今晚放工後原本係灣仔搵食, 但又見唔係好肚餓, 所以行行下..行左去銅鑼灣禮頓道附近, 見到 “南亞餐廳”, 就係咁走左入食野。 我地叫左2樣野:-海南雞飯- 佢地既皇牌, 所以就試下! 不過, 唔係想像中咁好! 隻雞係夠味, 油飯都夠香。 但係的飯好硬, 的雞好瘦, 冇咩肉食咁~~~! 更好的係另一地方都唔難搵囉! 咖哩石斑飯- 好香既咖哩, 薯仔雖然切得大舊, 但仍然好入味呢! 石斑有兩大塊, 份量好足夠囉! 咖哩飯真係好食過海南雞呢~ !!

我都係同個friend原先諗住去南亞食飯,但見到留言板果14個喊而卻步;不過,由於真係幾想試下,又懶得再諗去邊度食,最終都去左南亞.我地叫左馳名既海南雞飯同紅豆冰,老實講真係唔差,個飯好香,比雞吸引!好耐都冇食過似樣既雞油飯!後上既紅豆冰簡直係極品,紅豆多到食極都有,個冰用椰汁整,唔會食到最後淡茂茂.$100食到d好食既野兼且飽到嘔,我覺得好滿意.加上係星期五飯市時間都唔駛等位,爽!

好耐之前試過呢間餐廳,印象都唔錯....噚日諗住同個fd再食,慣性上openrice睇下, 點知發現近排D comment 認真麻麻.....我地猶豫左好耐仲去唔去食好,最終都決定比次機會呢間餐廳.我地study左個餐牌好耐 ( 因為記得D comment 話咖喱無味, 貴刁又淡....), 最終都係穩陣D叫左招牌海南雞飯同紅豆冰, 結果喜出望外 (坦白講可能之前打定輸數,所以份外覺得好食)...每人$100,實在好抵食!至於服務都不錯,雖然個侍應唔係好醒目,我地明明落單時話紅豆冰後上,但佢响我地啱啱開始食海南雞飯時已捧左紅豆冰嚟,我地請佢遲D先上紅豆冰,佢都好有禮貌咁話冇問題.臨走時見全場滿坐,唔知其它客人又滿唔滿意呢?

南亞開咗咁耐,其實我都係第一次嚟呢度食。地方夠大,客人偏少,最啱同朋友食飯傾偈既聚腳點。好想試吓呢度既招牌菜海南雞飯$65,我哋要脾加$5,湯係普通既菜乾湯,雞油飯亦一般,沒有香濃既雞油味,雞脾骨多肉少,雞骨還滲著血紅色,幸好雞皮算薄,最怕勁多脂肪既雞皮,見到就怕怕囉。一路食一路係度諗,真係好懷念去新加坡時食過既海南雞飯,真係無得比。另外最想試hotcake,製作需時二十分鐘,hotcake成吋厚,似蛋糕多過pancake,切開時已發覺蛋糕異常鬆軟,cake邊微脆,入口富蛋香,雖然賣成五十五蚊頗貴,但其實可供三至四人食,計落都物有所值既。仲有一杯凍檸檬柑桔,大大杯賣二十四蚊,埋單一百六十四蚊。

2008年3月02日,南亞又來南亞喇。上次與另一半約好找天再來試“馬來大餐”,今天開銅鑼灣就食啦。呢個餐138元。牛肉阿參:是湯,牛肉是少量的肉碎,個湯味道怪怪地,好酸也好甜,不是人人接受,我也覺得試過便算。牛肉沙爹4串:雞豬牛任選一款。等了很久才來,但竟然只是和暖,且不是很香口。蝦參乜:蝦是炸過的,也不少,有D瓜,汁有D似沙爹的醬。味道OK。咖喱雞飯:最好味道。個汁和雞都好味。不過可以多D咖喱汁,要就住食先夠食。這個餐兩個人食都好夠,一個人都幾難食唔得哂。之後我們還叫了上次已經想吃的克戟,要55元,都幾貴。不過一食之後,就覺得都好值得。而且,好大件,最好3至四個人食,就可以多試其他東西。個克戟單看賣相很吸引,外層脆脆地,裏面鬆軟,但有點似蛋糕多過克戟,吃一口,蛋味很濃,正!結果,飲埋杯餐茶,兩個人都很飽很飽。

這個餐兩個人食都好夠,一個人都幾難食唔得哂。

之後我們還叫了上次已經想吃的克戟,要55元,都幾貴。
不過一食之後,就覺得都好值得。而且,好大件,最好3至四個人食,就可以多試其他東西。個克戟單看賣相很吸引,外層脆脆地,裏面鬆軟,但有點似蛋糕多過克戟,吃一口,蛋味很濃,正!

結果,飲埋杯餐茶,兩個人都很飽很飽。

女朋友原本想嗌炒貴勺,但當時只係八點半多,已經話冇貨,可惜,其後再去一次食晚飯,終於有機會試到,但感覺,太乾身,而且色澤賣相同味道不相同,淡而無味...

至於火炎雪山,係我第一次試,外層既泡沫,感覺怪怪,但內裡的蛋糕和雪榚,作為甜點,亦算夠份量,因為份量頗大...

I go to this restaurant tonight and I know this one is "middle" price restaurant but I have never tried it before.I go with my gf and order 喇沙湯noodle and T bone steak. Both are not good. 喇沙湯noodle is quit 淡.. not spicy. T bone steak i order mid-rare but the steak is really really 硬and i hardly to cut it...hahahaaAnd the drink 柚子蜜is not good. The soup is 淡too. I go to this restaurant tonight and I know this one is "middle" price restaurant but I have never tried it before.

I go with my gf and order 喇沙湯noodle and T bone steak. Both are not good. 喇沙湯noodle is quit 淡.. not spicy. T bone steak i order mid-rare but the steak is really really 硬and i hardly to cut it...hahahaa

And the drink 柚子蜜is not good. The soup is 淡too. Only the bread is ok, a little bit warm and soft.

The environment is average and service is a little bit below it. The temperature is quite warm.

To sum up, no next time unless the well known 海南chicken rice.

某位食家蘇小姐的極力吹捧下, 忍不住都是要來試一次點了稱為最招牌的海南雞及咖喱雞, 消費不便宜的, 散叫不設套餐, 每份都要約$70多元.海南雞的湯色澤有如菜水一樣, 淡而無味, 渴了兩口便放棄, 雞的份量比平的海南雞更要少, 肥膏份量不少呢, 明顯過冷水的次數不足, 到今份是油膩得很, 加上雞肉不夠厚, 令它的口感更加油膩咖喱雞其實只是原隻雞脾放在一碗稀流流的咖喱之中, 咖喱有如水一樣稀, 雖然馬拉咖喱比印度的淡味, 但是這個真的很淡, 而且連雪雞的雪藏味都蓋不了, 是不是過份一點呢??本來想要點個克cake的, 但是經過這兩個「經典」後, 都是放棄吧, 我們都是君子之交…..淡如水罷了……………真的開始懷疑蘇小姐的品味

2007年11月07日,南亞。想了良久晚飯吃什麼,跟另一半最後一致同意去南亞。肉絲炒麵:不油,肉絲新鮮麵脆,但也有些是太硬的,不過整體來說是很不錯的。摩囉雞飯:黃飯很好吃,雞有雞味,醬汁都好味。正!加了25元配羅宋湯和熱檸茶:羅宋湯可以酸一點點。最後要讚一下服務,幾個侍應都細心,問我們是否share吃,主動送上碟子和碗,問menu又即刻答到,有product knowledge,又會叫我們小心熱等,都是有service的表現。
