今次大約六點鐘到達,當時人不算多,服務員幫我哋安排咗個窗邊位。但係食到七點左右,已經有好多人排隊等位。河內雞絲扎肉湯河以商場餐廳嚟講,真係好抵食!河粉的份量非常足,雞絲同扎肉也唔少,味道都唔錯。香茅豬扒湯河份量一樣大,豬扒香口,但肥膏部分比較多,唔係每個人都鍾意。芒果糯米飯雪糕呢個配搭真係特別,芒果、糯米飯同雪糕三樣嘢好夾,而且價錢都抵。整體來講,以商場來講,呢個價錢可以食到咁高質素嘅食物,CP值真係極高!

份量一樣大,豬扒香口,但肥膏部分比較多,唔係每個人都鍾意。


芒果糯米飯雪糕
呢個配搭真係特別,芒果、糯米飯同雪糕三樣嘢好夾,而且價錢都抵。


整體來講,以商場來講,呢個價錢可以食到咁高質素嘅食物,CP值真係極高!

今天中午途經荃灣廣場3樓,俾呢間擺放了甜品在門口廚櫃的餐廳吸引之下,進店吃了一頓豐富的午餐,非常回味。我們品嚐了以下幾道招牌菜式。泰式無骨鳳爪沙律(小辣):辣味和清新的口感很搭配,鳳爪肉質鮮嫩多汁,配上泰式調味醬汁,味道鮮明而不失平衡,辣度剛好。手打月亮炸蝦餅:蝦餅外層炸得金黃酥脆,內部鮮嫩多汁,不錯不錯。泰式街頭烤麵包:選了朱古力榛子和斑蘭咖央。麵包經過特殊烤製,表皮香脆,內裡柔軟。朱古力榛子帶有濃郁的巧克力香氣,如果果醬多些會更加好。主菜選了和牛船麵:材料有嫩滑的和牛(肥牛)及肉丸,份量好大,配上濃郁的湯汁,每一口都帶來了滿滿的滿足感。在飲品方面,我們點了元組泰式奶茶、爆打香水檸檬茶。奶茶奶香濃郁,口感滑順,會令人上癮;爆打香水檸檬茶清新怡人,吃滯了剛好消滯;本來已經好飽,但明明是被其甜品吸引而來的,點都要試吓,叫了十勝紅豆雪糕,紅豆口感豐富,雪糕口感綿密,唔甜的,完美地平衡了紅豆的甜度和口感。最後要特別提到餐廳的服務。侍應員非常有禮貌和專業,上餐速度很好,讓整個用餐過程更加愉快和輕鬆。

行過幾次,見裝修和菜牌都好吸引,都想試,點知一試就中狀點了一個138蚊的泰式炒金邊粉,非常細碟,又油又無味,全碟4隻蝦,有2隻是臭的,肉質又梅又粉🤮還點了一個芋丸芋泥雪糕,個雪糕非常怪,無乜味道之餘,芋丸很硬餐廳雖然裝修景觀不錯,但非常污糟,地下很多飯粒,窗台好多灰塵真係好難怪香港餐飲業一潭死水,餐廳的成本大部分都落在舖租、裝修和人工,花在食材上的少之又少🫣(有感而發)非常失望的一次用餐體驗
