因為同事帶嚟呢度飲食lunch,估唔到係住宅區有一間酒店級別中餐。入到嚟餐廳,先同你開茶, 今日揀咗特色養生花茶🌸,用菊花紅棗沖,唔錯,唔錯👍佢d 點心好有特色,擺盤好靚。叫咗佢哋嘅王牌厚切叉燒,啖啖肉,不過略嫌比較肥,食多兩嚿有啲油膩但個叉燒汁好味🤤另外佢個鹹水角都好出色,成個啤梨咁,打卡一流。佢個生煎包都幾靚,個包皮有兩隻顏色😂,餡料多。腸粉皮薄,用料足,但一碟得六件。人多可能要嗌多碟😂

食物高水準, 侍應基本上熱情有禮。只是上菜速度順序比較怎麼說… 奇怪、缺了細心,以及提出請求時 第一時間回應不可以、不能。是不夠熟練、不夠彈性、還是什麼就不得而知。 是今晚的小小瑕疵。

餐廳為表歉意,所以款待我們,送了糖水給我們! 如果這是餐廳投訴我沒寫的款待而出不到open rice 食評。我在此申報。

The air-conditioning is really weak so my whole family sweat while we dined there. The food is considered ok but the staffs appeared to be really busy. 原本今天生日一家3人預訂到店內用餐,Reception 安排我們坐一張十分大風冷氣的枱,眼見有很多大一點的枱,我們便叫服務員幫我們轉台或者調細啲冷氣,但回覆不能及叫我們等細枱的人埋單再幫你轉,我們等了10分鐘又沒有開茶俾我們,最後我們都十分激氣便離開,一間這樣的餐廳如果有幾好食(係如果)但服務差都唔會再去。另外店內員工少及所有員工都欠缺專業,和一般普通酒樓無分別,如果要慶祝或者有咩特別活動都千祈唔好去!一肚氣!

原來大角咀近海皮的地方, 是有一間裝修相當暴發戶的酒店, 要不是我看餐廳的地址也不知道, 這家主打高貴粵菜的餐廳, 位於地下, 景觀一般, 但裝修開揚企理. 主理人雷師傅曾經是富豪御廚, 所以有不少菜式都是以鮑參翅肚為基本, 例如魚翅撈飯, 又或者是龍躉皮炆鮑魚, 我們幾個麻甩佬當然不吃這些, 又是品嚐比較基本的粵菜菜式, 這反而可以見到餐廳的基本功夠不夠紮實.叉燒和炸子雞, 做法基本, 如何突出就要靠火候和食材, 前者又是伊比利亞黑毛豬, 反而這種豬肉的叉燒最近變成了常態, 少了一開始品嚐的驚豔, 平心而論做得不差, 燶邊脆而不苦, 肉香而嫩滑, 但就是和其他酒店粵菜餐廳吃的沒有分別. 一隻炸子雞要六百多元, 五星級價錢, 外皮薄如蟬翼, 一咬即化, 雞肉熟度剛好, 但味道調得有點鹹, 就算不添淮鹽, 味道也偏重, 有點敗筆.沒有估計的是宮廷像烤骨有驚喜, 還以為是偏西式的烤肋骨, 但上枱時侍應將其切開, 骨肉分離, 肥美甘香, 嫩滑順喉, 有點像吃溫柔版的東坡肉, 醬汁吃得出蕃茄和菠蘿味, 除了中和本身的油膩感, 也有提鮮的作用, 配上白饅頭, 出奇地出色.

位於大角咀嘅 @mokone.hk 環境相當唔錯,除左寬敞嘅大廳仲有唔少獨立房間,非常適合生日慶祝,岩哂一班朋友可以有啲私人空間,同埋佢哋嘅菜式選擇都唔少亦都幾有特式。大推麻婆豆腐煮海花龍蝦,龍蝦肉爽口份量唔少,豆腐配上龍蝦口感更加豐富,麻麻辣辣非常惹味餸飯就岩哂,禪關萬象個名幾有詩意,原來係原個蕃茄釀雜菌,切開蕃茄中間散發濃濃菇香味,口味比清新而且賣相一流,仲有宮廷醬烤骨都炆得腍嫩,醬汁帶點酸甜非常開胃,整體味道都唔錯😋。

大推麻婆豆腐煮海花龍蝦,龍蝦肉爽口份量唔少,豆腐配上龍蝦口感更加豐富,麻麻辣辣非常惹味餸飯就岩哂,禪關萬象個名幾有詩意,原來係原個蕃茄釀雜菌,切開蕃茄中間散發濃濃菇香味,口味比清新而且賣相一流,仲有宮廷醬烤骨都炆得腍嫩,醬汁帶點酸甜非常開胃,整體味道都唔錯😋。
