To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩杯嘢飲先到, 柚子蜜都有一片檸檬,
然後我嘅香滑炒蛋及法國牛角酥到嚟,份量唔多,
之後沙爹牛肉公仔麵,份量亦唔太多,
老公嘅潮州四寶河就好耐至到,四寶有魚蛋,墨魚丸同魚皮餃, 我食一粒魚皮餃,呢個正常冇問題.

有晚和先生肚餓,就係坐車站旁的銀龍外賣,見尾班30 分,諗住05 分叫外賣都黎得切丫,點知等到15 分鐘都冇唔對路問職員,反應都好差話跟緊,但等到最後車黎無奈取消....
平時有幇親尖沙咀分店同呢間
因為呢次唔會再光顧荃灣呢間
以前最欣賞佢既星洲炒米,今次叫了咖喱叉燒炒米,其實食咩都唔緊要,等20 分鐘都唔緊要,如果態度好少少我還會再來,也可能平時客人多,可以咁西客面吧
之後菠蘿油同迷你火腿通粉到o黎,
老公食剩幾啖火腿通粉就同我交換,
然後A8餐o既食物,吉列魚柳,煙肉,炒蛋同法國牛角酥到o黎, 但法國牛角酥變o左牛油餐包, 冇晒又唔出聲.牛油餐包冇乜驚喜;炒蛋唔係好滑;吉列魚柳大大件,同老公share, 外脆魚肉滑,但如果唔蘸青瓜沙律醬食會食到啲鯹味;而煙肉呢,老公話炸到好硬.

落完單後,o野飲先後到齊,攪吓杯茶走,見到鍊奶都幾夠,飲吓先,夠甜喇,茶味亦有,口感滑.
味道: 5分
而例湯係木瓜煲雪耳,味道都幾濃,不過有少少過鹹.

之後老公o既XO醬茄子豬頸肉炆米粉到o黎,

然後我o既招牌沙薑雞配飯到o黎,男侍應拎o黎時話o岩o岩蒸起,小心熱.睇到啲雞係翻蒸,蒸到賣相唔靚;飯又大大碗; 食落,面o個幾件雞肉o鞋,白飯o岩o岩好唔會太乾.而佢原來俾o左隻雞翼同雞胸我, 雞翼因為有皮包住,所以肉仍滑;雞胸可能有油浸住,就冇咁o鞋.

每日午市餐牌都有一個粉麵餐配指定油菜(5號餐)今日係潮式四寶河配指定油菜我轉左做米粉,今日指定油菜係菜心
一上枱哇菜心頗大碟又唔油膩有一粒魚蛋一粒墨丸兩粒豬肉丸同兩粒魚皮餃total六粒丸算係咁啦米粉唔會浸到淋哂都幾好食而且份量算多熱檸菜有三塊檸檬🍋 茶味正常唔會太苦澀
對比起大記美記麥記快餐店,我更喜歡到茶記食個快午飯50蚊有碗粉有油菜有野飲係邊到揾
我見到有半張卡位,我哋入到去,侍應俾兩張圓枱我哋揀,我問可唔可以坐卡位(我哋拎住好多嘢)?佢哋都答可以,就帶我哋行去,但啱啱有個男食客坐埋去,佢哋好好咁叫住嗰個男人,話我哋嚟先,咁就俾我哋坐返卡位。
坐低後睇menu,我決定要$37.00嘅A5餐,汕頭魚皮餃拼招牌魚片河,飲熱好立克。
老公要$36.00嘅A3沙爹牛肉通粉金妹火腿腸仔通粉,想轉公仔麵。但侍應話唔可以轉,可以喺自選早餐喥自由配合。
於是老公就直接轉$38.00嘅A4沙爹牛肉公仔麵配香滑炒蛋及法國牛角酥,加$3.00飲凍奶茶。
等咗一陣,我嘅嘢到齊,
之後老公嘅都陸續到齊,
開始食得。
魚皮餃有3粒,魚片有兩塊,我俾咗粒魚皮餃我老公食,夾咗啲河粉,佢食咗話河粉幾滑。我食落都係正常嘢,河粉份量重要唔多,魚皮餃同魚片一般啦。
而老公嘅呢?見到炒蛋就知唔會好滑,老公就俾咗啲蛋我食,果然唔係嫩滑,不過蛋味濃少少,其餘嘅我都冇食到,而見到個法國牛角酥好細個。
飯多, 但餸菜少, 只有一塊雞扖和一片煙肉, 金黃色的雞扖經炸過, 外脆內軟, 但完全沒有味道, 煙肉, 普通的一小片煙肉, 沒啥特別。這裏的照燒汁少, 幸好可以另外加照燒汁, 不然白飯難以入口。
