最近秋意清涼,最適合al fresco dining。身處新開幕的雙子匯Sogo,於半空中的Nisugu浪漫晚餐,享受清幽的夜景,同時飽覽啟德區的璀璨燈火。為左西班牙菜合集,我今季密密光顧西班牙餐廳,今次要涉獵比較特別既西日fusion。RED PRAWN AVOCADO TARTARE 紅蝦鮮甜他他,牛油果綿綿HOKKAIDO SCALLOP CRUDO 北海道刺身帶子配上柑橘類的橙漬,令人吃得清新舒爽。SPANISH SUCKLING PIG 西班牙燒乳豬配蘋果蓉 為餐廳的signature dish之一,難得的是燒乳豬的全片外皮都十分香脆,咬下去時聽到脆皮的清脆聲,絕對有asmr的治癒感。乳豬油香溢,跟蘋果蓉產生中和之效,是明智之選。72% DARK CHOCOLATE 巴斯克蛋糕的外層用上72%黑朱古力,難怪朱古力味是如此香濃,非常出色,是必點之選。UJI Whisky上密佈著Matcha 厚層,混和後好易入口,到後調會帶出到檸檬汁的微酸。AKI 為無酒精的Mocktail,焙茶/荔枝/梳打水,幫助解膩。

很久沒有吃西班牙菜,去了一間在家附近新開的餐廳嘗試了一下。首先,蕃茄搭配酸種麵包,新鮮清爽的蕃茄鋪在脆脆的麵包上,口感極佳,又醒胃。接著,蒜片橄欖油大蝦熱騰騰地上桌,散發油香,蝦肉彈牙可口。檸檬鹽麴烤雞翼既有烤的惹味,肉質又保持鮮嫩多汁。我特別喜歡的伊比利亞火腿無花果沙律,這裡的食材新鮮,調味也十分到位。西班牙海鮮飯則做得香濃糯軟,還帶有脆底,口感非常豐富。一頓有驚喜的家常便飯。一定會再回來嘗試其他菜品。
