之前係上環果間分店都幫襯過呢個品牌,覺得環境同食物質素都唔係太差,嚟到圍方見到呢間餐廳午市時段唔使點等位,諗都冇諗就入左去食,點知呢間分店服務質素差到不得了,由落單到上菜都全程黑口黑面對待客人(尤其係嗰位隻手有紋身嘅女侍應),而食物質素勉強都只可以講同茶餐廳差唔多,但收緊茶餐廳起碼雙倍有多嘅價錢,到埋單俾錢都仲係黑口黑面,莫講話會講一句多謝(反而有時連茶餐廳收錢嗰下都有基本嘅禮貌)。當從事服務業嘅員工都唔敬業(有時食客都唔係話要求有好嘅質素,做到基本禮貌已經值得嘉許),用仇視目光看待入嚟食嘢嘅客人,特別係生意已經唔算多嘅時間都係咁,咁就好難怪今天本地人都不想再留港消費,其實都係商戶沒有把關服務質素的後果,乃屬咎由自取。

基本上食物同飲品質素係唔錯的,但所有嘢都衰喺個魚露手上,魚露唔夠甜唔夠濃唔夠香,總之就係差咗啲嘢咁,賣相唔錯嘅食物本來期望很高點知沾上魚露之後變極失望,我們一枱3個人都係同一感覺,須知魚露對於東南亞菜嚟講係非常之重要。嗰位應該係經理嘅職員態度硬係怪怪的,唔可以話佢冇禮貌,但又絕對唔係笑臉殷勤嗰隻,好似唔係好高興招呼你但佢又冇嘢令你要投訴佢,總之唔知想點咁啦,係嗰種佢冇得罪你但你會盡量唔想同佢講嘢嗰啲人。由於沒有下午茶套餐所以散叫,3個人3杯凍飲+3款小吃(魚餅,濱海,粉卷)食咗4百7十幾蚊,下午茶每人平均over$150, 貴就一定㗎喇,但係如果個魚露好味啲同個經理啲面口正常番少少條氣會順啲。

由於沒有下午茶套餐所以散叫,3個人3杯凍飲+3款小吃(魚餅,濱海,粉卷)食咗4百7十幾蚊,下午茶每人平均over$150, 貴就一定㗎喇,但係如果個魚露好味啲同個經理啲面口正常番少少條氣會順啲。

芽莊係連鎖集團,我自己在不同分店都幫襯過,尖沙嘴海港城那間是不錯的,以前位於沙田個間的食物味道及素質明顯更好,搬到黎圍方明顯食品素質下降。星期一lunchtime來食一碗炙燒牛柳湯河粉,黎到嚇親就係d牛柳明顯地裡面未熟,我唔係第一次係芽莊食呢款食物,牛肉少少唔熟裡面粉紅色係可接受,但呢碟明顯完全未煮好係undercook,賣$110,已經偏貴,味道ok,但係凍同埋未熟,似係一早煮好,同侍應講,有個類似經理的人話換給我,幫我處理後仍然不是太熟,當我想拍照紀錄低佢見到,即刻換一碟新嘅比我,但感覺都不是立即燒,同以前食開熱辣辣的感覺完全不同。湯河粉的湯味道明顯稀釋過,溝左水。服務態度一般般,就算換比我面口都不算友善。

位於大圍新商場4樓的越南野,圍方是是近期非常熱門的商場,人潮眾多,每間餐廳排隊都很多。4樓這間越南餐廳雖然都滿,但係還有座位不用等,所以試下。今日叫了牛肉撈蒙和雞翼撈蒙,牛肉撈蒙這道菜色香味俱全。牛肉切得厚實,肉質入味又鬆軟。另外一道菜雞翼撈蒙也是一個驚喜。雞翼裹上了酥脆的外皮,炸得剛剛好,讓人在每一口咬下去時都能感受到肉質的鮮嫩和多汁。不僅如此,撈蔬菜的湯底更增添了一份爽口的風味,讓整道菜鮮美而又不失濃郁的滋味。總結來說,芽莊是一家非常值得一試的餐廳。
