個咖啡我加了20元轉了做latte,味道夠濃不過奶方面不是好夠,同普通咖啡無分別,下次我都是慳返20蚊罷啦,還好有再提供全脂奶,口感立刻順滑曬!

至於磨菇餐湯尚算可以,菇味都夠,又食到有微量的磨菇肉,忌廉和湯的比例亦處理得唔錯。

小食也點了個椒鹽墨魚圈,48元來說算好大碟下,旁邊仲有幾棵菜食下,賣相都幾靚。不過墨魚圈個粉做得唔多夠薄,所以無乜外脆內軟的口感俾到我。還好墨魚夠鮮味,而且份量夠大碟,也ok收貨啦。

先講左塊牛肉眼扒先。個網紋好shape醒,而且塊扒堅大塊,肯定大過或等於我塊面咁上下,望落好吸引!

而且雖然我叫了7成熟咁熟下,但牛扒食落都ok嫩口,而且牛味夠,既然是肉眼位置又自然帶小小嚼勁啦,就是呢種唔韌但富有彈性的口感令我鍾意食肉眼多過西冷~😍唔覺唔覺就俾我食曬成塊!

睇完呢個千層忌廉薯我立刻明白點解我個扒要等一回,係值得等嘅!睇到佢一片又一片堆成一座千層塔咁,花的心機唔講得笑!再在薯頂上放了焗過的芝士,帶着淡淡焦香的味道,一般平時食到的薯菜邊度有得比呀?!

所以平時係唔會點食配菜的我,也立刻起筷!

芝士味道和薯仔真的好夾,薯仔可以減低芝士的油膩感,而芝士又提升了薯仔的味道,等佢無咁單調,配合得好好。

甜品本身唔包落set din,不過加30蚊可以食到 cream brulee。焦糖做得唔錯,糖的份量夠又均勻,使焦糖有一定的厚度,做到卜脆感。蛋也夠滑,不會太甜,食落剛好。

不過原來呢度都有窩夫食架!睇完張相太吸引,忍不住叫左來食😅真身仲靚仔呀!三層高的士多啤梨窩夫,咬開都是士多啤梨餡的,儘管加左啲吉士醬,也沒有減低那格格外脆內軟的口感👍

旁邊還有一個 movenpick雪糕,可以說是是雪糕中的皇者級數,我尤其喜歡它滑得緊要的質感呢!

厚福街一帶一向多野食,今次想食西餐,黎左呢間地下餐廳,小蟻人餐廳間格同裝潢令人坐得好舒服。侍應有禮講番今日set dinner。一望到有得食扒,立刻眼前一亮。炭燒美國極黑豬鞍扒全穀養殖既豬,美國入口,豬鞍扒肉厚,建議7成食肉質會最好。豬鞍扒好大塊好厚,另外有蘋果果蓉醬,紅菜頭醬,同沙律菜。兩個醬味道都好特別,蘋果果蓉醬酸酸甜甜,豬鞍扒肉沾上,胃口大增。而紅菜頭醬係呢間餐廳既特色,味道自然特別。主角豬鞍扒肉肉質鮮嫩juicy,厚厚的肉,差不多3cm。青蘋果柚子沙冰清新既青蘋果配上淡淡既柚子味。最底還有果蓉mix埋沙冰。層次好豐富,而且這組合味道好新鮮。泡沫煙三文魚黑松露大蒜薯蓉湯湯的面層有泡沫,增加口感,泡沫口感好輕盈,有好重黑松露香味,加埋大蒜味,層次感提升。加上薯蓉唔會一嚿嚿,好滑。法式甜品賣相好靚,三款甜品,各有特色。朱古力蛋糕特濃朱古力, Brownie奶凍,侍應放上枱時,奶凍已經彈下彈下,動L動L焦糖燉蛋面頭層焦糖好脆脆,,燉蛋好滑每份甜品份量剛好,每種都balance到口感。

來到甜品時間,每次看到香蕉船,都會覺得很邪惡,皆因有幾球雪糕,但是敵不過童心未泯,點來一個。當中雪糕口味包括雲呢嗱,朱古力及士多啤梨,水果除了香蕉外,還有蜜瓜哈蜜瓜和士多啤梨,而眾多水果中,以士多啤梨的酸甜度較高。雪糕除了幼滑外,士多啤梨味雪糕還有果肉在內,令口感大增。

朱古力味心太軟就吃得多,但士多啤梨味的卻是第一次見到,而且是招牌甜品,當然要點來一試!

切開一看,士多啤梨流心相當澎湃,不過甜度略高; 至於朱古力味Movenpick雪糕,當然是濃郁又幼滑,是不會有所挑剔的了. 整道甜品擺盤都很漂亮呢!

香煎鴨胸紅酒燒汁配紅米飯
超大隻碟,派頭十足。純白色的碟上,整齊地放著飯、肉、蔬菜和醬汁,煞是好看。紅米混白飯,飯粒乾身,煙韌有嚼勁,口感不錯。落單時店員表示鴨胸會煎至半熟,效果更嫩,可以要求全熟。半熟的鴨胸肉呈粉紅,皮煎得金黃,皮與肉之間有層薄薄的脂肪,吃下去更香口。一如店員所說,肉質幾嫩,即使厚切也不會韌。邊咬邊擠出輕盈的肉汁,帶鴨肉香而沒有一般鴨胸的鹹。能把鴨胸做成一塊扒的口感和質素,實在出色。

看不出那一小堆蔬菜竟十分多元化,有西蘭花、西芹、青椒、翠玉瓜和菇。配辣味蕃茄醬,開胃,好吃又健康。選這個餐時唯一的擔心是紅酒燒汁。想起茶餐廳裡不論叫甚麼名字,都是一樣的那個深紅色汁,不禁猶疑。燒汁的顏色也不太討好,沒想到味道如此驚喜。燒汁果真有頗重的紅酒味,鹹中帶點紅酒的甘香,十分特別,而且濃稠度適中,伴飯一流。

台式肉燥豬頸肉飯
薄切卻大大片的豬頸肉,尤其爽口。外層煎得香,中間呈粉紅的位置卻一片清新而毫不油膩,肉味很鮮。肉燥飯為白飯帶來最佳的調味,鹹度恰到好處,跟飯的比例適宜,調味和油香足夠而不過份。兩個午餐都很大份,夠飽有餘,質素很高,難以相信不需$50。

多飽也不能錯過甜品。打開散叫的餐牌,意粉等主食十分漂亮,很吸引,只好下次晚餐再來。甜品的選擇很多,有窩夫、心太軟、綿花冰等等,應有盡有。另外有個抹茶系列。

抹茶芝士撻
比人氣的日式專門店貴一截的芝士撻,除了有堂食的環境和服務,還有漂亮的擺碟、水果和抹茶奶凍。輕易地切開鬆化的撻皮,中間的流心叫人垂涎欲滴。撻皮入口碎開,散發不太重的牛油香。流心的抹茶幼滑濃稠,茶香重至帶甘,比半熟工房的抹茶芝士撻好吃得多。奶凍上鋪了一層紅豆,甜度尚可,但蓋過淡味的奶凍。淡淡的茶味和約隱約現的奶味得仔細品嚐,軟滑的口感還可以。

抹茶拿破崙
拿破崙的抹茶吉士跟芝士撻的抹茶流心是兩個味道。夾在酥皮之間,口感較輕,同樣帶茶香茶甘但味沒那麼濃。一個細水長流,一個剛強轟烈,兩款都好吃。酥皮牛油下得不多,脆而不酥,欠牛油的香口,甜度亦同樣低。旁邊的白玉伴碟,煙韌但過黏,試一口便放棄了。

法式至尊
長碟子上放著三款甜品,一次過滿足三個願望。最喜歡chocolate truffle。朱古力入口軟滑,連著餅底徐徐融掉,完全不用咀嚼。黑朱古力味濃,甜度極低,愛朱古力的必試。燉蛋面層的焦蛋稍厚,得用力把它敲碎,太厚以致偏硬,也影響甜度。都幾幼滑的燉蛋,蛋味十分突出,甜度不算高,跟蛋味匹配。

每搖一搖碟子便震幾秒的的奶凍,表面看到一點點的雲尼拿籽,狀甚吸引。可是,味道只屬一般,有奶香但不算濃,雲尼拿也沒預期中香。看上去水漾的奶凍,口感卻偏向啫喱,完全沒有入口即融。

貪心地吃了三個甜品,飽得誇張。服務不俗,雖然甜品上菜有點慢,但店員會自動給我們追單,跟我們說廚房正在準備。真沒想到小蟻人會有如此質素。叫作甜品西餐,甜品的確沒令人失望,但午餐的高質素才是驚喜所在。

尋晚同幾個朋友一齊食飯,又想食西餐又想食甜品......於是就揀咗呢間餐廳。我地4個人叫咗好多嘢食,叫咗一個魚柳配芒果汁,沙皇牛肉配紅米飯,一個三文魚忌廉白汁尖通粉。小食就叫咗鹽酥雞,安格斯牛柳粒同炸魚手指配薯條。餐湯係周打魚湯,好濃芝士味我個人好鍾意。沙律就一般唔太特別。魚柳煎得香周脆不過魚調味唔夠,有少少淡,沙皇牛肉好似唔夠軟。但係忌廉白汁通粉芝士味好濃,我好鍾意個味道鹽酥雞正常味道,無特別。安格斯牛柳粒好好食,唔孩口又夠牛肉,淋埋燒汁非常夾!炸魚手指好脆,魚肉爽口有d似蝦膠嘅口感,都唔錯。最後我地仲叫咗綠茶綿綿冰同士多啤梨綿綿冰。綠茶綿綿冰有茶嘅澀味,唔太甜,朱古力雪糕好好味仲有chips係上面!士多啤梨味綿綿冰就甜咗少少,但個雪糕都有果肉好好味兩個綿綿冰都刨得好薄又唔易溶,仲有d椰果,水果同爆爆珠伴碟,賣相幾好。總括覺得意粉、小食同甜品比較出色
