上次在釜山沒吃上鰻魚,原來在香港也可以吃到韓國鰻魚 HK$228 (半份)。從鰻魚肉的厚度和魚身的寛度來推測,這條韓國鰻魚也算頗肥大!
工作人員先將鰻魚沾上鰻魚醬汁,然後四面烤封,剪成條狀後再烤。過程中鰻魚會捲曲,亦需要為鰻魚補加醬汁,的確需要技巧和耐性。
果然味道不錯,特別是鰻魚肉的扎實與彈牙,又沒有重重的油脂感,吃得舒暢!

鮮雜菜拼盤 HK$120 包含大蔥、金菇、甜椒、南瓜、洋蔥、香菇、雞髀菇、翠肉瓜和紅蘿蔔。不專業的我們曾嘗試自行處理,結果不到一會,甜椒便被燒焦了。原來烤蔬菜是要用最小的火力、慢慢地烤,不得不讓工作人員來幫忙!
感恩,真的超滿足!下次要預留空間給主食和泡菜煎餅等。

朋友仲加咗一舊嘅鵝肝,鵝肝一樣可以擺上火爐到燒。等佢自身嘅油分滲出嚟再煎香佢。佢嘅內臟味道唔算好重,油香十足。

油花非常之靚,好似雪花咁。燒香咗之後,油脂爆發之後會食到少少嘅肉味,肉質軟腍,非常好食。不過呢啲少食多滋味,100 gram小編覺得都啱啱好。

牛肋條本身捲埋一條打開之後超長超大條,燒到咁上下展開一塊塊,味道甜甜地,肉質軟腍腍。本身以為會好似平時食嘅牛仔骨咁,點知佢非常易咬。用嚟包生菜,意外地好食。·

美國特級霜降牛肉 ❄️🐮

相比起韓牛,佢嘅油花冇咁多,肥瘦比例適中。所以油香會比韓牛少,但佢係平均型,入口油香同肉香兼備。入口好軟腍,但唔係入口即溶嗰種。小編建議呢款牛肉可以用嚟包生菜,試吓唔同感覺。韓牛就就咁點鹽食。


鮮大蝦及帶子 🍤🍤


啲蝦好大隻,帶子亦都好肥美碟肉,用嚟燒可以食到海鮮嘅原味,想層次多啲,可以加埋頭先嗌嘅魚子醬,每人一隻蝦同一隻帶子剛剛好。


生菜盤、辣蔥絲 🥦🥦


套餐包咗半份嘅生菜同超多嘅辣蔥絲。熟悉韓式食法嘅都知道可以將唔同配料同燒牛肉包埋生菜一齊食,會冇咁油膩。小編要讚一讚呢度俾嘅配料特別多,除咗生菜同辣蔥絲,仲會有蒜片青陽辣椒,調味料亦都有經典嘅韓式辣醬、岩鹽、芥末等等。你想點食法都得。


人蔘雞湯(半隻) 🐓🐓🍗


冬天當然要食返啲湯類,呢個餐幾好,就係包咗一個湯類嘅主食。而人蔘雞湯更加係冬天必選,滋補暖胃,而且夠晒飽肚。

It was a gathering with coworkers and the boss. This Korean bbq has spectacular views of TST and the location is very convenient. The dinner set was around a thousand dollars and came with several plates of high quality meats. There were also seafood like scallops for grilling. It’s properly Korean because they served a variety of banchans, and even japchae glass noodles. The vegetables were fresh too. Dipping sauce, crunchy lettuce and sesame oil were legit Korean style, and you won’t go wrong

The vegetables were fresh too. Dipping sauce, crunchy lettuce and sesame oil were legit Korean style, and you won’t go wrong having some spicy sauce and veggies with your hot sizzling grilled meat.

其實我喺韓國都食過幾間又米芝蓮級數嘅韓牛店(都叫做有少少心得咁啦) 佢地嘅韓牛係靚嘅,所以只要你唔手殘,齋食唔點鹽或其他,你都會覺得好味嘅

而且最有趣的規矩🤔,2 人來吃飯是6 小碟韓式冷菜,我們一行人5人也是6 小碟。我問職員,為何人數多了一倍,小菜份量是一樣? 職員解釋是他們是以枱計6 小碟, 不是人數。女經理後來多拿了2 小碟, 另一職員解釋是小菜不是無限,最多都是加多2 碟。
外面很多韓國菜館也會因應人數加多或減少小菜數量,也會提供吃完再加服務費。 或者近年我少出來吃, 不清楚行情,但被說到是貪心的人,心有點不舒服。如果要無限吃,就找放題的韓燒店吃,不會來這種貴價店吃飯吧!

出街吃飯都是想開心, 但吃完一肚氣,食物更好吃都沒用。 我不想再光臨此種惡劣的服務態度的店。❌❌❌

尖沙咀不只韓國街有好吃的韓國菜,在iSquare 這裡也有。今天來吃午餐,我點了一個燉牛肋骨套餐。一坐下來就會有很多前菜送上,像是泡菜、辣蘿蔔、黑豆、荳芽菜等六小碟。燉牛肋骨還會附上海帶湯和白飯。牛肋骨已被燉至十分鬆軟,用湯匙和筷子即可把肉分開,蘿蔔也煮得非常入味,調味剛好不會太咸。牛肋骨的份量非常大方,最少也有6、7大塊,我還要怪自己小鳥胃吃不完。我可以保證這個套餐男生吃也會很飽。這個午餐一份為$135再加一,這個位置(尖沙咀精華地段高樓層望海景)、食材和份量,我認為十分超值。
