每年到了報稅的日子就特別想放鬆一下,最近發現朋友家附近開了吳留手小料理,讓我想起台灣的吳留手居酒屋,不知吳留手小料理是否台灣的吳留手海外分店? 吳留手小料理裝潢佈置、服務頗有日本味,我和朋友決定在吳留手小料理勁吃一番。說到牛舌,絕大多數人都是想起烤的,但前菜大根煮牛舌咬感有別於烤的,味噌燉煮的牛舌非常柔嫩,大根已經燉到幾乎不用咬就可以在嘴中化開的程度,而且非常鮮甜美味,味噌香氣四溢。鮮紅欲滴的醋漬蕃茄先用果醋醃漬再冰鎮,醋漬蕃茄酸甜滋味席捲而來,冰冰涼涼,無敵清爽,醋漬蕃茄讓人一口接一口,胃口大開,使人暫時忘卻夏日的煩躁。切成絲狀的味淋魚乾很入味,越嚼越有味淋香味,味淋魚乾鹹甜道剛好,頗有咬勁好咀嚼,朋友說居酒屋就是要必備味淋魚乾作餐前小食,過過口癮。三點壽司A的火炙三點白身魚包括左口魚群邊及兩款時令飛機魚,第一款時令飛機魚是火炙深海池魚壽司,深海池魚有點緊實,卻不失嫩感,底下的壽司醋飯更帶出火炙深海池魚的魚鮮味。火炙左口魚群邊壽司微微炙燒刷上淡醬油,油脂豐沛的魚肉幾乎是入口即化,火炙左口魚群邊留在口中的鮮味令人回味。第二款時令飛機魚則是火炙金目鯛壽司,金目鯛肥美的魚脂利用炙燒逼出油香

Happy Friday朋友帶我黎,輕鬆一下💕環境好有日本居酒屋feel😛😛🌸,一入門口已經見到壽司師傅處理緊海鮮刺身拼盤,好吸晴,另一邊牆壁上面係日本風背景🥰🥰🥰我最鍾意食日本菜,特別係居酒屋,可以一邊食飯,一邊飲番兩杯,可以食串燒、鐵板燒、壽司刺身,一次過滿足晒,最重要是係環境舒適,而且唔限時,可以放鬆心情傾計飲嘢💕前菜係蘿蔔炆牛腩,好林好入味😋😋😋海鮮刺身拼盤夠新鮮🦐🦐🦐串燒我就叫左日本五花腩,好香肉味好濃,蒲燒鰻魚串啲皮燒得香脆,免治雞肉串燒(店員建議沾蛋汁食令雞肉更加滑溜),重有豚肉蘆筍卷,燒翠玉瓜,燒菠蘿都好有水準嘅,而且罷盤精緻😍
