To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次晚餐叫咗外賣日本壽司🍣，份量好大，今次叫了軍艦，才料好足夠亦都好新鮮。仲叫咗蟹子沙律都特別大盤，比較適合多人聚會或者肚餓嘅時候叫。我推介嘅係三文魚和吞拿魚軍艦😊。你出面一般日本餐廳啲軍艦大一倍。至於蟹子沙律就冇咩特別，不過份量非常大，沙律醬汁都好齊🙈餐廳好細心， Wasabi同醬料都會送埋跟埋。刺身方面，雖然我冇叫，但係選擇都幾多。價錢合理，非常有性價比，一件咁大嘅軍艦都係10元左右😉👍🏻

近這一年出品質量下降。明白生意難做，在疫情下這間生意還不錯。好多街坊幫襯，我也是其中一個。但近年份量缩水，如三文魚，鲭鱼等。最過份是側側膊走便當中的半只蛋。已多次欠蛋了！好有被騙感覺！不老實！今晚亦是。當我見到走左只蛋，然後問返佢，厨房個人见我發現左佢的缩水嘢，好不情願地叫我等等。但佢發悔氣把蛋掉落我個便當到。蛋都返轉左，蛋黃散埋。唉！這種服務態度，不實的心態及質量，真令人失望，将會減少再去幫襯！

今日開party叫左個到會餐，岩岩好5個人份量夠食，壽司、刺身都好新鮮！！司機好好人，不過送到嚟屋企樓下咋，因為佢無位泊車，好彩唔係好重，一個人都拎得到。下次叫到會都會再叫呢間😋
