原來呢間有好多分店,今日第一次食,店舖空間唔算大,但枱與枱之間都有足夠空間。揀咗兩個拉麵同兩個小食,想講上菜速度非常快,要俾個👍🏻黑鳴虎-博多黑蒜油拉麵黑蒜味好濃郁,蒜油味道好有層次,而且麵條幼細,非常掛湯🤤有流心蛋、黑木耳、紫菜、叉燒,叉燒肥瘦比例適中,口感滿足本身想試白松露雞白湯拉麵,但靚仔哥哥話因為假期後返唔切貨,所以試唔到😮‍💨咁我就揀咗辛味噌拉麵辛味噌拉麵味噌湯底質感厚實,鹹中帶甜,味道平衡得剛好,而且又夠熱。有流心蛋、蟹棒、木耳絲、紫菜、炙叉燒、叉燒好有焦香,雖然燒過但口感仍然軟腍吉列大蝦正常發揮,夠脆,粉漿唔會太厚👍🏻———————————————————————肉餃子非常足料,而且保留到肉汁,餃子皮夠薄整體都唔錯,價錢都好親民,可以再食🤤下次要試下白松露雞白湯🤓

即叫即炸的芝麻雞翼賣相不俗,加入了粒粒芝麻,更添香氣;雞翼外皮炸得脆脆的,一點也不覺肥膩。皮下的雞肉嫩滑,醃得入味。怕熱氣的我也頓時喜歡上這炸翼!

初想這炸得好像有點兒過火的吉列大蝦並不討人,但吃過後的感覺卻並不一樣。這大蝦是名付其實外脆內軟、入口的感覺原來十分不錯,沾上拉麵湯更是意想不到的好吃!

探訪土瓜灣朋友,朋友介紹吃拉麵,鳴虎有好幾間分店,這間應該是總店,舖頭不算很大,因為下午時分幫襯,所以人流不算太多。點了最元老級的鳴虎拉麵(日本魚乾豬骨湯),朋友就點了期間限定的黑松露拉麵。另外點了一客小吃~天婦羅炸蝦,新鮮熱辣辣炸起,香脆有肉汁,味道不錯。食拉麵要把湯喝光是對師傅的尊重,所以我和朋友都把湯通通喝光,最驚喜的是叉燒,濃而不膩,厚度適中易咬入口,麵質夠彈性不會太淋,半熟蛋亦夠咸香。整體感覺不錯,可以一試。

今天和朋友大概六點去到這家拉麵店吃飯,店裡人不算太多,因為時間尚早,但挺喜歡店裡的日系感覺~我們坐下之後店員送上2杯水,而我們看了下菜單,最終決定一份黑鳴虎(博多黑蒜油拉麵) 和赤虎(特濃辛口拉麵),加多一份芝麻雞翼,波子汽水。最先上來的是芝麻雞翼和波子汽水,雞翼很脆但我覺得可以炸少一點時間,一點點過火,但肉還是嫩的。而士多啤梨味波子汽水很正,尤其夏天喝就對了。主食上來了,我很喜歡我的黑蒜油拉麵,黑蒜不會說太搶,但有濃濃的油香。肉和紫菜都正常發揮。而糖心蛋非常棒,入口即溶,而面條也很彈牙,性價比很高呢。朋友的辛口拉麵也不算太辣,喜歡吃辣的朋友也可以嘗試一下。總的來說這家拉麵店是土瓜灣性價比高的拉麵之選。

今晚屋企無飯食,咁自己去食野,土瓜灣食店真係好多,鳴虎呢一兩年發展得好快,咁試下。小店,地方有啲細,人唔多,檯有啲迫。點咗個綠虎四國香蔥油拉麵,其實都應該係叉燒拉麵。好快就有,蛋係原隻,唔係半隻,麵質有啲硬,蔥唔夠香。

日本的通關仍有不少限制,今日一於來到土瓜灣品嚐一下拉麵減少思鄉的情緒.餐廳佈置十分簡潔明亮,我用了不少木材作為裝飾,感受到溫暖的感覺.這個日式魚餅是即叫即炸的十分之香口,配送美酒也是不錯的選擇.這個鳴虎拉麵用豬骨湯炮製而成,湯底香濃,加上拉麵十分之爽口,配上熱哄哄的湯底簡直水準十足,拉麵的掛面程度也十分之好,麵身也有淡淡的蛋香味.至於這個名海老拉麵,充滿了淡淡的鮮蝦味,感受到廚師的用心.這拉麵店雖然是小店經營,但是在土瓜灣十分之有名氣。大家可以來品嚐一下.
