餐廳裝修簡潔、人氣頂盛。生牛肉湯檬粉及炸豬扒湯檬應該是大熱菜式。今日唔想食肉,最後點了一碗豆腐撈檬粉、簡簡單單做午餐。

豆腐新鮮炸起、鬆脆香口,檬粉爽口並且混合了小小魚露及辣椒、加上有炸了的香葱及花生碎做配料、入口非常香口及清新。十分適合在炎熱天氣食用!

要係中環搵食,一定係去咸靈頓街,個到有唔同美食,今次就試左呢間芽菜越式料理,一早聽人講過呢間野好多人排隊,我同兩個朋友7點鐘開始排隊,期間朋友留左野要上返公司令,我陪佢上完去再落返黎等多5分鐘左右就有位,都ok快,因為我地一陣諗全去飲野,所以我地一人叫左碗粉同一碟素菜卷,我點左燒雞撈檬,朋友分別點左河內魚撈檬同蕃茄蟹湯檬.我個燒雞檬唔錯,係有少少濃,食落去d雞肉都會好un.d檬粉同平時係越棧食個d唔同,更加爽口,隔離個同事係咁讚個蕃茄湯好飲,d湯好湯味,而個素菜卷冇咩特別,入口有陣陣薄荷味,我地冇叫野飲,最最平均每人埋單80蚊左右,晚市黎講唔貴.

I way prefer vermicelli over pho/noodles as I can pour the dipping sauce 'Nuoc Cham' as much as I want haha perfect to go with!! I personally think that it's better to pour that over vermicelli than pho as that'll somehow overwhelm the taste of the noodles soup.
Anyway this bowl of vermicelli was served in a rather big portion with lots of garlic and beef...I finished it quick


Will probably come again for the other vermicelli or rice since I pretty much ordered these two every time lol...

早前太無聊, 拉著老公去了中環行街行了一圈PMQ, 因為沒有event, 冷清得很很快就走了走著走著, 又肚子餓了即上openrice睇下有咩好食推介~選了我倆都未試過的芽莊!!!!原來是米芝蓮推介食堂來的~~ 還好晚市不算非常多人, 大約等2-3檯客就到我們~好久沒跟老公食越式菜, 呵呵~~點了軟腳蟹紙米卷!!!好好食呀!!!! 外軟內脆!! 點埋個汁, 好fresh呢~~小女點了坑腩河, 清清地都ok坑腩份量比想像中少...... 味道無咩驚喜...... 反而老公點的蕃茄湯蟹檬, 就真係非常之好食!!!!!濃郁的蕃茄味+蟹膏煮, 好香口, 好入味!!!不過小女不可食太多海鮮, 只可嘗一點點呢......>.<雖然無期望中咁正, 不過都可以一試, 中環的晚市來說價錢非常ok!!

濃郁的蕃茄味+蟹膏煮, 好香口, 好入味!!!
不過小女不可食太多海鮮, 只可嘗一點點呢......>.<

雖然無期望中咁正, 不過都可以一試, 中環的晚市來說價錢非常ok!!

星期六晚本想在中環吃牛扒,可惜的是全店滿坐或等至9半。兜兜轉轉來到在豚王對面的芽莊。 當然又是等待還是等待,店內不乏遊客, 等後差不多半小時才有位呢。Diz 已光顧了好幾次在尖沙咀的分店,食物味道亦滿意,心想這間中環店也不錯吧!但可惜是有點期望過高了。由於得2人關係,我們只品嚐了三款食物。 第一樣是柚子大蝦沙律,整體感覺不好,柚子非常大舊,沒有切成細塊,令人吃得不方便, 加上有些柚子未熟透,味道比較苦澀,唯一可取的是那隻大蝦,肉夠實,味鮮甜!但賣相總覺尖沙咀那間較好。第二道菜是牛油雞翼,Diz同胖子森 鍾意食香口, 所以二話不說就點了牛油雞翼。由於我們在慈雲山阿肥食過超美味牛油雞翼,所以對於芽莊這個感到有點失望><味道比較普通,吃不出牛油的味道。雞翼size 也不大。最後一道是越式烤雞半隻,噢!估唔到這有驚喜,雖然賣相不太吸引,但外皮烤得香脆,內裡的肉也嫩滑,再配埋酸酸甜甜的醬汁,不錯! 全晚最安慰就是這半隻雞 =P整體食物好壞參半, 不大可能會再來了!

Actually I don’t quite like the dry rice noddle that much as there’s too much raw vega, when compared to the noddle. The lemon tea is not bad as the taste is different from the usual lemon tea.
P.S. I believe the lady sat opposite to me was pretty upset though – she didn’t finish her food and asked for a bag/box for take away… she was told that there’s no plastic bag but have to charge her $3 for a box. Which I also think it’s a bit over charged…

I have been to Nha Trang many times, and while it's one of the better ones in HK, it could be better. I had their pho nam (pho with well-done beef brisket) the other day for lunch. I was interested in comparing their beef brisket to the ones served in chinese noodle shops since the beef brisket name in chinese indicates a special area of beef brisket which is snappier in texture. The beef brisket was unfortunately quite average and tough to chew while beef briskets in chinese noodle shops tend to be more tender with more fat and tendon in proportion to the meat. The pho broth was also just average as it wasn't particularly flavorful or aromatic.

香草和生菜卻十分慷慨,大大籃的生菜、羅勒等,非常新鮮,足夠二個人食用。我將多出來的份量加入生牛肉湯河裡,味道頓時提升不少。

兩款食品,兩種完全不同的感覺,真的不懂評分!

一早已經知道呢度食lunch好多人,所以早左少少未夠鐘就出發。去到都未夠十二點,但係已經有差唔多十幾人喺門口等緊,好誇張。餐廳非常有性格,未夠十二點係唔會開門俾你入去坐先,不過好在只係等多分鐘,都叫做勉強可以接受。Anyway,佢地set-lunch既款式天天不同,每日都會有兩款俾你選擇,包埋野飲都只係$50幾蚊,喺中環黎講都算係幾抵。香茅豬扒撈檬︰以$50幾蚊包野飲既價錢黎講,碗撈檬可以有咁大塊既豬扒都算比較意外。如圖所見,塊豬扒可以切開七至八舊,非常唔錯。至於撈檬方面,感覺雖然似係一早整定晒再擺塊豬扒上去(order左唔夠3分鐘就有得食!),不過整體口感唔錯,加左撈檬既汁之後都唔會話太過乾身,而且配菜都好豐富,芽菜絲、蘿白絲、蒜頭等等惹味不特止,重可以刺激味蕾令胃口大增。不過,食完蒜頭之後自不然會有口氣既問題,所以對於要飯後要見客既人可能就唔係咁適合喇!生牛河($50)︰一心想黎試佢既signature dish,而最後都總算無令我失望。同一般坊間既生牛河唔同,喺呢度既生牛河係比較少見既真正「生」牛,上枱既時候D牛重係紅紅地色既生肉,真真正正可以自由控制「幾多成熟」,自然可以食得出

生牛河($50)︰一心想黎試佢既signature dish,而最後都總算無令我失望。同一般坊間既生牛河唔同,喺呢度既生牛河係比較少見既真正「生」牛,上枱既時候D牛重係紅紅地色既生肉,真真正正可以自由控制「幾多成熟」,自然可以食得出肉既質感同埋新鮮既感覺!至於河粉方面,雖然都係D基本野,但係河粉煮到腍腍地卻唔會好似一pat野咁,絕對收貨。

雖然食物整體質素唔錯,但服務態度認真麻麻,基本上可以用冇黎形容。食完即刻收晒枱上面既野唔在講,出去俾錢既時候重要黑口黑面一句「多謝」都冇。見到出面果條長長既人龍,我覺得佢地可能真係抱住唔憂做既態度,「多一個唔多,少一個唔少」既心態,再貫切一貫「出左名就變臉」既永恒不變既定律!

There is always a long line outside NT, but it's always worth the wait. Simple food, nothing insane, but always tastes great, and is filling.Normally me and my bf just pick our own to eat, but the last time we went we decided to share a beef pho, and a few rolls (I really like the soft shell crab roll) and the beef salad. I love the sauce and cucumbers in it. Also like the dipping sauce. Always a good choice. Sometimes i'll get myself a coconut. Yum!

Normally me and my bf just pick our own to eat, but the last time we went we decided to share a beef pho, and a few rolls (I really like the soft shell crab roll) and the beef salad. I love the sauce and cucumbers in it. 
Also like the dipping sauce. 

Always a good choice. Sometimes i'll get myself a coconut. Yum!

是日約了友人fab吃飯, 平日晚上七時十五分到達, 還未full house即可入座. 點選了soft shell crab rolls (HK$46), deep dried soft shell crab (HK$70), pan seared stuffed squid (HK$58), pork and shrimp spring roll(HK$52). 由於天氣太熱了, soft shell crab rolls 則是筆者的選擇. 香口的軟殼蟹, 用上青瓜中和, 加上薄薄的米紙, 口感不俗, 味道中規中矩. deep dried soft shell crab: 一放上桌已經很澎湃, 用上三隻重量級原隻軟殼蟹. 咬下去也頗為鬆化, 內有蟹膏, 夠甘香, 整體不算太油膩, 可以的. pan seared stuffed squid: 感覺是魷魚釀上肉餅, 味道非常普通, 賣相也不太吸引. 哈哈. pork and shrimp spring roll: 印象不太深刻的一道菜, 水準一般.
