To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南區人相信都無幾個無食過南記，以前只限港島區有，呢幾年都開咗好多分店係其他區，造福大家，因為真係幾好食又唔貴。呢間分店食咗好多年啦，算叫做乾淨企理，因為腸胃比較差，未試過無食到肚痛，都算係咁。春卷係必點食品，第一次食嘅時候真係覺得好奇怪，點解春卷係淋嘅，不過食落又好好味，食咗咁多年，已經好習慣啦，所以每次無論1定其中一款餸一定揀春卷，其他餸就隨意搭配啦，今次揀咗貢丸，够大粒又彈牙，好食，蔥怪一定多蔥。必加辣椒醬，食南記先會加辣椒醬，其他鋪頭食麵一定係辣椒油。

呢晚心思思嚟到南記，揾返幾年前嘅記憶。一坐低就忍唔住嗌咗碗酸辣米線，食落去竟然有一種家嘅感覺。😋 米線出奇嘅滑，湯底帶嚟嘅酸辣感覺刺激晒味蕾，仲有埋酸菜嘅清新，正！而家咁涼快，食碗熱辣辣嘅米線真係舒服到不得了。春卷係必點，外皮脆得嚟唔油膩，入口嘅瞬間感覺到內餡嘅鮮味同爽口😍，真係令我回味無窮。腩肉同豬大腸賣相晶瑩剔透，個個都想試一試。結果腩肉Q彈中帶微微嫩滑，豬大腸又清、又華麗，啖啖肉香，完全冇想像中嘅腥味！雖然牛展嘅味道稍嫌平平，但魚餃嘅咬勁同樂趣都補咗返來。最後輕輕地嗌罐凍檸茶，啱啱好打住喉，飲品同食物之間嘅配合，真係整個體驗提升到另一層次。🍋 唔免俗套咁講，真係一次平民又精彩嘅飲食體驗，南記，我仲會再來！

行過南記，一間洋溢著濃濃街坊氣息嘅食店，心諗今晚就打住吓餓肚，歎返一頓！入面啲噴香鴛鴦粉麵，真係令人回味無窮，啫啫嘅魚蛋、彈牙牛丸同個酥脆春卷，你話豐富唔豐富？麵條Q彈得黎唔會過腍，順滑過喉嘅感覺，正！星期天嘅食客多，要等位都值得。揀返個經典款叉燒魚餃瀨，加料都唔手軟，足料冬菜，拌埋成碗大口食，豆瓣醬夠晒火喉，食完連心都暖笠笠🥣。呢啲本土風味，講起上嚟就係一口老香港嘅滋味。最後唔得唔提下依家小窩米線嘅進步，等得時間短咗，湯頭都清而鮮美得滯。微酸嘅酸菜喺湯裏邊跳舞，突出咗料同蔥花嘅每一啖香，糖心蛋夠潤，肉感十足，啱晒想吃得健康嘅你！食完呢啲，真心覺得香港嘅美食文化，就係喺呢啲平民小食當中最發光。😋💯

平時食米線都係會去譚仔 今次難得你香港仔就試吓香港仔出名嘅南記 嚟到見到價錢以連鎖米線黎講都唔係好親民 因為格局係自助式比較似係快餐店咁樣 第一次食南記 就試咗佢期間限定嘅胡椒豬肚湯米線 本身就鍾意食潮州嘢嘅我有啲期待 但係一飲個湯底就覺得有啲伏 一般嘅味精湯底帶上小小嘅胡椒味 整體口味比較鹹同重 豆卜索晒啲湯汁都比較鹹 豬肚份量算係多但係口感比較韌 建議下次黎都係試返佢嘅招牌春卷好啲食完之後雖然冇乜點飲湯但係都幾口渴下

每次去到南記必定會叫嘅係春卷，春卷炸到金黃色，裏面嘅魚肉好香口，味道鮮甜，餃皮和肉餡好夾，令到成碗河粉高一個層次。未到一如以往幾好。仲有佢哋嘅生菜，份量好夠，可以兩個人share食都得，配上蠔油，好好味。
