早兩個月老人家生日,當然都係想食中菜!近近地又方便大家放工到達,就揀了港島區的北園酒家!上去第二層,可以搭LIFT,不用老人家走樓梯。就近就可以食早一點,不太多人,疫情之下,枱與枱都隔得遠,場地大,6點幾有好多位。去到點菜,就叫個套餐,比散叫平一點。叫了套餐有龍蝦伊麵,半隻鵝,魚兩食(2碟),冬瓜盅一鍋及佛跳牆一鍋真是飽到食唔落,湯水都有2款。魚就是忘記是什麼魚,但仍記得魚肉好滑身,好食!龍蝦不用多說,大碟,多龍蝦,比伊麵還要多,抵食之選! 好味彈牙多肉!無得輸!冬瓜盅清熱,飲落好舒服,材料見圖,亦不少!佛跳牆足料,不會太濃味,味道適中!脆皮雞肉嫩皮脆,有水準!👍鵝是正正常常的一味。總的來說,海鮮唔錯,服務都很好,最尾還有壽包!真是飽到上心口!😂

鵝是正正常常的一味。

總的來說,海鮮唔錯,服務都很好,最尾還有壽包!真是飽到上心口!😂

還加了$28加選了花膠濃雞湯,看顏色是奶黃色的,面層的雞油至少證明了是真材實料不是加湯精而已的湯,當中有兩件花膠,很彈牙爽身的,不是太膠質,應該是比較便宜的花膠吧,不過都好味,湯真的是很濃郁,不像是味精鹹味,如果出這個湯底的麵食真的不得了

自從中環北園結業後,好耐無食這間酒樓。今次外賣半價,所以便試試。叫了懷舊楊州炒飯($69),好有鑊氣,材料新鮮,蝦大大隻,好味。跟住叫了上湯(原隻)龍蝦伊面($198),啖啖肉,好新鮮。龍蝦仲有好多膏,不錯。伊面底亦煮得不錯。

早上十點九上去,好多空枱。四人搵位沒有困難。要求bb椅很快送到。星期六日優惠點心選三件$45,選了六樣。但有漏單情況,最後有一樣無來,而且因為送點心到枱是完全沒有記錄(不會蓋印),後來付款提出有點心沒有送上遇到困難,經理好像不太相信。可能之前點了一個楊支甘露投訴有蒜頭味(估計是同放在一個冰箱所致),侍應馬上提出取消。後來付款又說漏單被對方懷疑玩嘢吧。要說食物質素,點心味道還不錯算是不過不失,但肉絲抄麵味道卻相當失敗,感覺是整個麵炸一下放碟然後放肉絲跟汁馬上出枱。整個麵油膩味相當重。
