手切上等牛柳河粉湯底鮮甜有肉香,牛柳切得是一口size,鮮嫩剛好熟。加入芽菜和洋蔥等,越味很濃,尚算正宗。最欣賞的是河粉很滑身,不會過稔,還是有點彈性。炸春卷又香又脆 ,沒有一點的油膩感,炸得十分通透,沾上店舖的酸辣醬,簡直是絕配!見到隔離枱點的會安軟殻蟹卷十分大份,軟殻蟹大大舊又有蟹膏,忍唔住叫埋一份。味道和炸春卷截然不同,軟殼蟹炸得酥脆配埋醬汁和新鮮的生菜和蘿蔔絲,味道很清新,很平衡,口感豐富!

今日同男朋友去咗葵芳行街,行到累就順便在新都會廣場食晚飯。可能因為星期六晚的關係,好多間餐廳都好多人等位,最後我地就決定食芽莊,因為芽莊相對地較少人等位,但最後2人檯都要等10張。由於太肚餓關係,我同男朋友決定一人叫一碗粉再加2個小菜。男友叫咗手切上等牛柳河粉,原來個牛柳河粉係每日限量供應,好好彩我地叫嘅時候仲未賣哂。個牛柳好淋同好香牛肉味,但個湯就略嫌油咗少少。我就叫咗脆皮蝦卷撈檬,個蝦卷好crispy,而且仲要有好多舊蝦卷之後仲叫咗牛油雞翼同蒜子炒通菜。牛油雞翼係我最愛,每次食越南野我都一定會叫,真係好好食手切上等牛柳河粉脆皮蝦卷撈檬牛油雞翼蒜子炒通菜

上一次光顧這食肆應該也有半年前,假日一個人又來到新都會廣場,腦海中不停湧現的便是芽莊的[香茅豬扒撈檬]。下午兩點,可能是因為我一個人,所不用等枱,坐下不久職員就為我遞上餐牌,翻看餐牌時發現餐牌轉了新裝,食物價錢也調高了;從前的香茅豬扒撈檬價錢六十多元,現在要七十八元。我點了一碟豬扒撈檬再加上一杯24D榴槤沙冰,豬扒撈檬的水準一向穩定,豬扒入味、鬆軟,但檬粉份量比以前少了,碟邊多了生菜伴碟(從前是沒有的),榴槤沙冰值得推介!撲鼻的榴槤飄香之餘,每一啖都是濃郁的榴槤味,真材實料,若果你是榴槤粉必定喜愛。

知好出名,不過都係第一次食,仲要冇食到越南野,我地食午餐,成個餐牌都係西式餐飲,我叫左個63度溫泉蛋卡邦尼扁意粉,朋友叫左塊扒(8安士)賣相其實還可以,味道都唔錯,份量好足,不過佢有埋餐湯、餐包、野飲送,我地又成兩點先食,所以都食得好飽!坐得幾舒服,收加一,整體都滿意,係唔知點解餐牌同餐廳名唔係幾對應咁解lol
