Bae 話佢之前食過 lunch 唔錯。我今日咁啱去上環做嘢就同個客約晌呢度,見外面裝修得幾靚,實冇失禮!一人嗌咗個 set lunch。先上沙律同麵包,隻碟就大啦,但 D 菜少得可憐,好似好寒酸咁。賣相都好麻麻,唔知係醬多定唔新鮮,D 菜霉霉哋。個客玩嘢,唔貴唔嗌,要咗最貴的海膽 risotto,賣相都 ok 。個客一開始話唔錯,D 飯幾正宗,內硬外軟,有咬口,不過就唔係個個香港人識食,通常會話人 D 飯未熟透。食食吓,佢又話唔係好夠熱同再濃味 D 會好 D。大佬啊你睇吓我嗰份先啦,意粉白烚㗎咋!黑毛豬黑醋意粉,我天真以為佢會用 Balsamic 整個醬汁煮意粉,點知只係吱晌底,有 D 失望。豬肉 ok 嘅,都煎得幾香。有肥部分幾好味,都唔算煎得過火,我可以再 pink 小小,不過係好難掌握,一紅 D 就會比人投訴,始終係🐷。總結$400幾食個 lunch 係貴啲,但如果水準同質素成正比就會樂意嘅,但 Naka 仲爭少少。 continue reading

香港在住者です。日本人のシェフが腕を振るわれているとのことで楽しみにして伺いました。頂いた料理の味は良かったのですが、他の方のレビューにもある様にホールスタッフの方の接客態度が非常に悪く店を出た後も悲しい気持ちになり来たことを後悔した気分になりました。客は私ひとりでしたが、注文をお願いしようとしても常に客側に背を向けてスマホを弄るのに夢中で気が付かなかったり、まだオードブルを食べているのに次の料理がサーブされて片付けられそうになったり、愛想も悪く挨拶のひとつもありませんでした。とてもサービスチャージの対価に合わない仕事ぶりだと思いました。 continue reading

難得過上環,行過見到呢間餐廳外面裝修幾有特色,價錢唔算貴,得三張枱但1點呢啲時間冇人,於是決定入去試試,費事去其他餐廳要等位。入到去,坐低左,就發現其實入面冇乜特別,好簡單同刻板既格局,只是牆上有烏絲燈加稍深色既牆身,叫做有少少氣氛。是但選左個menu內接近最便宜既免治豬肉意大利粉,$128。呀侍應哥哥仲同我講好味。前菜好快上到黎,睇落以為味道會好似個樣咁精緻,不過入口普通。有口感,但味道簡單。旁邊既dressing好少同冇味,似真係為"dress"隻碟而落。不過我寧願呢個前菜好味啲。跟住佢上左一塊面包,冇講任何野。塊面包唔係意大利包,似係密度較高既白面包。跟住我問佢要左舊牛油,先發現枱旁邊有油醋。不過舊包的確較適合搽牛油多過點油醋。塊包係微暖既,搽牛油食OK。隔左幾分鐘,意大利粉到。呢個意粉唔係普通意粉,好似刀削面咁粗,有口勁,免治豬肉都係好有口勁,不過成碟野好普通。上既時候面頭有一大pat芝士粉,其實似乎係得個芝士粉味。可能我唔識欣賞。餐飲既話,咖啡要加$20,檸茶檸水唔洗加錢。野食咁既質素,我真係唔敢加錢叫咖啡。最好笑個侍應驚死我睇唔到部咖啡機,我揀完檸水之後,話我知個咖啡係即磨既,指住佢部咖啡機。其實唔知呀侍應哥哥知唔知,大家樂/大快活既咖啡都係即磨既?  即磨咖啡值唔值錢,係睇用咩豆、邊個沖、沖得好唔好,而唔係指住部機就可以收多啲錢,開得餐廳,部部機既spec都差唔遠。呢度唯一特別好既地方係,上菜好快。簡單講,唔會有下次。 continue reading

每次經過上環,也會去NAKA坐一坐。過去只是去飲杯咖啡,貪其環境不錯、價錢合理,賣的是illy咖啡,價錢卻比星仔平一截!今晚被友人放飛機,於是獨自試試這間餐廳的晚餐。未看餐牌前,我又點了我最愛的Mocha。illy咖啡的咖啡豆油份偏高、咖啡因偏低,更能發揮咖啡的濃郁味道晚市主餐裨食物選擇不算多,與我相熟的經理推介章魚燒(Zeppelin  with  Octopus)作為前菜。每吃一口都是章魚肉,而且幾彈牙,不錯主菜則點了海鮮扁麵(Seafood Tagliatelle),配以濃郁蕃茄汁,配料有大蝦、章魚仔、帶子、青口等,不算特別。反而是麵的頗為彈性,口感有驚喜,問了經理才得知此餐廳所有麵均為手打,難怪!經理海膽飯是餐廳的招牌菜,下次要試試了。值得一讚是侍應和經理的服務態度非常好,讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。 continue reading

You could always tell whether a restaurant has put in efforts by the bread they bring out first. The bread was soft and fluffy and the choice of their olive oil and vinegar is really good. We had the uni risotto, uni pasta, mushroom fettuccine, scallop with kale sauce pasta, and seafood pasta. All the pastas was surprisingly good. Next came the beef carpaccio and it wasn’t paper thin and I really liked it. I ordered pork loin as main dish but it was over cooked. The beef came and i instantly regretting not ordering this instead. Tried a bite of the beef and it tasted as good as it looks. Overall this restaurant surprised me...in a very good way.
