原先因為預定了同樣位於中環的居酒屋但因為那家餐廳訂了位卻沒有留位子給我們😶‍🌫️所以臨時決定去了在附近的南亭星期三晚上八點接近滿座 幸好walkin到吧檯位也算是因禍得福😉 雖然這家店裝潢沒有很特別但超好氣氛 而且食物份量夠大串燒外皮用電爐燒至香脆可口 啖啖肉吃得過癮內裡亦很嫩滑Juicy 調味恰到好處 不會過鹹🥰而且食物剛燒好就立刻端上桌 所以溫度很夠熱上菜速度極快 1小時左右已經吃完整頓飯但值得留意是餐廳會另外收取蔬菜條費用每樣串燒(除了特定幾款以外)需要點2串或以上所以如果兩個人去的話 可嘗試的款式有限🥹《串燒》蘆筍豬肉卷 👍🏻燒牛肉串雞翼串雞軟骨串雞皮蝦大葉卷 全晚最驚喜 必點👍🏻免治軟骨雞肉棒 👍🏻雞髀肉串 強烈推薦👍🏻燒豆腐串 👍🏻明太子雞翼串🤨燒鰻魚串 👍🏻 continue reading

中環高質居酒屋,餐廳環境好有日本傳統居酒屋嘅feel,侍應服務殷勤, 餐牌多選擇,亦有提供不同款式的日本酒,很適合情侶拍拖約會,或一班朋友聚會聊天。Sapporo Beer啤酒最重要係夠凍前菜 - 鮮野菜條野菜條新鮮爽脆,冇特別調味但係清甜脆口。佐酒小食 - 燒鱈魚乾鱈魚乾輕輕烤過,香脆得來又不失鱈魚乾本來的香味,送酒一流。蕃薯番薯味濃郁,外皮烤到有少少似焦糖嘅香脆口感,裡面又綿又香甜。鴨舌醃製過嘅鴨舌烤得焦香,好入味,咬起上嚟彈牙,亦有肉汁。燒牛肉牛肉好嫰,燒到啱啱好,冇燶好juicy,厚切有口感。帶子輕烤帶出帶子本身的鮮甜,而且肉質彈牙,大粒有咬口。廣島蠔每一啖都充滿住蠔香, 外脆內軟,蠔汁鮮甜,完全沒有腥味。糖纏燒糖纏燒原來係烤馬仔,好特別,未試過,第一次食,馬仔燒到熱熱哋,味道香甜,口感鬆軟,個人認為必點必試。燒丸子燒丸子輕烤後有米香,口感軟糯煙韌,配上醬汁好夾。雞腎、雞肝、牛舌、雞脾肉、燒豆腐、露筍豬肉卷、明太子燒飯團、鰻魚燒飯團,呢間嘅串燒師傅有料到,唔同部位嘅食材,都燒得恰到好處,帶出食材本身嘅味道,同埋提升咗食材本身嘅質感,除了串燒以外,燒飯團也是一絕,烤到外面的飯帶有焦香,少許焦脆,再配上很脆的紫菜。總結: 很有日本地道居酒屋的感覺, 食材高質,師傅亦燒得好有水準,服務招呼亦很貼心,絕對食過返尋味。 continue reading

南亭,由我讀大學開始,久不久就會食,自從工作後就少左去!今次想食串燒,即刻諗番起久違的南亭,同以往一樣都係座無虛席,好彩有訂定位!!一坐下,侍應好快就送上前菜,可以等串燒時食,亦可以之後同串燒一起食消膩。食串燒個人覺得一定要配啤酒🍻,即刻叫左Suntory the premium $68牛舌$48 /串每次食串燒都必叫牛舌!呢度的牛舌好夠厚身,咬落juicy ,燒得剛剛好!我地食完再encore 了!月見。免治軟骨雞肉棒(2串) $76這個是串燒店推薦的,配上甜甜的醬汁和生雞蛋。免治軟骨雞肉棒表面燒到微脆,沾上蛋汁,好惹味,入面啖啖肉,因為有免治軟骨所以好有咬口,幾特別!生蛋醬汁我哋有留住之後繼續用。燒豆腐$25以前一定會叫的,今次也不例外!這個燒豆腐整個都燒得好脆,配上甜甜的醬汁,再加上木魚碎,好夾!燒白鱔$59這個也是串燒店的名物!白鱔好厚身,燒到皮脆肉滑,咬落去juicy !!! 啖啖肉,無得頂!墨魚香腸除咗外表之外,食落都好重墨魚味。整體好彈牙,有咬口日本和牛他他燒$268期待已久的名物之一!用上日本和牛,所以肉味濃,脂肪比例均勻,微微燒過,所以更香。配上附送的生洋蔥和香蔥,再點特別的醬汁,好夾!燒飯團$28燒飯團有很多種口味,我們選擇了三文魚燒到表面微焦,所以好脆牛肉烏冬$98牛肉分量幾多,最重要的是沒有煮到牛肉全熟,不怕浸在湯裏會過熟,而且幾厚身和大塊!湯底十分好味,我地差不多飲曬!雖然已經好多年冇食,但係水準依然保持到,直至現在依舊在我串燒店的名單上屹立不倒! continue reading
