To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過SOGO附近個間,超級多人! 呢間就無咁多人,我下午4點多入去一個人食都無搵位既煩惱。
店內全都是木枱木櫈,光猛簡潔。
叫咗個四寶紫菜河,呀姐比咗包紙巾我,原來宜家買碗粉就有,又唔錯喎。
四寶河大大碗。白魚蛋、牛丸、墨魚丸、魚肉春卷各兩舊,仲有好多紫菜,覆蓋哂成個碗,放得幾靚仔!
想重口味,仲可以加辣椒醬,辣椒油,醋同魚露。
不得不提佢個辣醬,好好味,都真係幾辣吓~我大約取了一小羹,就辣到有少少食到出汗
麵店燈火通明,雖然接近9時,依然有不少客人。裝潢以簡單醒目為主,木製桌椅,配以黑色和白色的磚頭牆壁,十分簡潔呢!
以前南記得分店並不多,最近的就是光顧中央圖書館附近那一家。
點了一碗辣豬肉小窩米線$38。湯頭辣中帶甘甜,
吃一片辣豬腩肉,薄薄一片,入口肉質軟腍夾點辛辣,十分開胃,加上酸菜、蔥等配菜,又香又惹味!
不過我最喜歡還有他的米線,幼米線吸附著湯汁一起吃,我可以把湯汁全數喝完呢!
之前波斯富街南就執左之後真係無點食過,最近波斯富街開返,當然要去朝聖一番,雖然坐位比之前多,但Lunch依然爆滿,一行五人等左15分鐘左右終於等到限4人枱,不得不讚南記嘅姐姐,我地差1張凳,姐姐主動幫手問其他客人仲幫我地拎埋去我地張枱,真係好抵讚。
去到南記唔食牛嘅我必食嘅一定係清湯春卷米,米粉爽口,慢慢食到尾都唔會變,春卷食落唔會有油味 口感亦都軟硬適中唔粉口,食落有少少魚味,有調過味又唔腥,就咁食都好好味。雖然係清湯,但絕對唔係清水,雖然應該都係味精湯,但唔會死鹹,如果覺得單調可以加少少辣椒醬,即刻變得超惹味。
米粉份量都唔少,唔會食兩啖就食完,加4條春卷,成碗野都係收$27,你話去邊度搵!
買碗外賣、返屋企食到chep chep聲,你話佢好麻又唔係,但今次煮得確係唔錯,湯底濃得黎剛剛好、食到有麻辣味而唔係話only喪落辣油o個隻、小編咁樣講係因為之前確實幫襯過呢間嘢既另外一間分店(同樣o係銅鑼灣)o個間嘢既麻辣米線係不x知所謂既(和中環o個間一樣都係勁難食!),所以小編今夏
次純粹又係博一鋪精神、睇下銅鑼灣另一間新開既店會唔會好d啦,果然冇令小編失望,確實水準係唔錯!除左麻辣米線大家要試之外、佢地既椒鹽春卷粒都好好味架,真係新鮮炸出黎,唔似得銅鑼灣怡和街o個間嘢咁、炸完好似冇炸過咁!所以大家黎到銅鑼灣食南記記得去利舞台對面o個間就穩陣啦

我第一次食南記個陣佢都未有咁多分店,以前係要特登入香港仔先食到,個陣會心思思成日走入去食。依家多左分店,反而仲小左食,人就係咁犯賤🙈
太耐冇食,連佢menu轉哂都唔知。
好奇怪,以前我成日食嘅招牌春卷小鍋米線唔見左。望住個新menu又唔係好識嗌,就膽粗粗咁走去收銀問呀姐:請問有冇春卷小鍋米線呀?呀姐又竟然答有😂😂😂halo 請問發生咩事,呢個係穩藏版menu嗎?
證據係呢到,我真係嗌到春卷小鍋米線,佢張飛都真係咁出。成件事好搞笑😂😂
呀不過咁,佢杯野飲點解會咁貴😩
主角泥喇,主角春卷咁多年都冇變,依然係咁好食,大家唔好誤會,佢唔係脆卜卜個款炸春卷,佢係彈牙好重魚肉嘅春卷🤤有成四大條咁多!
小鍋米線係類似酸辣湯咁,入面有肉碎、腐皮、九菜、芽菜、酸菜。米線亦彈牙!好味👍🏻
總結:佢嘅招牌春卷小鍋米線咁多年都咁好味,冇變過👍🏻$38一碗大大碗差唔多啦,只係野飲好貴,下次食完先出去飲野🤪
新開呢間南記樓面明顯比較乾淨企理,啲枱枱櫈櫈都好新,又見到阿姐勤力掃地。廁所位置容易發現,新店畀四分佢。
自己排隊買飛,自己排隊攞嘢食,自己搵位。正常快餐店即唔可以計服務分,所以三分。
叫左碗魚蛋魚腐小鍋米線少辣,少辣嘅辣味程度可以接受,唔食得辣嘅朋友都可以試一下。魚蛋算彈口,但魚腐比較淋,相比之下魚蛋好食啲。小窩米線跟啲酸菜同芽菜都算幾多,可以畀三分。
38蚊碗雙拼都幾大窩,算係OK抵,畀佢三分。
