早上,約了朋友在跑馬地早餐,在時間緊迫之下,我沒有多想地方,就手地選擇了這一家叫《新祥興》的茶餐廳。這茶餐廳同對面的《祥興》應該有一點關係,不過我也不想多管了,老闆是誰不重要,最重要是把我的早餐吃好。我先到,而且說好了先到先食,那我就不客氣地食住等,立即點下一個公仔麵餐自己 enjoy。是日的公仔麵餐,有叉燒,有煎蛋,有腸仔,帶有雞精湯底的味道,濃濃香香的麵食,惟是麵煮得太腍,其他都是合乎水準的食品。不過,要說是好食的老味道,我又覺得坊間有好多茶餐廳做得好過佢。奶茶,多奶香滑,可是我卻嫌奶味太重,影響了茶味。這《新祥興》同《祥興》一樣,是當地的一家老店,但是日我登門拜訪,從裝修到食物,一點舊味都感覺不到,這店是老,但給我的感覺就是似老非老。 continue reading

先講食物,後講八啩事,煎蛋沙嗲牛肉麵,煎蛋微微脹起,漏黃兼有脆邊,煎得剛好,沙嗲味淡,牛肉醃得不太過,尚有牛肉的咬口,但份量太少,有些少碎菜和葱花伴隨,用大光麵品種,微微偏軟,但個個口味不同,難說好壞,再後加了一份油占多,薄多士,果占勁多,奶茶夠濃,但有些微微苦的味道門口見牌寫住:下午茶時段由2-7pm, 當時6:20分,入去,我都禮貌問一問 "還有下午茶嗎?", 侍應望一望時鐘,等了兩秒後答:"還有", 待我叫完後 便隨即抽起下午茶menu, 但當時只是6:30, 不是到7pm 嗎,為甚麼不寫"到6:30"?呢?,無論如何,員工們都十分友善和禮貌 continue reading

好小在跑馬地吃午餐,今日難得在跑馬地,去了新祥興吃,我叫了一個特餐,老公叫了一個干炒牛河,特餐牛油多士給了一個驚喜,牛油多士是烘底的,仲要即烘,好脆!個雪菜肉絲面都足料,仲要煎雙旦加多一塊火腿,絕對係誠意之作。價錢都係$30! 下次經過跑馬地一定會再去! continue reading

12-7-2009同朋友一心想食昌記的油砂厚多, 點知佢(又)無開檔, 結果死死氣嚟到呢間冰室搞掂.先嚟 share 食的奶油多: 烘得幾靚, 食落熱辣辣又鬆脆, 煉奶夠多, 牛油就唔多夠.凍奶茶 ($13): 夠凍, 但冰唔多, 幾好; 飲落稍甜, 但夠晒香滑, 唔錯.朋友貪得意叫了凍羅漢果茶 ($16), 我覺得稍甜, 佢就飲到面有難色...五香肉丁麵 ($17): 麵底用福麵, 淥得稍腍; 肉丁喺底, 味道甜多過辣; 碗嘢又唔多夠熱, 麻麻哋好食.朋友食餐肉腸仔麵: 伙計阿叔 offer 腸仔可以「煎」, 當然話好, 但 end up 都無煎到嘅 -_-" 味道大路, 亦唔夠熱, 唔怪得朋友食唔晒...每人放低約 $39, 唔多滿意, 好在有下場 -- 鳳輝臺/ 山村道食布甸! continue reading

數日前吃過祥興,這次試試新祥興,看openrice見這店評價較高.打了一小時squash,只想找地方歇歇,喝點東西.這裏的餐雖較祥興的選擇多,但離晚飯時間不足2小時,還是要點輕食好.凍奶茶($13) - 比祥興的好喝,茶味雖不太濃,但也可接受,甜度高了點,下次能叫少甜.茶走($12) - 比凍奶茶出色,茶味香濃且甜味剛好.波蘿油($6) - 從來都不是波蘿包的fans,何況是波蘿油.賣相看來不錯,且是微暖的,牛油半溶,粉絲們應該喜歡.火腿餐包($8) - 火腿只有一片,很可憐.餐包暖暖的,甜甜的,十分好吃.這裏還有很多不同的包點款式,如蕃茄牛肉包,波蘿油夾蛋.還有在天后吃過,以為只此一家的滷水牛肉三文治,下次必試的目標.茶餐廳在香港可算是打出了一個名堂.不論年齡,都喜歡到茶餐廳,嘆奶茶,吃蛋撻.期望茶餐廳文化可以發揚光大. continue reading
