牛頰肉油脂少,慢煮後肉質鬆軟,味道濃重,而且富含骨膠原。
我起初以為大地魚湯底會和雲吞麵湯底一樣,但原來猜錯了,反而似日本的鏗魚湯,鹹香鮮甜。
菠菜麵爽滑得來有嚼勁。
至於「香辣」則未感覺到。

雖然餐廳細細,裝修普通,但是食物有水準、有特色,也有誠意,員工殷勤,價錢便宜。埋單走人時見到部慢煮機努力工作中。

今日放工同同事行到過黎牛頭角呢面撘車,見到呢間麵鋪新開好似都幾吸引,於是就坐底食埋碗麵先行,好彩我呢個決定係正確,因為個麵真係好出色。首先其實我係俾佢慢煮個名吸引左,果然無令我失望,叫左兩個小食,日本醬煮牛筋同埋椒鹽無骨雞翼,兩個都好好味,牛筋個味道好特別,甜甜地好入味又夠淋,雞翼皮薄又脆,雞肉juicy又滑,真係感受到餐廳用心製作既誠實。之後叫左兩碗麵,蝦油拌麵味道濃得黎又油膩,份量唔錯味道又好味。之後霸王雞拌麵,個雞又係好滑好juicy,加埋個大地魚蝦米湯真係好正,呢個價錢食到個咁有質素既晚餐真係無得頂,最後睇餐廳個名都好似有d日本既感覺,食物既用心精緻都好有日式既味道,問番先知原來真係一個日本人開既,唔怪得真係咁出色,絕對要encore

叫左兩個小食,日本醬煮牛筋同埋椒鹽無骨雞翼,兩個都好好味,牛筋個味道好特別,甜甜地好入味又夠淋,雞翼皮薄又脆,雞肉juicy又滑,真係感受到餐廳用心製作既誠實。

見新開試下,叫左碗炸豬腩麵。黎到賣相好唔錯。職員無介紹點食,但感覺似沾麵,於是將麵放進湯沾一下。umm,湯唔稀唔傑,未能做到沾麵效果,而且味淡。湯味就係雲吞麵既大地魚味。食起黎感覺好奇怪,又係沾麵又唔係伴麵,日式賣相中式感覺。定位未明,感覺要加加油改下餐牌。祝君好運值得一讚係炸豬肉炸得好香脆~
