喺PURE做完gym想補充一下蛋白質,而且已經9點幾,有啲肚餓但係又唔想食正餐咁邪惡,於是乎就喺NOOD買咗呢款紅粉飛飛yogurt。已經數唔到食過佢地嘅yogurt幾多次,佢地嘅yogurt都係偏杰身,唔會太稀,所以我都覺得幾飽肚而且亦都會覺得好足料,有藍莓🫐,可以補充營養,尤其係運動前後食特別合適
