一個侍應訴說客人的不是,而不是立即處理客人的需要,因此我先生一怒之下就到這間日本菜慶祝。這間日本菜之前已經試過很多次,質素也比夠穩定。首先我們叫了壽司拼盤,魚生也是比較新鮮,質素依然保持水準。蘆筍炒雜菇,雖然蘆筍的份量比較少一點但是炒出來的味道也是很香,菇跟蘆筍也十分嫩。芥末焗生蠔,這個真的十分美味,生蠔焗得剛剛好,不會過火,再加上芥茉醬不太辣的味道,令這道菜更加突出。鐵板澳洲和牛,一般澳洲和牛都比較沒有那麼濃的牛味道,但是今次的澳洲和牛的味道十分香濃,油脂也不算太多,不會吃到一口也是油,但肉質依然十分嫩。窩燒雜錦烏冬,有大大隻炸蝦、一隻剛好的太陽蛋及大大片牛肉,烏冬份量也不算少,兩人分剛剛好,烏冬彈牙,蝦都算有甜味,牛肉就相當嫩滑。最後再加多一個炸軟殼蟹手卷,軟殼蟹是新鮮炸的,十分香脆再加上蟹子,真的非常美味。這裏的價錢屬中上,但出品比較穩定,所以是一間可以信賴的日本餐廳。

呢度嘅炒飯非常之高質素,飯係炒到粒粒分明,非常乾身,又唔油,真係好正~~~~

布甸好creamy, 好香,加埋椰肉真係好好味,仲有紅豆雪糕啊~~~~

諗起都想食即刻再食=P

第二次光顧Miso , 老實說今回有點失望。今次order了,枝豆,銀雪魚,澳洲和牛,帶子,海鮮烏冬,炒雜菜,脆脆冷豆腐。好好奇,冷豆腐是如何脆脆的,菜一端上,謎底解開,原來是天付羅炸粉醬脆粒伴豆腐加上日式汁。炒雜菜和枝豆,好快便上了,沒有問題,亦幾大碗。由於當晚實在太多人叫鐵板燒的關係,銀雪魚,澳洲和牛,帶子等了九個字才到,而和牛最出奇的地方是我們order 8成熟,內裡竟然是凍的,而且滲出血水定價高卻把守不到質素,叫人失望。反映之後換了一份,這次好了,起碼是暖的。銀雪魚,帶子也是普通,沒有太大驚喜。鐵板燒的食物上來也是微暖,這點實在摸不著頭腦,海鮮烏冬比它們還熱。海鮮烏冬是全餐飯中最滿意的,有中蝦,三文魚,湯夠熱,烏冬也帶點彈牙。份量足夠两人分享

定價高卻把守不到質素,叫人失望。反映之後換了一份,這次好了,起碼是暖的。銀雪魚,帶子也是普通,沒有太大驚喜。鐵板燒的食物上來也是微暖,這點實在摸不著頭腦
,海鮮烏冬比它們還熱。

海鮮烏冬是全餐飯中最滿意的,有中蝦,三文魚,湯夠熱,烏冬也帶點彈牙。份量足夠两人分享

琴日打嚟Miso book位,原來間野都幾full,所以只係可以坐壽司bar, book左12點半,已經好多人,睇吓個set Menu,餐牌普遍既set lunch約二百蚊樓上,最後叫左刺身•鱈魚西京燒定食,配埋面豉湯。刺身每款兩片,有三文魚、北寄貝等等,非常鮮甜好味,值得叫的,鱈魚西京燒反而等得有點耐,上到枱都熱騰騰的,味道非常入味,鱈魚肉質鮮美,一set約二百二蚊,間中一試都唔錯!

由於家人有AE卡能有半價優惠,所以便試試這一間,看了評語大都說不錯很好食等,便抱著期待的心情來到,首先我們先訂了位,所以一來到便可以入座了,一入到餐廳,見到有個水池,裝潢不錯,但二人座有點小,食物都放不下了。首先來了刺身拼盤,老實說,日本菜的刺身新鮮是必須的吧,不新鮮又怎可以放上餐枱給客人呢,然後來了鵝肝,鵝肝入口即化,但其實高級小小的鵝肝都應有此口感,再來羊架,羊架是一般的半生熟,味道和口感也是正常應該有的,這三樣也沒甚麼驚喜可言,到了他他牛,之前看別人的食評都說好好食,賣相也不錯,但當我看到自己枱上那碟他他牛時,我已經感覺它算不上「好好食」,因為看上去已經知道煮得太過熟了,一入口好「銀」,真的太老了,很失望,到了蟹粥,是很鮮甜,但同時很重的味精味,吃完後要喝很多水,到了甜品心太軟,心太軟的火喉和時間都掌握得很好,朱古力醬入口不粘喉嚨,這是必須用好的朱古力才能做到,這頓飯總算有樣菜是滿意的了,但老實說,如果不是有半價,我不會來這餐廳,經過這次後,我也不會想來第二次,值得一讚的是,侍應們每一位的態度和服務都很好👍🏻

They must have a facelift recently as I didn't recall them having a pond in the middle of the restaurant.

I was getting a little greedy now. Following some sushi and teppanyaki, now I am longing for some yakitori. So here we go, some grilled chicken wings with salt ($75) which was decent and some grilled ox tongues ($75) which failed to impress due to its rough texture. Mixed bag on this one.

Pork cutlet with egg on rice ($138) - It was a little weird having tonkatsu at a teppanyaki dinner instead of a typical fried rice but someone was craving for some pork cutlet and egg so I was being accommodating.

This was again just borderline OK. I didn't like the pork cutlets in the shape of my chicken McNuggets but the rice and egg were all good.
