星期日係荃灣廣場搵食,假日中午價錢一定係唔抵食,行左好幾間最後阿媽話食泰菜,入去嘅時候已經覺得成個地板黐立立,行得好唔自在,因為個人冇咩胃口,叫左啲批比較醒胃嘅菜式,菠蘿炒飯、蝦油炒金邊粉同埋雞肉串燒加碗油飯,等左唔夠十分鐘就上菜,串燒賣相同味道可以,呢個已經係最好食嘅菜式,之後上油飯,佢餐牌寫個名叫斑斕香茅雞油飯,只講得上係有味飯,好似落左雞汁咸咸地,完全食唔出有落前面2種標題香料,到炒飯同金邊粉,兩碟野放到上枱已經好唔吸引,大X樂都好鑊氣過佢,炒飯完全唔似有炒過,好似用微波爐加熱,仲要唔係好夠熱果種,食落似只係用左少少咖喱粉調味,啲蝦肉大隻但完全係冇味,係離譜到連鹹味都冇,真係好難食;到金邊粉,我食到有蕃茄酸味,但又係唔夠鹹,但明明金邊粉應該係用羅望子醬,我好懷疑自己到底當時係咪食緊泰國菜?食到最後,餐廳仲送多隻迷你強比我地,衛生環境同食物質素都咁差,我真係唔知其他好評係咪幻想出嚟。場內有機械人送餐,但等到機械人出餐啲嘢食本來熱都變凍

之後經過荃灣廣場, 成日見摩登堂排長龍, 今日終於有機會同朋友試下一入門口已通俾餐廳既甜品display吸引住餐廳座位闊落, 適合同朋友傾計聚會菜式都有好多選擇, 而且價錢都唔貴手打月亮炸蝦餅蝦餅外皮香脆,蝦肉好彈牙, 而且仲配上幾塊蝦片, 又多一款口味椰子香茅奶油蜆湯我同朋友一致都覺得呢個湯做得好出色, 有冬陰功既香味, 又有奶香, 食落唔會辣, 小朋友都食得, 而且蜆肉都冇沙, 好乾淨和牛泰式炒河河粉好有咬口,好煙韌, 比平時食開既港式牛河更上一層樓海南雞雞配油飯雞肉嫩滑, 一啲都唔老, 搭配上餐廳既醬料, 幾惹味芒果糯米飯雪糕食落口真係好似食緊芒果糯米飯, 雪糕係椰子味, 食落甜甜去, 幾清新, 值得推介!

係荃灣廣場新開無耐嘅摩登堂,絕對係我近期最愛嘅泰國餐廳!除咗食物質素高之外,店員嘅良好服務以及寬敞舒適嘅空間都為呢間餐廳大大加分。椰子香茅奶油蜆湯 (2位用)椰奶的濃郁配上香茅的清香,喝起來既有南洋風味又不失清爽。蜆肉非常肥美,每一粒都吸滿濃湯,鮮嫩多汁。曼谷蟹肉蟹黃炒飯蟹肉新鮮,米飯吸收左蟹黃的鮮味,口感豐富。配上青蔥同蛋絲,令口味更加立體。米網蝦春卷 (4件)外皮炸得金黃酥脆,內餡是鮮甜的蝦仁,味道鮮美。手打月亮炸蝦餅 (6件)內餡係滿滿的蝦仁,每一口都咬到大塊的蝦肉。配上泰式辣醬,味道更上一層樓。提子菠蘿梳打水提子的甜味,菠蘿的酸味,再加上梳打水的氣泡感,非常解渴。手作十勝紅豆丸子雪糕糯米糍健康甜品。丸子串同雪糕都唔太甜,配上綿密的紅豆泥,適合鍾意甜品而又唔想太有罪惡感嘅人。

今日同朋友黎到依度食泰國菜,聽聞佢嘅甜品比主菜更加出名~事不宜遲,我地點咗2個午市套餐,摩登手工海南雞飯,必食榜No 1,海南雞非常嫩滑,一啲都唔鞋,點埋醬食就更加突出佢嘅鮮甜味,白飯轉咗做雞油飯,香味十足。蝦頭油大蝦炒金邊粉,金邊粉配料好多,除咗大蝦之外,仲有雞蛋絲、豆干,蒜片等等,炒得好有鑊氣。套餐可以追加小食,我地加咗沙嗲豬肉同雞肉串,沙嗲醬十分香口,豬肉同雞肉一樣燒得焦脆焦脆。D24榴槤酥球,酥脆嘅外皮包住流心嘅榴槤蓉,榴槤控一定要叫呀!緊係唔少得再追加甜品,網上見到厚吐司好吸引,一於點咗依個流金歲月丹麥厚吐司,哇一上到黎要即刻打卡,賣相超靚。厚吐司酥酥脆脆,配上朱古力雪糕同朱古力醬簡直係perfect match。十勝紅豆雪糕,雪糕綿滑,紅豆軟糯。最後緊係升級飲品,爆打玉柚柑,加咗西米,玉柚柑同青檸好清甜。烤杏仁生椰,生椰好濃郁,加上烘烤嘅杏仁片,令味道升華。

嘢飲方面,嗌咗百香果芭樂茶同埋芒果沙冰,苞樂綠茶底層有好多苞樂,好甜,好飲好飲!

食到好飽啊,如果有機會就想試吓佢嘅刨冰!
