今次我去了也是吃最經典的魚蛋魚皮河粉,再配上它的最經典的春卷。真的在其他地方不可能能吃到這樣味道的春卷,他有一點鹹也非常彈牙,實在找不到其他的更好的替代品。而他的魚蛋魚皮配上辣醬之後跟粉麵造成一種非常之好的配搭。

Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 呢間分店食咗好多年啦,算叫做乾淨企理,因為腸胃比較差,未試過無食到肚痛,都算係咁。
春卷係必點食品,第一次食嘅時候真係覺得好奇怪,點解春卷係淋嘅,不過食落又好好味,食咗咁多年,已經好習慣啦,所以每次無論1定其中一款餸一定揀春卷,其他餸就隨意搭配啦,今次揀咗貢丸,够大粒又彈牙,好食,蔥怪一定多蔥。必加辣椒醬,食南記先會加辣椒醬,其他鋪頭食麵一定係辣椒油。
春卷係必點,外皮脆得嚟唔油膩,入口嘅瞬間感覺到內餡嘅鮮味同爽口😍,真係令我回味無窮。腩肉同豬大腸賣相晶瑩剔透,個個都想試一試。結果腩肉Q彈中帶微微嫩滑,豬大腸又清、又華麗,啖啖肉香,完全冇想像中嘅腥味!
雖然牛展嘅味道稍嫌平平,但魚餃嘅咬勁同樂趣都補咗返來。最後輕輕地嗌罐凍檸茶,啱啱好打住喉,飲品同食物之間嘅配合,真係整個體驗提升到另一層次。🍋 唔免俗套咁講,真係一次平民又精彩嘅飲食體驗,南記,我仲會再來!
揀返個經典款叉燒魚餃瀨,加料都唔手軟,足料冬菜,拌埋成碗大口食,豆瓣醬夠晒火喉,食完連心都暖笠笠🥣。呢啲本土風味,講起上嚟就係一口老香港嘅滋味。
最後唔得唔提下依家小窩米線嘅進步,等得時間短咗,湯頭都清而鮮美得滯。微酸嘅酸菜喺湯裏邊跳舞,突出咗料同蔥花嘅每一啖香,糖心蛋夠潤,肉感十足,啱晒想吃得健康嘅你!食完呢啲,真心覺得香港嘅美食文化,就係喺呢啲平民小食當中最發光。😋💯

無晚市下基本每個星期叫外賣一次😎😎
風沙脆豚即是炸豬扒條,炸得較乾無肉汁,而且肉身較薄。幸好醃得入味。所謂風沙是有大堆辣椒炸蒜,怕辣的可以不蘸也夠味。豚肉麻麻,但個擔擔湯米線幾好,湯夠濃味,又有榨菜、豆卜條、肉碎等。不過米線偏少,只有另一碗酸辣米線的三分二份量。
另外,南記最近出左麻辣既粉麵下次一定要試下新野。

南記我細細個就食到大嫁啦,佢喺香港仔嘅舖位都轉過幾次但係口味味道始終無變。
叫咗個例牌嘅招牌米粉, $28多謝晒。而家喺香港地竟然搵到間餐廳食個晏仔唔超過$30,真係買少見少。不消一會,外賣到手,立即衝返屋企食。
