,滿溢的菠菜蓉和焗至九成熟的鹿柳
,酥皮的奶油香不重,不會過膩,菠菜蓉濕潤且味道濃烈,鹿柳肉質幼嫩,很不錯啦。


餐廳的人客不多,服務親切有禮,是間值得推介的餐廳唷。

行過山林道見到間隠世西餐廳,外面裝修用紅黑配搭幾特別,見落雨就入去食嘢。聽朋友講呢間就係前四季酒店大廚譚大民加盟主打時令海鮮及精緻下午茶嘅Nathanhouse。午市有頭盤+主菜+飲品我叫咗鮮果盤+印尼炒飯+凍檸水$130老公係蕃茄濃湯+牛扒+咖啡$200鮮果盤係俾呀女食,食物黎之前有麵包 濃湯係新鮮蕃茄茸,加咗少少香草成個湯好有口感。接住落黎,印尼炒飯隻炸雞腿係岩岩炸起仲熱嫁,成個口味唔會好醎,食完無口乾嘅感覺,而蝦仁喺飯嘅下面,清清楚楚食到蝦仁同飯,唔會一齊擺入口好似楊洲炒飯咁。而我比較期待老公嘅牛扒,份量比較少,但肉質好好,味道唔錯!5成岩岩好,黎遠已經聞到牛肉嘅香味。而杯咖啡亦無令人失望因為老公話好好飲。

濃湯係新鮮蕃茄茸,加咗少少香草成個湯好有口感。接住落黎,印尼炒飯隻炸雞腿係岩岩炸起仲熱嫁,成個口味唔會好醎,食完無口乾嘅感覺,而蝦仁喺飯嘅下面,清清楚楚食到蝦仁同飯,唔會一齊擺入口好似楊洲炒飯咁。而我比較期待老公嘅牛扒,份量比較少,但肉質好好,味道唔錯!5成岩岩好,黎遠已經聞到牛肉嘅香味。而杯咖啡亦無令人失望因為老公話好好飲。

Tonight my friend and I went to this cosy restaurant for dinner. It is located in a corner of the main road. The restaurant is big and spacious. Normally, the restaurant will give us a basket but in here, you get to choose the kind of bread that you want. To be honest, I would like to try all of them so it was very hard for us to choose. We were attracted by the oyster when we walked pass the bar table. It seemed like they were waving at us. So we ordered 4 different types.
1. Miyagi had mild flavour but very smooth.
2. Royal had a splash of sweetness.
3. Giuardeau was creamy and very big in size.
4. Sentinuene had very strong flavour out of all 4. It had a strong sea water flavour.
All 4 oysters were smooth and fresh. The staff gave us 3 different sauces to go with it and I like the Thai style the best. The onion was a bit too sour for me.

The truffle and mushroom ravioli was delicious. Unfortunately there were only three. Each one had its own unique taste and they were so yummy. I like the balsamic the best as the flavour really stand out.

The squid was a great snack. They smelled so good when they arrived. The coating was thin and crispy. The tartar sauce really life up the flavour of the squid.

We ordered a rib eye to share, it was enough for the two of us. The 10oz steak was big, the texture was tender and juicy. The rib eye was cooked beautifully, we really enjoyed it. The roasted garlic was soft and tasty.

To finish off, we got the floating island. The floating island is actually made of egg white, it was sweet and soft. It basically melted in my mouth. The lychee, blackcurrant and raspberry parfaits were all very yummy but rather small. Everything tasted well with the Greek yogurt.

點都要食埋個甜品今餐先至perfect既!我地選左好耐先決定食呢個漂浮島·香草乳酪凍湯·玫瑰荔枝·黑加侖子·紅桑子萄芭菲。
呢個甜品靚到好似藝術品咁,好唔捨得食啊!原來個漂浮島係由蛋白整成,輕到浮係乳酪湯上。而且蛋白口感好滑,唔係太多味道,所以同味道酸酸甜甜由希臘乳酪製成的乳酪湯一齊食好夾。加上色彩繽紛,香甜果味重的雪糕同脆卜卜的糖餅,這道甜品真係既特別又有心思!



今餐食得真滋味,除左食物味道好外,餐廳服務員的服務都很好,不停加水同換碟,招呼得十分周到。

經常到山林道吃飯,都不知道有這間餐廳酒吧,直至友人推薦,才知道這裡。今天趁空檔,便來到了。在店外已經被優雅的氣氛吸引進入後,內裡樓㡳很高,感覺更舒適。午餐是前菜+主菜+飲品,以主菜定價。前菜:金槍魚沙律,金槍魚經過醃製,肉質軟腍,味道帶著胡椒的香味,讚👍。海南雞飯$140,雞件份量十足,肉質香軟,有三種醬汁搭配,其中以甜豉油最能帶起雞肉的鮮美。雞油飯粒粒分明,如果加多點香茅味更佳。印尼炒飯配雞肉沙嗲串$130,有印尼蝦片、雞肉沙嗲串、雞腿🍗,飯質煙靱帶點軟,配上印尼辣醬,就夠香夠惹味。飲品-凍咖啡,咖啡味道濃郁,正好提一提神。
