皇牌大紅乳豬全體 To me, this remains to be the top Barbecued Suckling Pig in town. Pig skin was wafer thin and has the nicest crackling. Pig knuckles were beautifully charred with a pleasant charcoal aroma.

菜膽上湯浸雞 This was a surprise for me. Usually I prefer ordering Crispy Chicken 脆皮雞 but A ordered it saying we have ordered a lot of fried dishes already. A very nice silky, luscious textured chicken. Loved also the mustard leaves which are in season.

酥脆咕嚕肉 Another one that easily topped the charts. One of the best sweet and sour pork that I have had recently. Perfect seasoning and execution. Particularly loved that they had the bone in the pork removed which made the consumption process all the more delightful. Kudos to the thoughtfulness of the chef.

Desserts: 鮮芒果凍布甸, 蛋黃蓮蓉壽桃包, 蛋白生磨杏仁茶, 遠年陳皮紅豆沙. Server recommended the mango pudding and it was certainly a wow for us. There was so much fresh mango in it that it felt like eating a fresh mango!

我朋友是這裡的常客,有幸我出差回來的第一天她就約我到這裡午餐,當然不會決絕。這個餐廳我也來過多次,也介紹過朋友來這裡用餐。不管是我還是我朋友,都覺得這裡的出品是很不錯的。因此今天也寫一下今次午膳的食評和感覺。我們點了非點不可的叉燒、炸子雞、豬仔腳和點心外,因為另外非吃不可的乳豬和燒雞肝要預定,沒辦法之下就選擇就點了一條杉斑、豬肺湯和其它點心。正如我食評的標題一樣,除了杉斑是冰鮮又蒸得過熟外,其它出品都是超水平的。建議來這裡吃飯的人,如果要點海鮮,必須問清楚是否游水的和每兩價格。雖然這裡價格不便宜,但我還是要推薦這個餐廳給各位食家!

作為福臨門的分支之一, 這家灣悅 賞.中菜相對比較低調, 當然在裝修上面因為在會展的關係, 也比較典雅. 應該以商務客作為客路的主要來源, 所以不用太多的餐飲折扣優惠, 就算是週末的午市, 也有七八成滿, 也算是難得. 廚房和侍應班底也是由福臨門及家全七福中找來, 所以服務水平不會太差, 而吃的菜式, 也是福記的傳統經典.福臨門系最出名的, 我覺得其實不是鮑參翅肚, 而是經典的粵菜菜式, 由於太太對雞子的抗拒, 也沒有點雞子戈渣, 反而點了例牌的燒乳豬. 這裏的燒乳豬沒有任何脂肪, 會留下乳豬肉和上面的乳豬皮, 乳豬皮赤紅色, 香脆無比但毫不油膩, 乳豬肉嫩滑細緻, 這樣的做法也絕不抗拒. 點心水準也不錯, 比起之前吃何必館等好, 當中推介炸蘿蔔酥腸粉和鮮淮山雞扎, 前者的腸粉的米香和蘿蔔的鮮甜互相配合, 先軟熟在香脆最後沒有渣的爽快,口感配搭複雜, 平衡度夠; 後者鮮淮山的甜和鮮雞的油香, 比一般的雞扎更舒服更自然.

環境要特別大讚洗手間,女洗手間每一間都用咗日本馬桶同有自己嘅洗手盤,靚裝。可以跟埋日本加埋牙線、個人護理用品係埋入面就更完美!

今天去會展的參觀展覽前,就去了酒店內的這間酒樓飲茶,由於不是很餓,所以只點了幾個點心淺嚐一下,由於在酒店裏,所以是走高檔路線的,因為每份點心都只有2件,而且價格也不便宜。雞粒荔芋角 $50/2件基本上每次去的酒樓有這個點心我都是必點的,這個也是達到一貫水準,感覺還可以多吃一份。香煎臘味蘿蔔糕 $50/2件這個我個人是挺喜歡的,因為不會有只食粉漿的感覺,裏面的蘿蔔絲亦比較足料,不用點醬也夠味。蟹籽鮮蝦蒸燒賣 $50/2件這個下次應該不會再點,因為感覺裏面的蝦肉不夠新鮮,吃下去有點不新鮮的味道,而且質感也不夠爽口。鳳城蒸粉果 $50/2件這個純粹因為放了我不喜歡吃的西芹、芫荽,所以不喜歡。咖哩蒸土魷 $68/碟咖哩味挺濃的,而且魷魚很軟淋,是一口可以咬開的那種,挺適合牙口不好的我。紅油抄手 $78/5粒上桌時紅油和抄手是分開上的,而抄手就是大粒餛飩,饀料是有很多肉及蝦的,而紅油比較辣,不過建議大家多拿一些紅油,因為不太夠點。總括而言,食物質素正常,不過地方的空調比較大,會有點冷,而且食物也不是第一時間送到枱上,而是先放到一旁等樓面上菜,這樣感覺有點不良好。

星期五夜晚,與朋友相約來到萬麗酒店新開的粵菜館晚餐,Moon Bay這個名字既時尚又詩意,少有中菜取這樣的名字。前菜金錢肚是個小小的驚喜,肉質纖維清晰,味道偏辣,調味之前已煮到容易咀嚼了。蓮藕餅顆粒細緻,表面香脆,內裡軟糯。餐廳主打菜色之一的牛肉餅肉質特別細膩,整體味道較為清淡。雲腿鴿脯味道層次豐富,雲腿鹹香,鴿脯韌勁十足。牛筋腩煲是燉得較為綿軟的風格,入味又容易下口。餐廳另外一道招牌菜脆皮雞,酥脆而不油膩,可以算是上本地最清爽的脆皮雞了。飯後甜品紅棗糕也沒有令人失望,紅棗天然的清甜味十足,口感軟糯。這裡食物質素不錯,環境寬敞,適合請客或和家人聚餐。有機會會再光顧。

Vote went to suckling pig (half portion)- very crispy skin, fat trimmed away, really one of the best I have tried. Even the white dough tasted soft and springy.

Ordered a wide selection of dim sum (could order one instead of the normal four).
Particularly noteworthy was the 金絲銀蘿脆腸粉, being cheung fan stuffed with deep fried carrot and turnip. Interesting texture. Soy sauce was perfect.

另外值得一提既就是洗手間🚻,進入洗手間範圍既大門全部用手觸控,手一定唔會摸到,而且所有洗手間有獨立洗手盆及抹手紙, 洗手間公共範圍完全沒有共用設私,私穩度極佳。坐廁廁板是感應自動升起及有暖板的。
