二十道呢間新派拉麵居酒屋麵有啲驚喜,試左兩種拉麵,牛舌拉麵同西班牙白豚肉拉麵,兩款拉麵嘅湯底都係用左雞同帆立貝熬成,飲落好鮮甜而且唔會食落好滯,飲晒都無問題。牛舌好軟腍,而西班牙白豚肉燒過好香同好有風味,牛舌拉麵配搭咗日本水菜,而後者就配搭咗蘆筍、車厘茄、意大利青瓜,fusion 得黎又幾夾!小食嘅岩熔蝦球我都幾推介,入邊係流心嘅鹹蛋黃,同蝦膠都幾夾!另外我哋都自己加咗個有馬山椒蜆肉手卷同海膽手卷,前者少少麻香配上蜆肉都唔錯,後者嘅海膽非常鮮甜,都幾好食!
