前幾日經過見到依間新嘅日本餐廳,見到好多人食,即刻好想試下,等位時間大約5分鐘,好快入到去,環境不錯,唔會坐到好迫。藍鰭吞拿魚中腩壽司:鮮味十足,入口即溶,好滿足。三文魚腩刺身,好肥厚,好新鮮。炸軟殼蟹手卷:軟殼蟹剛剛炸起,完全無油膱味;紫菜好脆口,唔會腍晒,好食。土佐豆腐:外脆好香口,𥚃面豆腐熱辣辣好滑。鹽燒牛舌串:燒得剛剛好,鎖住肉汁好juicy,好惹味。鹽燒雞軟骨串:無油膱味,爽口,好夠味。海鮮燒餅:好多海鮮料,而且唔會好多粉醬,煎到好乾身,好香口。全部都好食,價錢合理,服務好,加茶加得好密,之後一定會再食。

今日約左朋友去左粉嶺一間較早前新開的日本餐廳,日式裝潢簡單舒服,坐位就夠曬闊落。落單點左三文魚親籽丼,角切魚生丼,天婦羅蝦卷,燒茄子,鹽燒三文魚頭。先講兩個丼飯,份量都幾多,飯溫控制不俗,刺身夠厚又新鮮,幾十蚊價錢絕對超值。天婦羅蝦卷一份有六件,炸得夠脆身,每件都大大舊,好滿足。另外想講餐廳選用的醬油同芥苿質數都比一般連鎖日式餐廳高,呢樣要加分。最後上菜的是燒物-燒茄子同鹽燒三文魚頭。 先講茄子,三十幾蚊咁大份, 真係好抵食,燒得幾香,不過如果調味多小小味道會更佳。 對比之下,鹽燒三文魚頭做得比較好,魚油好香,配合特有醬汁,食落去好開胃但唔油膩,抵讚!總括食物餐廳質數同服務質數都幾高分,價錢又相宜,有時間一定會再去。

先講兩個丼飯,份量都幾多,飯溫控制不俗,刺身夠厚又新鮮,幾十蚊價錢絕對超值。

天婦羅蝦卷一份有六件,炸得夠脆身,每件都大大舊,好滿足。另外想講餐廳選用的醬油同芥苿質數都比一般連鎖日式餐廳高,呢樣要加分。

最後上菜的是燒物-燒茄子同鹽燒三文魚頭。 先講茄子,三十幾蚊咁大份, 真係好抵食,燒得幾香,不過如果調味多小小味道會更佳。 對比之下,鹽燒三文魚頭做得比較好,魚油好香,配合特有醬汁,食落去好開胃但唔油膩,抵讚!

總括食物餐廳質數同服務質數都幾高分,價錢又相宜,有時間一定會再去。

唔講其他,先講服務,我會比全5分!加茶加得好密,態度亦幾好。 同屋企人食完之後行咗出門口大約100米,店員衝出嚟叫跟住我哋:「小姐~ 小姐~」,再雙手奉上手機。 原來屋企人留低左手機,店員即刻追出嚟俾返我哋,太感激! 餐廳喺粉嶺中心,地點比較靜,入座時唔係太多人。 但估唔到食食吓就多左好多客人,都好多街坊支持喎。 店內環境幾寛敞,坐得舒服。野食價錢都好大眾化,水準中上。三文魚腩壽司$20 火炙醬燒三文魚壽司$22用木架上枱,感覺高檔啲,味道亦唔錯。牛油果軟殼蟹卷$64好多蟹籽,軟殼蟹亦都夠脆,但牛油果就較為硬身。清酒煮蜆$52酒味唔算濃,但幾清甜。 蜆有好多隻,每隻都開口,新鮮。鹽燒雞翼串$34雞皮燒到好香脆,雞肉仍然保持多汁。鹽燒三文魚腹鰭$38呢個我好鍾意食,每次都係必點,魚皮薄而脆,魚油超級豐富。金菇牛肉卷$42有好多洋蔥墊底,我就唔係咁鍾意,但屋企人就話好好食。

附近只有爭鮮,想吃日本菜要去聯和墟,這麼遠實在沒興趣。在這裡上班好一段日子,自從三哥摺了,一直很少過來這邊,原來有一家裝修挺有日本風的日本餐廳!有卡座有bar枱,光猛衛生。同事吃過午飯,說很不錯,那麼晚餐也就試一試吧!三文魚親子飯,賣相精緻,同區難尋!除了主角三文魚和三文魚子,還有蟹柳絲和甜蛋兩件。$68算是市價了,反正我一直沒覺得粉嶺的物價和市區有甚麼大分別。紋路還真是太美了~也很久沒吃過美味的三文魚!水戶的魚生真的很不錯,同事同樣是推介這裡的魚生片,感覺是新鮮和衛生的。同事的蔥吞拿魚蓉飯,也是我心水之選,只是免得大家點一模一樣的飯所以點了別的(笑)中間有幾片炸春卷皮,將它打碎後混在飯中,有增添口感。這樣吃倒是第一次見,但自覺這幾片春卷皮跟吞拿魚蓉不太夾。點了一客玉子燒,和丼飯類同,不過上面加了麻醬而且是即叫即燒,暖暖的當然比丼飯中冷冷的好吃得多。一客$32有8件,真心喜出望外。雖然這蛋卷是交來貨,但自己在家燒不到這麼美味呢。說戒口戒煎炸食物最後還是敵不過美食(汗)雜錦天婦羅,不但賣相美,炸得亦不錯,可見炸醬不厚,而且最驚喜的是蝦非常大隻和新鮮!如此靚蝦,用來炸我們紛紛覺得有點可惜(

紋路還真是太美了~也很久沒吃過美味的三文魚!水戶的魚生真的很不錯,同事同樣是推介這裡的魚生片,感覺是新鮮和衛生的。

同事的蔥吞拿魚蓉飯,也是我心水之選,只是免得大家點一模一樣的飯所以點了別的(笑)中間有幾片炸春卷皮,將它打碎後混在飯中,有增添口感。這樣吃倒是第一次見,但自覺這幾片春卷皮跟吞拿魚蓉不太夾。

點了一客玉子燒,和丼飯類同,不過上面加了麻醬而且是即叫即燒,暖暖的當然比丼飯中冷冷的好吃得多。一客$32有8件,真心喜出望外。雖然這蛋卷是交來貨,但自己在家燒不到這麼美味呢。

說戒口戒煎炸食物最後還是敵不過美食(汗)雜錦天婦羅,不但賣相美,炸得亦不錯,可見炸醬不厚,而且最驚喜的是蝦非常大隻和新鮮!如此靚蝦,用來炸我們紛紛覺得有點可惜(笑)除了兩隻天婦羅蝦還有紫薯,南瓜,冬菇等等。附上生磨白蘿蔔蓉,特別的是,水戶的白蘿蔔蓉上面還磨了些薑,帶店辣勁,意想不到的好吃(我本來不喜薑)。兩個人平均$150已經是食得挺豪,在這裡附近的街坊或打工仔,想吃日本菜的話這裡值得一試。

個人覺得 燒餅唔係大量耶菜 唔係最正
不過我女人就好buy 因佢話個味好味
另外 咁多木魚碎係面 郁郁下 又幾好睇

我個人覺得 竟然係日本食店食到「有鑊氣」炒飯
又真係好驚喜 要贊下個師傅 應該係中式師傅黎
我覺得好食囉 不過呢 鰻魚份量就少左d

一行幾人坐喺卡位,一坐落就唔對路,patpat位好窄,坐得唔太舒服。再坐多陣坐最入面既我開始對腳好痕!食餐飯俾蚊咬左六七啖!!勁辛苦!至於食物方面完全無驚喜,壽司飯超細粒!唔係人地日式手握壽司嗰種細舊飯,係「為左唔俾你食飽」嗰種細舊飯!因為佢握得好核突!鰻魚唔係入口鬆軟油份夠嗰種,係平價彈口嗰隻!失望!雞泡魚干真係乾到爆!拉麵更加垃圾!豬骨湯底一定係人造啦,面質都差,出前一丁都好食過佢!最正常係南瓜蕃薯天婦羅。唔會再黎!況且價錢唔係特別平,食物質素唔得,我食元氣,甚至爭鮮好過!難得粉嶺有間外觀內部都正常少少既日本野,但做得差.....

粉嶺終於有日本料理,原來已經開張4個月,沒有看食評就來試試看。8時多來到晚餐,只餘下壽司枱位置,沒打緊,一樣照坐下。 價格親民啊﹗刺身、軍艦、手卷、壽司、烏冬、天婦羅都有點,全部即叫即製,共10項食物,但有3項是錯單漏單混單,又沒有人加茶,就算食物不錯,也扣了不少分。牛油果軟殼蟹卷($64),軟殼蟹還是暖熱的,而牛油果生熟程度又剛好,美味﹗藍鰭吞拿魚中腩壽司($38), 肥美幼嫩又鮮甜。藍鰭吞拿魚大腩刺身($138/3片), 油花十足,入口即溶,沒有飽漏感。蟹籽手卷(18)好足料,吃到底也有蟹籽。等了良久,我們的炸餃子烏冬還未到,但旁邊坐下不久客人的麵就來了,人家叫雞肉拉麵,就給到炸餃子拉麵,厨房大哥,你可別把2單混在一起啊!  豬骨湯底不錯,喝了也不會口乾,烏冬也滑溜。漏單的雜錦天婦羅(62),粉漿硬韌,讓我們成為最後結賬的一枱客人。
