有次行過aeon style food court見到呢間餐廳排晒長龍,好奇望下menu有咩食,見到又有燒魚定食又有海鮮丼揀,咁多選擇,就決定一定要搵次黎試下。對於海膽控既我黎講,一見到menu個海膽三文魚丼咁靚,諗都唔諗就即刻落order啦!個飯一黎到,嘩賣相好靚,果然同menu上面張相一模一樣。仲隨餐附送一碗麵豉湯。麵豉湯入面既湯料好足,有豆腐,紅蘿蔔同白蘿蔔片,昆布,同少許蔥花。湯料既分量好多,每舀一啖湯都可以食到啖啖湯料,好滿足。麵豉湯好濃味,又唔會太鹹,絕對唔似係用湯粉加水沖果啲麵豉湯。之後就到今晚晚餐既主角 -- 海膽三文魚丼啦!呢個飯唔單止好睇,仲好食!壽司飯既酸味適中,不過略嫌有啲黏,如果可以做到粒粒分明會更好。海膽既分量有成接近半碗飯咁多,入口一啲都唔腥,好鮮甜,texture仲好滑!三文魚有五塊咁多,每塊都有一定厚度,肥瘦適中,算係不過不失。係出面食刺身丼一般都要至少百幾二百蚊,係aeon style food court呢到$109就食到咁高質素既刺身丼,真係好驚喜!絕對值得推介!

呢個飯唔單止好睇,仲好食!壽司飯既酸味適中,不過略嫌有啲黏,如果可以做到粒粒分明會更好。海膽既分量有成接近半碗飯咁多,入口一啲都唔腥,好鮮甜,texture仲好滑!
三文魚有五塊咁多,每塊都有一定厚度,肥瘦適中,算係不過不失。

係出面食刺身丼一般都要至少百幾二百蚊,係aeon style food court呢到$109就食到咁高質素既刺身丼,真係好驚喜!絕對值得推介!

外觀不錯!有甜蝦、吞拿魚、三文魚、帶子和明太子~
可是一夾起刺身~一陣陣蒸氣隨之飄出~
What?熱的刺身飯?😱😱
會不會驚嚇了一點⋯⋯
刺身方面尚算新鮮~
輕輕烤過的明太子特別美味~

附送的湯應是日本叫的豚汁、有大量白蘿蔔及昆布提味~不錯!
另外要一提的是wasabi超辣~要小心!

I went AEON Kornhill store to buy my favorite furikake.

It's always a very difficult decision to choose the restaurant, because there are a lot of delicious-looking Japanese restaurant.

I chose "Nakayo Shokudo" that grilled fish teishoku and kaisen-don restaurant.
Nakashima suisan that famous sushi store in supermarket is runnning this restaurant.
So Nakayo Shokudo must be good!

I found 明太子燒三文魚腩 in Recomend Menu.
I really love Mentaiko...♡ so I decided it right away!

I ordered it at casher, and took a sheat at counter.

After 10 mins waiting, the Donburi was coming!

The salmon toro was fatty and soft and soooo delicious╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
But what my favorit, Mentaiko was put just a little mix with mayonnaise...

Even so, it was good value for money and I was really satisfied.

I'll try the grilled fish teishoku next time♪

They have a set of daily fish specials that is in Chinese only. This is seen at the cashier and boyfriend notice it when he got up to order. This is a perch and cost $109. This took a good half hour for them to make. A whole fish was presented. This fish was great. Not over cooked. Lightly seasoned with salt.

For a food court, it was a bit pricey but then the fish was perfectly cooked. The meal was healthy and simple. I  guess that fit it's purpose. There are a number of people who do order the sushi donburi and they do offer couple sets that include a grilled lobster. Might be back.

由於今晚年30晚,人們都聚在有全港最大年宵的銅鑼灣,所以選擇左太古食晚餐。在AEON的fd court中,想試一間刺身飯店好耐了,所以今日就排隊試一下。😁等了約十分鐘就入座了,望了餐牌一會兒,還是決定想試一下推廣中的新年大餐,因為食物種類都很多,挺吸引人。😋餐廳是沒有飲品可以供應,所以都是自己拿杯子倒檸檬水喝。上餐的速度都很快。這份燒赤魚的定食份量是有點大,看外面時,想著應該挺多骨,以為比較少肉。怎知道,一起骨時,裡面的肉都很多,只有一條大骨,魚的味道不會太淡而且也挺滑滑的。算是一個意外的驚喜吧。第二份到的是這一份,鹽燒赤蝦。蝦都很大隻,而且燒的時候不單是外殻有鹽味,連內裡的蝦也沾上了。在剝殻時,會覺得比較咸,因為鹽都在殻面上燒,所以吃完一整隻後需要喝一杯水來中和一下。然後上的就是這個焗芝士龍蝦,龍蝦肉很輕易就從殻上剝下來,內裡也有很多龍蝦膏。不過因為龍蝦肉的味道本身比較淡,所以吃的時候都是以芝士的味道為主。最後就是這一個海鮮極盛了,可以從照片上看到刺身的種類有很多種。整體上的味道都很平均,沒有那一種是很突出。個人認為新鮮度屬於一般,不過這個價錢來說,它的性價比其實挺高的。吃完這份新年

豪華北海丼 $169……長腳蟹睇落好大,但食落腳少肉但蟹膏吾少,刺身份量都新鮮同多,味道吾錯

三色丼$119 ....以這價錢黎講都合理,份量都飽但壽司飯偏酸左少少,米口感吾錯, #蝦 大隻都新鮮,但 #海膽 味道只屬一般,但起碼冇好腥,整體合格

意外覺得面豉湯好味吾太咸冇料,剛剛好,好味。其實熱食都好抵食,五六十蚊就有交易,吸引程度吾差得過刺身

1月2號公眾假期, 行完太古城後, 雖然時間稍早(大約下午6時前),但為求不用排隊, 決定提早食晚餐~環境上, ナカヨ食堂如同縮細版正宗日本餐廳食客圍住中間廚房, 甚有回到日本的感覺雖然是food court, 但座位並無一點擠迫!菜單種類豐富, 有百多完的刺身飯, 想便宜一點, 亦有低至$59的燒魚定食點了一個海鮮極丼(上圖), 特上四色丼(下圖), 各$159材料大同少異, 主打都是海膽, 三文魚, 赤蝦等等, 以賣相來看, 特上四色丼更膀一籌皆因蟹腳相當有氣勢, 亦有多一條赤蝦; 但另一邊箱, 海鮮極丼亦有帶子, 魚蓉, 大家可因個人喜好選擇值得一讚的是三文魚十分厚切!, 口感實在, 沒有雪味, 十分新鮮海膽亦不錯, 沒有腥味跟餐還有一碗麵豉湯, 濃淡適中, 好喝!雖然已做足功課才選擇到此進餐, 但亦喜出望外, 以$150價位, 能吃到如此高質的海鮮丼期待下次試試燒魚定食~

值得一讚的是三文魚十分厚切!, 口感實在, 沒有雪味, 十分新鮮

Other Info. : 有所不知, 常見於刺身, 海鮮飯的菊花及紫蘇葉並不只裝飾用 其實以上都有增加殺菌作用的功能, 以防食物中毒 下次大家見到不妨試試

今次第三次嚟食,最正既地方係可以自己按加飯加芝麻走蔥個啲選項,而且好抵食,味道都唔錯,不過今次海膽無咁新鮮,三文魚一般,但整體嚟講都仲係抵食既!比其他主打海鮮飯既日本餐廳嚟講,呢間價錢係幾優惠既。

Foodcourt食物,一般的傳譯是等同連鎖式的快餐,價格優惠,能吃飽就算喇, 不能有太多的要求。但這晚在康怡AEON百貨的一次Foodcourt 偶遇就令我完全改變看法了。來過這個百貨公司多次每次都見到有小人龍在排這個店。這次看見排隊的人不多就馬上跟隊。不消15分鐘,就能入座了晚飯就豪D點了一個兩人海鮮及海膽飯套餐。又大概等了15分鐘,東西一個接一個的來。燒龍蝦是第一樣上桌的,體型不大,加上典型的頭大身細,剩下的肉其實不多。很不容易才弄出了一塊肉,哇哇,非常结实彈牙; 味道沒有過度烹調,只是鹽烤,加上Cheese蓋在上面,這個前菜,有暄賓奪主之嫌,哈哈。再上來就是海膽三文魚飯及海膽海鮮飯,完全"豐滿"的馬糞海膽蓋了半個飯面,加上味道鮮得不得了,感覺就像把自己的舌頭也吞進肚子的感覺; 這餐飯實在太滿足了。However埋單時也了解到一份錢一分貨的道理,盛惠三百多大洋;果然不是"一般"的foodcourt!
