之前食elements嗰間十里湘會,覺得服務態度環境都OK,今次特登約朋友嚟時代廣場十里用膳。開頭服務態度也感覺不錯,菜品可以,醉雞:玫瑰露酒的味道,唔會好多酒未,好容易入口。上海小籠包:不過不失,性價比高$68唯一最大的問題是菊花茶10分苦澀,是有問題的茶包,首先反映給女侍應,以為我們想要折扣,但其實我哋諗住直接買單,只不過係嗰個菊花茶難飲到苦茶咁樣,直至佢叫經理過嚟,經理都仲係話係佢哋隻菊花茶係咁樣,倒一杯品嚐之後,他們也直接承認是茶包出現問題,解決方法係同供應商反映。原本都冇諗住反映比佢哋聽,只不過係可能佢哋心急落場係咁吹埋單,行過嚟幾次,都未拎到信用卡又過嚟,朋友不耐煩,所以先把問題反映給他們,冇諗過咁嘅態度。如果佢光顧點心的話,還可以,不過建議大家對飲茶有啲要求的話帶定茶葉,除咗菊花茶有問題之外,另外一壺普洱有點怪味

陳醋一口海蜇花:第一次食海蜇花,唔知點形容,同埋偏酸,我覺得麻麻地。

鮑汁水晶肴肉:肴肉最緊要係個湯(好似係),做得差就會有少少結埋一舊舊咁。呢個肴肉做得好幼滑,入口𡁻兩下就慢慢溶,同埋鮑汁好香。

煙燻茶香鴿:一拎出黎已經嘩嘩聲,木盒上枱,一打開個盒,啲煙湧出黎。食落好香,個味有少少似煙鴨胸。

花膠黑毛豬紅燒肉:花膠我就唔係好識食,食落有少少漿口。紅燒肉係偏肥嘅,我唔怕肥就覺得好滑好香口,𡁻兩下有溶化嘅感覺。

提示一下,小鳥胃的女生,要有心理準備一下,雖然是千多元港幣,但份量很夠

我都見到有其他枱食客叫人真係十里都冇人應,最後個朋友仲話會平日再嚟,問有冇lunch menu可以睇下,經理竟然比返二人set menu比佢睇話係呢個menu。我地出到門口,朋友再問reception 拎lunch menu, 完全唔同,然後仲送咗兩張再食滿$500再送點心嘅coupon,我朋友想比coupon我,我話我以後都唔會再嚟!食物質數好嘅我會再嚟,但服務差,印象差我真係唔會再嚟!
朋友本來叫我北上食中菜,我一向支持香港經濟留港食!但呢刻明白點解咁多香港人星期六日都離港北上食飯,宜家香港飲食服務業真係要改進!
