今晚既晚飯要自己搞掂,因此一收工就係公司附近搵嘢食。平時lunch既時段哩間餐廳好多人等位,但係一到夜晚就比較清靜,可以享受難得既寧静係搏殺左一整天舒壓既良藥。。可能幫襯開店員都好親切,有講有笑,我叫個韓式炒海鮮粉絲,煲煲下慢慢食都吾怕咁快凍。另外叫左個刺身拼盤,當甜品食!佢地夜晚係即叫即做,超新鮮尤其三文魚和蝦都系至愛, 餐廳話系日本直接空運到港, 吾怪得咁辛鮮!!

明明已是十月天,近排天氣仍舊悶熱,食日本菜都係一種解暑方法吧?由地鐵站行十分鐘左右,大汗踏細汗,一坐低即刻叫杯沙冰消消暑先。芒果沙冰好大杯!沙冰結實唔會水滴滴咁,透心涼。先食個刺身當頭盤啦,三文魚同三文魚腩都係爭少少錢,食個肥美啲嘅又幾好喎。厚切上枱,冰涼入口,油脂好重~好肥美跟住嚟一個大蝦沙津醒醒胃,芝麻醬汁滿瀉,份量都幾多食極唔完,不過大蝦彈牙得黎唔夠冰凍,室溫怪怪的。misocool特色雞翼,外表成隻雞槌咁!炸得熱辣辣香脆,單骨易食。焗廣島蠔非常鮮味,大隻得黎又唔腥,加上獨特醬汁都幾過癮!仲食左碗烏冬冇影到,最後黎個低脂乳酪作結~酸酸甜甜加上生果,感覺幾健康!

所謂辛苦揾嚟志在食,今日同朋友收工去咗鰂魚涌呢間Misocool食返餐好嘢,我地一行兩人入到去點咗個Omakase 2人盛宴試下 前菜係三文魚蟹籽沙律,雖然主打係沙律,但其他配菜一啲都唔求其,而三文魚同蟹籽粉量都好多,三文魚厚切大大粒,蟹籽都有一大堆,食落啖啖都係精華。 壽司拼盤即叫即整,有三文魚腩、活魚同玉子燒,壽司上面既刺身大大塊,差啲見唔到有飯咁滯,且用料新鮮,名符其實抵食夾大件。 飲品我地就揀咗荔枝水果茶同埋香檳葡萄雪冰,兩杯飲品望落都已經好似藝術品咁靚,真係有少少唔捨得飲佢哋落肚,但飲落又覺得好清新,絕對適合如此炎夏。另外,炸雞翼、餃子都整得好好食,外面香脆,內裏juicy,而野生海鮮鍋用料夠晒新鮮之餘亦好足料,基本上成個鍋都鋪滿晒新鮮海產,誠意十足。甜品我地就揀咗奶凍,奶味濃郁加上入口即溶,軟綿綿口感加上冰凍質感,好味﹗ 呢間餐廳雖然位置偏僻,但食物質素真係唔錯,值得推介﹗

想起以前的那個實習生的自己很有拼勁,快快的吃完晚餐便回公司繼續加班到凌晨2、3時,一腔熱血希望畢業後在這個行頭創一番,但好今好像失去動力了吧,每天都希望早早下班,仍然在糾結我的前路,在努力找我的目標。

猶記得中學時,還是初中生的我,第一次跟同學外出,大家聚會的地方便是misocool,當時年記還輕,尚未懂得分辨食物的好與壞,只是幾個女孩一起吃個拉麵,便能愉快渡過的好時光今天偶然再到太古城的misocool,還是老地方,但吃到的卻是質素大幅滑落的食物當年最愛的拉麵,麵底韌度十足,但今天吃到的這個海鮮麵啜啜麵,雖然麵的質地是跟拉麵不同,但作為連鎖店理應保持食物在相同水準.首先不合格的是湯底,真正麻辣湯底,麻和辣的感覺應該是十分鮮明,但這兒卻空有辣味,完全沒有令人淘醉的麻的感覺.而啜啜麵的口感並不出色,麵質不彈牙之餘,咬起來一點質感也沒有.唯一合格的是海鮮,但湯底和麵底不好,配角是怎樣也沒有留意的吧可幸的是,身邊仍有當年陪伴著的好友在一起

由左至右是三文魚壽司,伊佐木魚和玉子燒

三文魚相當新鮮嫩滑,吃起來時有小許三文魚獨有的脂肪在面層,吃起來十分爽口但不油膩

而飯團中藏有了適量的WASABI,所以不用另外點上醬汁一起吃了

伊佐木是日本築地直送活魚,留意MISOCOOL每天的直送活魚是不相同的,是採購部每天購買最新鮮的活魚,再即日由日本送來的,新鮮程度可想而知
而這條伊佐木魚的味道跟外表看起來一樣,味道新鮮鮮甜,吃起來時鮮味直撲到味蕾上
飯團中亦是藏有了適量的WASABI呢

和食登場了,辣汁焗廣島蠔MISOCOOL的招牌名菜之一,不試不行。焗蠔的質素,第一點當然是蠔的質素,這兒的蠔鮮味濃烈,即使後期的加上店家自制獨特醬汁和小小
檸檬汁,仍阻止不了鮮味如潮水般湧現出來。而蠔面是用上炸過後的天婦羅舖上,令口感更佳。獨特醬汁令蠔變得更惹味,值得一讚的是焗的時間剛剛好,出來上枱時熱度非常高,但又沒有任何燒焦了的情況出現,第一時間吃下更能感覺到多重的味覺
想不到連鎖店也能做到以鮮味為主的感覺,始終大集團擁有一定優勢,拿貨時更能拿到優質魚生.這亦是為何MISOCOOL的食物有一定質素保証

去開太古城探姑姐,買左小小禮物比佢,佢好開心咁話請返我食飯,帶我去左附近的MISOCOOL,唔講唔知原來依度係總店,但總店質素仲差過出面,點解??!!!我叫左個豚肉拉麵,D豚肉肥得黎但好薄,一D口感都無,剩係得擔油個拉麵一D都唔彈牙,一D咬口都無,食落都無乜心機,做唔到殊殊聲既感覺姑姐見到咁,話下次帶我去食返D正宗日本拉麵,希望啦!

今天來了太古城跟大客簽約,簽完都已是八點,唯有吃碗拉麵完場回家,怎料竟然吃了其他東西。大門大多時間都掩上,阻隔了飛進來的蚊子這裡竟然也有師傅發辦專櫃啊侍應招呼也很週到,每一轉也會換碟慢慢吃著,感到他們是師傅發辦是比上次來的時間進化了,像樣了很多,跟外面的師傅發辦已經達致九成同步率了。沖繩豆腐沙律 - 味道很清新,沙律菜,紅黃椒爽甜多水份。豆腐雖然比較凍,但豆味濃郁,吃得出並非那些無豆豆腐,整個菜色亦很夠凍,夏天來說絕對是一道超醒胃的涼菜,為後面的發辦菜色做好準備。壽司拼盤:三文魚腩,築地活魚伊佐木,玉子燒 - 鮮活魚的水準很高,魚脂香濃肉質彈牙。三文魚的質素尤為高尚,

連基本中的基本,雞扒,都可以咁難食,不但肉薄,仲要好似隔夜乾晒水,上菜時又凍晒唔夠熱,失敗。魚生飯仲難食,夠膽死一大舊dry飯,又硬又乾,小小汁同撈飯配菜都冇,失敗。d魚生就更唔洗講,又係又薄又乾,簡直浪費食物,失敗之中既失敗。另外連侍應生基本禮貌都無。好似爭佢錢咁款,你出名好食人多工作量大我都理解,餐廳又唔係多人,你黑面扮有性格好型嚒?難怪星期日食lunch時間,都咁少人。d魚生又唔覺好新鮮,希望唔會肚痛。另外希望哩間餐廳有心做好食物,地球資源已小,請停止浪費食物,講完。

I dont really like going to eat ramen at all,especially while its rainy day but we still needa queue up.Unusually, my colleagues forced us to get in becoz they wanna go home quickly, I was hesitating but surrendered finally. Somehow, it ended up with a surprise.Japanese tempura has never been my favourite as it too oily and dry, but the green pepper here is quite crunchy, with some moisture in it,its tasted better than some japanese buffet i tried.i only tried those r cooked, eel was quite soft

i only tried those r cooked, eel was quite soft and sweet, 

eggs r special as well, because they r quite sweet too, with no rice underneath,
