To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有咩理由我遲過佢成十分鐘先落單既早餐都到左, 但係佢個個都仲未見影呀?!

就係因為噤既原因, 佢仲噤串, 我朋友都忍唔住再講一句
「但係我朋友個份早餐到左啦喎, 佢個份遲落單過我好多, 但係佢食緊啦喎」
然後個待應又一句串埋來「唔同做法架嘛!! 小姐!!」
嘩!! 堅係無言左!! 我真係唔知你地個D咩「特色餐蛋麵」係要用成二十分鐘來煮的
我自己整都堅係唔洗噤耐, 煮二十釮鐘個麵應該會爆炸 www
所以呢...同大家講一句, 荃灣其實真係好多好野食

見5點島食個下午茶餐.
去左銀龍.因為早兩日食左個好正既豬扒包所以今次都食豬扒包
個餐係:豬扒包拼薯條.熱奶茶 個包太大如果要一啖放入口男士都有d難...大係只個包比較厚
面頭有d脆仲有d麵粉.如果要禁扁黎食成手都係麵粉同麵包碎
個包好乾加埋麵粉令到食落口更乾
個包除左一塊炸得好乾無咩油既豬扒
仲有千島醬.菜同一片好薄既番茄
豬扒炸得好乾無咩肉汁.食落都無咩味.雖然無咩油好似好好.
但我自己覺得有d油先正(另一食評有解釋)
炸之前可能冇拍過或者拍得唔就鬆..食果陣真係要比d牙力"且"塊扒
由於個包乾加上個扒都乾所以真係一啖包一啖野飲 薯條...未食嫁.

不過下午餐.由佢啦..

我覺得薯條仲好食過個豬扒包 奶茶真係好滑好香茶味但茶味又唔會好濃
不過如果同豬扒包,,,好似唔係好夾...

所以成件事變差左
- 奶茶
食個牛油豬仔飽,入口時的外皮依然香脆。伴隨的鮑魚火腿絲奄列,足足有手掌咁大。奄列內的材料有切絲的火腿和鮑魚,份量十足。
香濃的奶茶,喝得出有濃厚的紅茶味,掛杯效果見得更為明顯,煲茶功夫十分到家。
牛腩,嚴格黎講應該叫清湯腩,顏色似白鹵咁,清香軟諗,但食唔到有五香味
牛雜麵:件頭最多嘅係金錢肚約有五舊(食得出係同其他雜類係分開煮嘅,有好重嘅元茜籽味)、牛肺兩粒、牛腸約有三舊(粉腸至正)、牛膀—塊(超簿型)、麵質爽口彈牙
湯底:好清,唔算太多油,每次出單前都會溝小平殼牛雜汁加清湯,而味道則只試過有六、七次要放盐,算唔錯架喇,湯頭偏甜少少
而問題就係最近兩次光顧雜麵,碗內嘅牛膀都帶有酸"叔"味,—入囗馬上吐出,自此以後就再無幫襯喇
咖啡、茶都係淡而無味
而最唔鐘意嘅就係收銀員必定係面無笑容及每次找錢都係放起收銀台上之白色付咒上,令人感覺極度不安(可能係公司規定吧,大家不防留意下吧
午夜茶餐跟凍飲38
是晚就係唔想食咁多,所以同女朋友一人一碗粉麵加碟油菜就完成我們的晚餐。一碗牛腩米,一碗魚角河,加碟生菜走油要腩汁。魚角大小不一,食落魚味都夠,又彈牙,但偏向中小型,所以食得唔算特別過癮。牛腩連米粉唔覺鹹,淨食牛腩鹹味出晒嚟,但特別之處在於佢唔只得牛腩,還有小小類似牛筋的牛腩,喜歡食牛筋的我就開心死,相反唔鍾意就無晒癮。菜價可能上漲,碟油菜縮咗水,腩汁唔算膿,有點失望!

兩杯飲品先到,我o地同樣只落一包糖,茶味同樣唔太夠,不過都可以接受.
男友o既菠蘿油到o黎,size係正常,我冇問佢comment.等o左一段時間,我o既奶油多至到,其實我想問佢係咪漏o左單.
多士係厚多士,應該有一吋厚,有好多錬奶,食落夠脆口,甜度一定足夠.
奇遇絕對唔關食物事,係坐我o地對面o個pair客人,男o既遲o黎並叫個早餐A,凍飲同火腿通粉先到,個男人食晒啲火腿絲,剩返約9成通粉,之後佢o既煎蛋同牛油餐包定方包到o黎,佢竟然不滿咁話唔要.我同男友都諗佢係開玩笑咋?點知佢講多一次話唔要,我o地都訝異,侍應都拎返走.佢就問一句,可唔可以減返錢?之後佢o地都埋單走人.
我同男友講幾想話不如畀我o地食,男友話佢都想咁講,哈哈.
之後佢o地身後o既一個女客人同我打招味.原來係住係幾遠o既一個朋友,奇怪佢咁早過o黎做乜?
舒服,周圍超嘈,嘈過飲茶,而且基本上一定會搭枱,
地下有d污糟,但可以接受.d小二尚算有禮,不錯.
叫左碟炒貴勺,不錯,有少少辣,唔太過火,而且好足
料,蝦夠彈牙,而且炒得乾身,下次來可以一試.
羅宋湯:料多,幾好飲。
喇沙肥牛湯拉麵: 賣相OK,肥牛份量頗多,喇沙湯幾香濃,味道唔錯。
鹵水拼盤:料多,有紅腸、豆腐、鹵水旦、牛展和生菜,非常豐富。
