This is one of my usual japanese dinner spot since I get a good credit card deal here. Also, the food choices here is so extend that I haven't tried everything on the menu yet even though i come pretty often. This time around, the desserts here really stood out to me. I usually would order their ice creams because I would be too full to order anything else. Finally I got to try the desserts here and they were not disappointing at all. Blueberry tart with cream and choice of ice cream on the side was the first one I picked because we saw other tables ordered it and it looked so fancy! It's basically layers of crispy pastry and along with a layer of blueberry and cream. The pastry is very crispy and the cream is well balanced with the blueberry so overall it wasn't too sweet. I chose the raspberry sorbet with it and it was a good compliment to the whole dessert.

Then the second dessert my friend ordered it, so Im not exactly sure what the name is. But it consists of a crispy cube of peanut butter toffee crisp and with a side of chocolate crunch and then she paired it with a sesame ice cream. This is a good choice if u like really sweet dessert. But the texture is still light and crunchy throughout the dish. Also, sesame ice cream here has a very rich and strong flavouring if you like that.

Overall, for the price and for the quality of the dessert you get, I think it's worth it to have dessert here! Definitely won't skip dessert next time that I'm here!

燒羊架估吾到有這樣柔軟, 夠熱, 不太熟, 直得推荐。 海鮮湯只得一隻蝦。 活龍蝦, $168 特價, 好吃。 值得推介。 另外只加$28可把龍虾頭, 殼做湯。 湯內還加了兩只蛽。 好鮮, 有用心去做, 估吾到!這晚價錢是以AE白金信用card結帳所以才具HK$840. 沒有叫飲料, 所以原價大概要1500了。不好的地方是人太小了, 碟和碗都叠羅漢無人理。 整晚沒有員工收, 很不成樣子呢!

Other Info. : 要多請人手, 才有好服務。 因小失大了。 影響品牌檔次就好難再回復原來定位了。 美心集團已很不容易已打造了中檔次的食市, 不要給別人看成快餐店, 本地出品大眾化餐廳就好了!

早前試個隔黎間茶樓,啲食物都ok,中環始終都係食啲高檔野比較穩陣。今次就想試下Miso.佢地係度都有成好耐歷史,迄立不倒一定有原因。lunch時間唔book定多數都無位。老死小華幫手係早上book了檯,認真感謝。坐下來睇睇menu,set lunch黎講還可以接受,價錢分別從百幾至二百幾不等。同SushiKuu差唔多。我就叫左個魚生飯,而小華無叫set就唉咗碗拉麵。個魚生飯啲魚生份量唔多但都幾新鮮,三文魚同toro幾肥美,不錯。小華碗拉麵就麻麻地,(佢比左一碗仔我試, Sorry I did not take pics)湯底食得出係交來的不是自己煮,淡茂茂無乜味道,麵又係用上普通超市都可以買到嘅種類。碗拉麵要成差不多一百大元,有啲離譜。唔知係咪lunch time好忙碌嘅關係,成日聽到有侍應跌野或打攔野。

此餐廳分兩部份, 上面是鐵板燒檯而下面是壽司檯, 其裝修以深色木為主比較似西餐廳.我們點了以下菜色 :Teppan scallop $120.-送上枱時有些驚訝, 為什麼鐵板凡立貝會那麼水汪汪的. 吃下發覺有些偏霉, 而且鹹了一點. Stir fried mushrooms $65.-即係鐵板炒露筍雜菌, 牛油味重掩蓋了露筍的鮮味. 而且露筍偏老身, 比較嚡口.Ass. 有兩食, 池魚刺身再加炸池魚頭.
恕我見識小, 平時食的池魚刺身係一片片, 而今次係一塊塊. 雖說豐富了口感, 但個人則比較喜好薄片式.
因為池魚本身魚味比較重, 若果把它切薄片來醮蔥花醬油, 吃起來會比較合適的.
而炸了其魚骨兼魚頭, 十分之香口. 很不錯.

Yellow tail’s head $80.-

切了小件送上, 應該沒有半個魚頭, 份量偏小. 而且不夠熱又煎得不夠香口, 略為失色.

Sashimi salad $55.-

一堆新鮮既蔬菜上放上大大粒的魚生切粒, 再加入炒香過的芝麻, 增加了口感的層次.
若果魚生切粒略為細小一些, 那就更好了.

後記 :
1/ 侍應明顯不足, 因為上菜慢, 加上等了很久也沒有加水.

2/ 熱食的食物不夠熱, 只稱得上暖身而已.

3/ 食物份量偏小, 很不值哩. 有信用卡優惠還好些, 若不是因為有信用卡優惠, 真的不會再幫襯.

The sashimi were amazingly fresh. It was supple and clean-tasting without a slimy aftertaste. I liked how they served it with the lobster head whose feelers and mouth were still moving, by the way. A little creepy perhaps but I was too enthralled to react negatively.

After we were done with the tempura, we were served a large piping hot bowl of lobster and chicken noodle soup. I don't normally slurp my soup but the soup on this little number was just too tasty to not slurp. You could actually taste the mixture of chicken and seafood broth in the soup unlike other soups that taste like hot water sprinkled with instant chicken broth powder. They used jelly noodles for this soup, which i loved because even though it took us a long time finishing it, the noodles maintained their consistency and did not get soggy. This was probably my favourite dish of the night.

My least favourite dish of the night. The egg was a little too runny for my taste, but basically I just didn't really like it. Not after the heaven that was the lobster noodle soup.

Yummy! Creamy without being too sweet. This was a great way to cap off the dining experience.

All that for just $200 per person. I say it's a bargain worth trying and going back for.
