呢間「南洋」係一間主打馬來西亞加東南亞美食嘅餐廳。我係為咗個肉骨茶所以去試一試,所以點左「肉骨茶」、「龍蝦喇沙湯麵」、「燒魷魚」、「椰青」。肉骨茶嘅味道唔會太過鹹,但又好濃郁嘅藥材味道,我幾鍾意飲。另外燒魷魚同一般燒魷魚嘅味道差唔多都係唔錯嘅,佢嘅龍蝦喇沙湯麵有一大隻龍蝦,感覺呢個係性價比最高,因為佢嘅價錢係$100多少少但係就有咁大隻龍蝦係個裡面,平時就咁買隻龍蝦都要呢個價錢😆覺得賺咗~椰青都好新鮮好鮮甜,見佢椰青裏便嘅肉都係白雪雪嘅應該好新鮮,我有連啲椰青裏便嘅肉都食晒。

和朋友去了油麻地吳松街的南洋食飯。這是一間食東南亞菜的小菜館。餐廳佔地不大,但非常整潔乾淨,有色彩繽紛的異國裝飾,好有南洋風情。而且店員十分殷勤有禮,還很主動。安排我們到一卡位安坐,感覺舒服。我們點了越式炒金邊粉,馬拉盞炒椰菜及香茅燒春雞。金邊粉炒得夠乾身,有大蝦仁,叉燒,花生碎等材料,大蝦仁肉質結實彈牙。馬拉盞炒椰菜,菜質爽口,配上馬拉盞好惹味。最後上枱是香茅燒春雞,賣相好吸引,吊起的春雞多餘的油份滴到碟上。燒得外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,仍有保留著大部分肉汁。我們用手套,將雞撕下來吃,熱哄哄油香脆非常之味。總結:南洋是一間有特色的東南亞菜,佔地不大,但整潔光鮮,讓人坐得舒服,食品有質素,不錯的東南菜館😉👍👍

好耐冇得去旅行,非常懷念馬拉的肉骨茶,亦非常懷念新加坡的喇沙。今天晚餐去了佐敦的南洋一間餐廳滿足晒兩個願望。今天叫了隻燒魷魚,龍蝦喇沙麵,肉骨茶,再加一個椰青。第一次食喇沙有原隻波士頓龍蝦,龍蝦新鮮程度尚可,個垃圾湯底非常濃郁,但係佩料多番少少更好。肉骨茶亦都非常之有藥材味,可以大碗少少更好。原隻燒魷魚亦都笑得非常出色,魷魚非常新鮮。全日最好的我覺得試過椰青,個椰青非常非常新鮮非常清甜,啲嘢肉亦都非常亂滑,性價比高可以一試。

黎到咁多好野食既佐敦,試下呢間南洋。南洋應該姐係馬來西亞菜啦,所以就叫左肉骨茶。以我所知肉骨茶就有2款,一款係胡椒味重d,一款係藥材味重d既!而呢到既肉骨茶就係藥材味果款,味道好濃,好香,仲有好多料,有雞腳有豬肉,好豐富!配個白飯已經好好食!另外叫左一個燒春雞,外形好搞笑,有d唔知點處理。切開之後滴哂汁,好juicy,而且香茅味好重,好香~睇落隻雞細細隻,但好多肉,雞胸都唔鞋口,質素相當唔錯,值得再食!

這個炒飯就好有驚喜 - 蝦頭膏炒飯!上枱就已聞到好香鑊氣。飯一粒一粒的好好食,而且蝦也好爽。本來飽左大半怕食唔晒,但整體太好食,所以最後好快清碟照鏡。
