To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一如以往,「酸辣豬肉米線」好好食,冬菇好厚肉,春卷好煙韌!
「清湯米線」都唔錯,但我最後都係後悔叫左清湯,所以自行加翻D辣椒油~
如果想吃麻辣,我覺得譚仔雲南米線較好,但如果妳想吃一碗有好食嘅配菜嘅米線,我覺得南記會好一點。
Overall, 南記is quite a renowned local mixian restaurant in Hong Kong, and there is a reason why it has such a long history. If you haven’t tried it before, I think it is worth a try
仿鮑片魚片春卷清湯河$28 (不含飲品)
呢度嘅春卷感覺唔似春卷,似魚丸多啲,都唔錯嘅,仿鮑片魚片就冇乜特別,$28 嚟講價錢都算合理。
講番啲食物,我明明要米線,但係廚房就出咗河粉俾我,為咗唔想浪費,我唯有硬食。不過呢... 唔知點解廚房咁孤寒,夾兩夾碗河粉啲湯底已經索哂,乾爭爭唔係太好食😅 不過用料都OK嘅,尤其係兩條春卷,食落都幾新鮮,不過啲牛腩就鞋咗啲... 加上坐係我對面嗰個放緊飯嘅員工係咁咳,我唯有快快手食埋面前嘅嘢就走人🤪
我好中意食佢地個春卷,好彈口同好有口感。牛腩正常,唔會乾柴柴,好似擦子膠咁食極都食唔到,不過呢度個牛腩嘅脂肪比較多。由於南記嘅外賣自取唔會將湯同麵分開,所以攞到返屋企嘅時候啲米線已經浸到淋晒。麻辣湯底正正常常禁,唔會太辣同飲倒有輕微麻嘅感覺。
總括嚟講,如果想食平啲嘅話南記係一個唔錯嘅選擇。

為咗免老人家擔心,離開美容院我就打算坐車走。不過個肚仔唔爭氣,咕嚕咕嚕叫我食埋個 #下午茶 先好走😅 醒起樓上有間「南記」,就又去幫襯下啦。個心本來想要 #清湯底 嘅, 但係見到 #下午茶餐 #小窩米線 有做特價,心思思轉呔要咗個 #春卷魚片小窩米線 + 套餐包嘅 #豆漿。適逢人流唔係太多,大概5分鐘就到我喇!味道還可以,不過硬係覺得啖湯有啲「粗鞋感」,咁 #春卷 同 #魚片 都保持水準嘅,只係個湯底帶動唔到 #小秘書 合適嘅口味,不過勝在價錢唔貴、整體可以啦!
