Nood food 真的是個好品牌，啲嘢食嘅quality係超級高. 平時都係食開Avocado Bagel, 今次試咗呢個蜂蜜乳酪真係超級正. 有機會會試埋佢嗰啲飯Not only their bagels are super yum, but their yogurt is also a must try item. Staff are helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend their high protein drinks after training

喺PURE做完gym想補充一下蛋白質，而且已經9點幾，有啲肚餓但係又唔想食正餐咁邪惡，於是乎就喺NOOD買咗呢款紅粉飛飛yogurt。已經數唔到食過佢地嘅yogurt幾多次，佢地嘅yogurt都係偏杰身，唔會太稀，所以我都覺得幾飽肚而且亦都會覺得好足料，有藍莓🫐，可以補充營養，尤其係運動前後食特別合適

杯Smoothie好好飲... 我叫咗杯Peanut Butter.. 好飲到爆炸... 我本身係好鐘意食花生嘅人...一見到meau有 Peanut Butter即刻order返一杯飲... 一飲落去餉感情非常好... 花生味道喺我個口入面慢慢溶化.. 好想下次再嚟嘅時間買多一杯... Nood仲有好多種口味... 有我都鍾意嘅Mint Chocolate... 下次我嚟都要買返一杯嚟飲先得... 極力推介朋友嚟飲返杯~~

平時去Pure經過nood food都覺得啲嘢食好色彩繽紛好吸引，今日放工去做gym之前冇時間食嘢，於是去買咗一個紅粉菲菲芒果乳酪。杯乳酪有三個layer，最底層係奇亞籽mix咗芒果果泥，中間嗰層係低脂乳酪，食得出加咗蜂蜜，用蜂蜜去加甜味感覺好健康，最頂層係granola，仲有幾粒新鮮藍莓，mix埋一齊咁食成杯嘅口感好豐富。杯乳酪食落去酸酸甜甜咁，忍唔住食完一啖又一啖。佢個份量唔會太多，食完都唔覺得太Heavy，下次要試埋其他口味!

The food at nood was awesome. I ordered a chicken egg white wrap. The wrap was very good with fresh ingredients. The wrap had lots of chicken, cheese and spinach too. The wrap was warmed up by the staff which made it even better. Dining experience was nice as well. Apart from wraps, Nood also offers nice smoothie options. I would recommend to try their wraps and protein meals. Worth the price and value for money.

Looking for food with good macronutrients to replenish my body for a workout, Nood food is what I will go for normally and this wrap and soup are what my all time favourite.The wrap has guacamole and turkey slices and tomato and a hint of spiciness. The well smashed avocado will melt in your mouth and it jutaxposed with other ingredients so well that it often make my mouth water. 每次係pure做完運動，一定會買一支椰子水飲吓，特別係做完hot hatha，或者上完fitness class 都需要補充大量水份，我鍾意飲完一支水之後再加一支椰子水。呢度嘅椰子水感覺好天然。雖然要$50一支，但真係好好飲嘢食好唔好食就見仁見智啦，始終都係主打有機健康食品，味道會較為清淡同埋健康一啲。上次試過一個卷，入面有牛油果、芒果、煙三文魚，出面個皮比較硬，但入面啲材料幾新鮮。都是果半份煙三文魚三文治，味道算係正常。而沙律個味道就怪怪地，沙冰都幾好飲，用新鮮水果榨出嚟，lemon shooter好苦好澀，好大浸薑味，個人認為呢兩樣野比較口味獨特。

After the body pump and yoga class, I was really hungry. I decided to grasp a wrap from Nood as it was quite late to find a restaurant to order food and eat.It was 10pm. Lucky me. The food were all 50% off! I randomly picked the Roasted Salmon with Mango wrap. It was amazingly good!Most of the ingredients are organic (sounds healthy). The mango and avocado inside the wrap gives you a fresh feeling! It is so yummy! Worth eating again!
