A Modern Ramen and Izakaya Restaurant
This restaurant is helmed by two chefs with more than 20 years of experience. Niju aims to follow 20 rules (including 5 flavours, 5 colours, 5 cooking ways and 5 attitudes) to cook the ramen and izakaya dishes. All the dishes are served with exquisite plating, which is a bit Western-style. The restaurant is designed with the morphology of bamboo, with the 'Japan blue' of Indigo Dyeing as the theme colour. It demonstrates Artisan's concentration; the crucial Japanese spirit inherits from tradition to contemporary. Besides, the Japanese bamboo-style bar and seats let you enjoy interacting with chefs and tasting good foods and alcoholic beverages with friends.

「二十道」位於北角七姊妹道,走新派拉麵x居酒屋路線,希望帶卑食客有種嶄新既體驗西班牙白豚肉 (雞濃湯拉麵)湯底以嚴選農舍雞、帆立貝、沙甸魚干、日本野菜,以自家秘方熬煮成,湯頭濃得黎但清甜,好好飲厚切西班牙豚肩肉,先以西京味噌醃至鬆軟入味,再生燒,拌以日本櫻花魚蛋片、BB露筍、車厘茄、意大利黃青瓜、迷迭香,整碗既配搭同味道都好出色雪酒拉麵 (魷魚一夜干)雪酒拉麵既湯底係由雞濃湯混合酒粕煮成,淡淡既酒香令人一試愛上,魷魚一夜干鹹度温和,質感柔靱,配以意大利青瓜、紫洋葱及日本水菜,將居酒屋既味道融入係一碗拉麵入面,真係高招岩溶蝦球蝦球炸至香脆,蝦球入面既咸蛋黃芝士一咬隨即流出,好好味店舖地方真係好細,只得數十個位,咁岩我坐既位置,店員語帶命令式既語氣話張櫈唔可以退後,原來要留返卑佢行出行入,正常講聲就可以啦,唔洗喝人既語調既🙂,全程真係坐得好屈質,店內既抽風系統都好差,油煙味完全散唔到,不過拉麵同食物係高水準,睇得出師傅既用心同心思,我都會推薦大家要黎試下 continue reading

看網評睇到呢間「二十道」、食客好多讚賞👍🏻!就一心來品嚐一下,這間餐廳面積同空間細小、但餐點有很多選擇,可以用手機apps下單,先進喔!餐廳服務員只有兩位、包辦送餐、煮食、收銀,不容易!客似雲來、不到十分鐘已經滿座、門口有客人排隊,我地二人點了牛舌拉麵🍜同慢煮雞肉拉麵、湯汁好重厚、味道也很濃郁、一頓挺享受的一個午餐呀!配埋熔岩蝦球、彈牙香脆、非常開心的搭配!計畫下次來品嚐二十道晚餐、一定有一番意外驚喜啦 continue reading

這家日本餐廳位於鰂魚涌C出口附近的一條小巷子裡,在太古坊以外較為隱蔽的位置。雖然店鋪並非大型,但環境舒適宜人。由於座位有限,建議提前預訂以確保有位。▪️燒牛舌丼套餐 + 帆立貝手卷 $136牛舌燒得非常香口,口感柔軟細滑。牛舌佔據了大半碗飯,非常飽足又充分。帆立貝手卷最特別之處在於沒有加入飯料。外層的帆立貝被燒得焦香甜美,展現出鮮美的味道。▪️和牛雞濃湯烏冬 $116和牛牛肉味道濃郁香濃,有較強的油脂感。牛肉質地略帶咬勁。雞湯味道濃郁但不膩,還帶有一絲日本清酒的香氣。烏冬用稻庭烏冬製作,滑順又煙靭。 這家餐廳提供了一些獨特而富有風味的日本菜式,如燒牛舌丼和帆立貝手卷等。主食方面,和牛雞濃湯烏冬也頗受讚賞。雖然環境並非非常豪華,但服務態度良好。整體來說是一個值得一試的日本餐廳選擇。 continue reading
