今天晚上, 我們去到旺角NAM VIET NAM CAFÉ 晚餐。侍應說餐廳開了三年餐廳, 但我見到裝修仍然很新,地方十分寬敞;近門的牆角有一隻巨大的大熊,十分有趣。招牌金邊粉(嫲嫲南越湯)是必試的美味,湯濃加上弹牙的牛丸,牛筋及爽口、入味,又易𡁻的牛腩。順化豬肉串撈檬粉,豬肉扎成香腸形,咬落跟香腸有点相似,味道不錯。扎肉心內美米紙卷,名字很特別,叫了一碟有5件,用米纸卷上,內含甘筍、青瓜、扎肉。醮上醬汁,咬落感覺清新,是一道很健康的食品。炸素食春卷,外脆內軟,用生菜包着吃,減少了油腻感。越式發酵茶葉沙律,上層舖满番茄、豆等,絕對是開胃的好選擇。最特別是NVN咖啡骨,上面舖滿白色的粉,慢慢倒入咖排,看着粉未慢慢沉下及融化,很特別及有一種治愈感。咖啡骨入口鬆軟,有一獨特風味。飲品方面,參參愛梨的熱飲,是花旗參加上梨子,飲落有濃郁的參味,令喉朧舒服畅。另一杯用樽装入的柑桔檸檬綠茶,驟眼望似威士忌,倒入裝有冰塊的杯子內,是一款有趣又解渴的飲品。這頓晚餐,真的吃得太飽,又滿足。 另外要稱讚一下,服務非常周到,讓我們的用餐體驗更加愉快!

烤蔞葉雞配青蘋果條(HKD90):蔞葉香菜與烤雞的香味相得益彰,雞肉的鮮嫩得很,烤雞肉外焦內嫩,肉質鮮美,搭配醃料後的微酸和香氣,令人垂涎。青蘋果條的清脆口感和酸甜味道,解一解細膩,仲配搭九層塔,則會增添一絲清爽感,使整道菜更加清新怡人。蘸上自家製椰漿沙嗲醬,濃郁而不膩,

越式惹味粟米條(HKD 48):避風塘炒粟米條嘅做法,粟米條香氣十足好惹味,仲用上炸蒜頭🧄,加埋甜甜地蜜糖汁。甜甜鹹好惹味。

越式咖喱軟殼蟹配蒜蓉法包🥖(HKD 108): 法包烘至干脆,蒜香十足,牛油香味撲鼻。軟殼蟹係時令松衣蟹,咬落香脆可口但又吾油膩,食得出仲爆膏!啖啖肉,蘸上配料極多的黃咖喱,香料味特出。

惹火上身鹹檸豬頸肉(HKD70):店員幫忙點火,火焰令到豬肉香滲出,充滿油脂感的豬頸肉,肥瘦適中好有咬口,其檸檬特調醬汁酸酸味,好啱配鹹檸豬頸肉。

南越蟹肉醬配脆球餅( HKD 58):脆球餅仲係咁香脆,南越蟹肉醬鮮美特出,蟹肉的鮮甜味是這道醬料的核心,帶來豐富的海鮮風味。加入使醬料帶有清新的酸味,平衡了蟹肉的油膩感,仲有醃製酸爽紅蘿蔔條和青瓜,好開胃。

炸素食春卷(HKD 44): 偶爾食得清清地都幾好,炸素食春卷外皮炸至金黃酥脆,咬下去時會發出清脆的聲音,帶來愉悅的口感體驗。餡料的不同組合(如胡蘿蔔、青椒、香芋,好健康。

特別想講,食完成餐飯之後都冇味精敏感反應,真係要俾讚!同埋店員有禮貌亦細心,好似我想要求個碗,店員因準備上菜冇辦法即時過黎,之後佢拎番俾我個陣,仲講唔好意思 (太有禮貌喇!) 同埋時不時亦問食物ok嗎。下次想食越南菜會再番黎!
