To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋日喺旺角返工，下午茶時間就同同事去油麻地一帶搵食，朋友想食牛腩粉麵，所以我就帶咗佢去田記開餐。下午茶時間餐廳唔算多人，所以唔洗等位就已經可以入座，自己之前都有食過田記，牛腩品質唔錯，所以今次就叫咗金牌牛腩河粉 。🍜 金牌牛腩河粉 ($46) : 牛腩同粉麵份量多，牛腩入口煙韌軟糯，肉味香濃，河粉口感順滑有彈性，同事叫咗崩沙腩撈粗都讚不絕口。另外跟餐加配冷熱飲都只需 $8 蚊，所以就叫咗凍奶茶，奶茶茶底夠香濃，而且冇苦澀味。
