週末又是和朋友聚聚,尖沙咀就是好去處!厚福街真的好多美食!日本進口生蠔🦪新鮮又鹹鮮美味,蠔肉厚,滑溜入口,太大一個了,我是咬了一半肉再吃。蠔怪吃生蠔就要細細品嘗!我和朋友一人一個,好正!去日式餐廳都會點生蠔吃的。烤豬肉卷蒜心/烤豬肉卷香菜豬肉有點肉汁油香,包著烤過熟了的蒜心,有些微甜脆口,整個口感很好吃。比較新穎的烤串做法,烤卷香菜的也很香,除了口感好,就是相對其他烤串更好吃。烤牛舌很大一塊,脆口有嚼勁,也是燒烤必點的美食!烤五花肉烤好香香的五花肉,夾著紫蘇葉也很獨特,再夾著番茄🍅沙律,中和了膩感。烤鰻魚鰻魚烤著吃也很香,皮脆肉嫩,撒上少許鹽調味,就著燒酒吃,香!烤鳳梨🍍甜甜又水嫩,生鳳梨很少吃,烤鳳梨我覺得很好吃。把生澀口感烤熟後就沒有了,水果汁甜就是美味😋我還叫了一杯日本燒酎,比日式清酒🍶濃一點,很適合配搭吃烤串。看他們還有日式烤大腸,下次再來試試!推!

蠔肉厚,滑溜入口,

豬肉有點肉汁油香,包著烤過熟了的蒜心,
有些微甜脆口,整個口感很好吃。
比較新穎的烤串做法,烤卷香菜的也很香,
除了口感好,就是相對其他烤串更好吃。

烤好香香的五花肉,
夾著紫蘇葉也很獨特,
再夾著番茄🍅沙律,中和了膩感。

烤鰻魚
鰻魚烤著吃也很香,皮脆肉嫩,
撒上少許鹽調味,就著燒酒吃,香!

烤鳳梨🍍
甜甜又水嫩,生鳳梨很少吃,
烤鳳梨我覺得很好吃。
把生澀口感烤熟後就沒有了,
水果汁甜就是美味😋

我還叫了一杯日本燒酎,
比日式清酒🍶濃一點,
很適合配搭吃烤串。
看他們還有日式烤大腸,

同朋友吹水食飯,鍾意去日式居酒屋,氣氛熱鬧,又可以飲酒得來。餐廳剛剛有周年祭,酒類去有好多優惠。叫了一枝空藏清酒,入口幾有勁度,甜味突出有果香,碳酸感不重。前菜山葵莖八爪魚配青瓜,山葵味好突出,好醒神,配爽甜的青瓜啱啱好。三文魚腩刺身,油份足夠,甘香有魚味。跟住叫了些串燒送酒,月見免治豬肉串,肉質彈牙及充滿濃郁嘅肉香及胡椒味,配埋香滑嘅雞蛋汁,口感更柔和。紫蘇豬肉卷,最夾嘅組合,肥膩嘅豬肉配合紫蘇葉,味道好突出,點埋旁邊嘅梅醬,味道更有層次,又減少油膩感。芫荽豬肉卷,芫荽味道好突出,入口清甜又清香,味道淡咗少少,再濃郁啲調味就好一點。豬舌,口感爽脆,自己加了檸檬汁,減低肉臊味。原條燒黃花魚,一夜干處理,魚味香濃,魚油更甘香,結實魚肉加酸汁,幾好味!燒四元豚,口感爽口,size似平時嘅叉燒,但味道簡單啲,配埋山葵莖,同埋旁邊梅漬,日式嘅風味。
