今日同情人慶祝拍拖紀念日,諗住食好啲,搵間靚靚餐廳開心食返餐,訂咗枱準時入座,但編我地坐正中間,左右隔離都有人的,而且相隔非常近(如同拼枱的距離),反正你細細聲傾計,隔離都會聽到哂嗰隻,私穩度扣哂分,想講吓啲私人野都唔敢咁大聲叫了慢煮牛小排做主菜,炸魷魚小吃,同埋芝士薄餅,兩人已經非常夠飽,總括來講~味道和用料是屬於高質素,挺好味的。而且餐前可以點2款麵包沾上橄欖油和醋來吃,算是一個驚喜,麵包十分鬆軟新鮮,薄脆超脆。

我地order左3個set: 香煎海鱸魚、烤澳洲羊架同埋美國肉眼扒。頭盤叫左2個章魚菠菜沙律及龍蝦湯。

餐包先上,微溫嘅小麵包同nuts and raisin bread 好軟熟同發酵得好好,伴碟嘅有䀋牛油亦新鮮。



頭盤:賣相討好,首先食物與餐碟顏色配搭得宜,龍蝦湯伴上櫻花蝦而唔係麵包粒,鬆脆嘅口感上添加海鮮鮮美。



章魚菠菜沙律呈半球體狀,薄切章魚片新鮮軟身,與下面嘅菠菜葉及醬汁合拍,係開胃菜不二之選。



主菜陸續上枱:煎爐魚煮得啱啱好,海魚嘅汁滲透出嚟令香脆嘅魚皮更具魚鮮味。


肉眼扒medium rare 啱啱好,牛味十足及軟身,紅酒汁出色,唔會過濃及過多搶走扒嘅鮮味。



羊架擺盤精美,烤得剛好,皮脂外脆,肉質鮮嫩,內裡呈baby pink顔色証明烤得啱啱好,羊味香濃。下底嘅barley rice 食落QQ,味道唔會搶走羊嘅炭香同肉汁香。

最後餐飲都有驚喜,即磨咖啡(一凍一熱)非常香濃唔過酸,熱飲奉上熱鮮奶及包裝法國糖粒,以及朱古力曲奇,非常細心。


鮮榨橙汁亦非常醒胃,為呢一餐點上完美嘅感嘆號!

我一定會再同朋友再試dinner or happy hour 🤗

餐廳經理傾計之下,了解到佢哋嘅head chef 上個月起更新左menu, 而fusion 都繼續係佢地嘅theme.

主菜方面,我點了一份慢煮36 小時牛小排。一向挺愛慢煮菜式,低溫慢煮能鎖住肉汁及營養。牛小排油脂分佈平均,口感亦很軟嫩,入口融化的肉香。 烤焗牛骨髓亦是第一次品嚐,煎至微金黃色再焗製,十分香口。餐廳還用了洋薏米做配菜,口感猶如fregola sarda pasta,珍珠意粉般彈牙,想不到用健康薏米可以造出這種口感,配上忌廉汁,味道不錯。

這個沙律不是普通既凱薩沙律,幾特別喔!沙律材料很豐富有滿滿既新鮮蟹肉、鯷魚魚籽、疏菜及芝士!只簡單用了醋來調味巳帶出了蟹肉既鮮甜,而幾款沙律菜也是爽脆的😋😋😋最特別的當然是第一次見到的白色一粒粒鯷魚魚籽,魚籽咬落幾爽口幾鮮甜,口感有點像蟹籽的🍴

⭐️牛小排 - 用了36小時煮既牛肉真係唔同d,眼看肉是呈粉紅色的!可能係慢煮既關係肉汁被鎖住了,咬落好滑,肉質腍身好鮮嫩同 juicy!不需要太多調味巳經好好食😋

⭐️牛骨髓 - 牛骨髓很珍貴的,第一次食呢!牛骨髓上舖滿了蒜,烤焗的骨膸口感脆脆的但鮮味十足啖啖也帶有牛油的香,好食!

龍利雖稱不上肉厚但細嫩鮮美,但驚喜之處反而在於檸檬水瓜柳忌廉汁,酸酸甜甜並帶濃郁牛油香,加上煙肉粒更添鹹香。

餐廳似乎著重「貴精不貴多」,菜式份量均相當迷你,只能於飯前飯後作小食淺嚐,作為正餐便遠遠不足了,不過食物配搭盡見心思和創意十足,而且店員殷勤有禮,不厭其煩為我們介紹菜式,令人賓至如歸。
