Overall wasn’t impressed.Got a seafood noodles and a vegetable. Was charged for a more expensive vegetable than I ordered. Portions were fairly small, prices are high, got charged for tea even when we only had water, and there was a service charge.Still, some redeeming factors. This is kind of a hidden location, so it has that going for it. Also, the food isn’t bad. Just way too small, portion wise. The vegetable was fine: they serve it in a soup, and it’s cooked fairly normally.

This is opened by 3 Michelin-starred chef, Bombana, though the location is in an alley in Central but decor is very nice and tasteful. We had been here few times and is always packed. The dim sum is very good & authentic, real local style I don’t like the fusion kind. Their dinner menu is the same, there are side dishes like Chiu Chow goose or shredded chicken with rice noodles. Do try the mango pudding and egg tart, they are excellent!

食物:做得很精緻,每款點心都很好吃,自己最欣賞係芝士鮑魚撻,閨蜜最愛松露雞肉飯,還有一款覺得必吃是腩肉包,包面雖不是網上相片的人頭公仔,換上九号館紅色字樣,一樣吸晴。

Came here during the Christmas holidays and after 2pm so it was not very packed but they still have a couple of other customers. Ordered a rice dish and two other dim sum to share. The shop decoration was designed to looked like an old fashion Chinese resturant you might found in China town. The Xiao Long Bao we ordered was delicious and the rice tasted great as well. We come here again.

見佢介紹乜乜前廚師咪去試下。叫左8樣點心,有燒賣,蝦餃,流沙包等。最好食就係個排骨飯既豉油汁既撈飯。蝦餃無汁;流沙包,大量油(附圖);蘿蔔糕粉多料少,淡而無味。最重要係後尾發現件衫既背隻位污糟左,相信係侍應放低/收起豉油時滴到,完全無告知。可一不可再。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

焗芝士鮑魚撻絕對是工夫之作,波哥用上燉了多個小時的南非鮑魚切粒,加入雞粒及蘑菇,放進香酥的撻皮來,再覆蓋上芝士、蛋及沙律醬焗製,出爐時香噴噴,層次豐富又鬆化,每一口都滋味無窮。

另一個招牌點心是滷點腩肉飽,師傅用上滷水五花腩來作,切粒後加入菜脯及鮑汁製作,飽身軟熟,餡料鮮味突出,飽面更印有老闆兒子的卡通肖像,十分可愛,味道又討好,值得一試。

剛嚐完一系列點心後,是時候來點滷水食物了。店內的滷水食物是老行尊的潘師傅的出品,他用上40年的陳年滷水,甘香醇厚,所滷之食物皆有著馥郁的滷水香氣。先是一碟鵝頭頸,份量一點也不少,除了鵝頭值錢之外,師傅要起出鵝頸肉也非易事,非有一定的功力也切不出鵝皮連著的鵝肉絲,吃起來甘香又軟滑,實在美味。

另一碟是滷水豬手拼滷水蛋,豬手件爽彈軟腍,加上早已去骨,相當方便;而滷水蛋的質感相當軟身,感覺十分幼嫩,配合清幽的滷水香,相當好吃。
