入去元朗探朋友,問佢呢度附近有乜好食。佢就話附近有間打冷唔錯,都開咗好多年,於是就同佢去咗試吓。我哋兩個女仔食,本來唔諗住叫太多野。點知睇落餐牌佢樣樣野都唔貴,於是都好貪心買咗四樣嘢,分別有豪仔粥、豪餅、滷水拼盤、同埋炒蟹。先講豪仔粥,裏面啲豪仔出奇地多,加埋啲芹菜香噴噴好好味,一啲都唔會腥,粥底都好甜。另外豪餅都好大塊,熱辣辣應該係啱啱炸起,而對面啲豪仔亦同樣好多。滷水拼盤就反而冇乜特別,味道同出面啲打冷差不多。反而個炒蟹就真係好驚喜,唔使$100啲蟹我哋兩個女仔都食唔晒,味道都算唔錯幾滋味。不過晚飯時間都係得一個阿姐喺度,所以如果要求好嘅服務呢度就難啲,不過佢勝在價錢夠平抵食。我如果下次過開來都會嚟呢度食,聽我個朋友講佢間唔中都嚟,因為夠抵食。

入去元朗探朋友,問佢呢度附近有乜好食。佢就話附近有間打冷唔錯,都開咗好多年,於是就同佢去咗試吓。

我哋兩個女仔食,本來唔諗住叫太多野。點知睇落餐牌佢樣樣野都唔貴,於是都好貪心買咗四樣嘢,分別有豪仔粥、豪餅、滷水拼盤、同埋炒蟹。

先講豪仔粥,裏面啲豪仔出奇地多,加埋啲芹菜香噴噴好好味,一啲都唔會腥,粥底都好甜。另外豪餅都好大塊,熱辣辣應該係啱啱炸起,而對面啲豪仔亦同樣好多。

滷水拼盤就反而冇乜特別,味道同出面啲打冷差不多。反而個炒蟹就真係好驚喜,唔使$100啲蟹我哋兩個女仔都食唔晒,味道都算唔錯幾滋味。

不過晚飯時間都係得一個阿姐喺度,所以如果要求好嘅服務呢度就難啲,不過佢勝在價錢夠平抵食。

我如果下次過開來都會嚟呢度食,聽我個朋友講佢間唔中都嚟,因為夠抵食。

今晚兩個人去左水邊圍呢家打冷,2個人叫左3碟野,分別有蠔仔粥、韮菜豬紅、炸蠔餅。豬紅好味,不過韮菜每次都好多渣,咬唔到。新嘗試叫蠔仔粥,都唔錯的,都足料,細碗已夠兩個人分。至於蠔餅就每次必點,因為炸得好香口,食落好脆卜卜,不過今次炸蠔餅就等左好鬼耐,差不多成4、5個字食晒果兩碟都仲未黎,耐到差啲想取消。

朋友話想食打冷,咪去佢屋企附近呢間小店試吓囉,打冷我一向麻麻就由得佢地點菜先黎咗碗蠔仔粥,蠔仔都算幾多料好足,只係味道唔夠濃咸酸菜煮門鱔魚又係味道唔夠豐富,只有減味沒有魚既鮮味及調味既甜味鹵水鵝色澤好深,但食落唔入味淡淡的,但好在肉質唔差好易咬口,一般般啦!螄蚶就超级減,呢味我真係接受唔到頂唔順。豬紅又係好似鹵水鵝一樣,色澤深但食落非常淡口,唔好食總結呢一餐有幾味就好淡,螄蚶就好咸,其實真係好一般,唔知點解都幾多人食喎,唔通全部都係自己人(潮州人)

六記是一平民式的傳統潮州小店,主力做街坊生意,貨真價實當然最重要,據母親說此處打冷小菜的價錢大概都是$40-60,價錢挺相宜的,不過今天由非由我請客,價錢方面不太有印象,本食評恕我未能詳述了。媽媽發辨叫了韮菜豬紅、炒蟹、滷水鵝片、潮州凍烏頭以及我最愛的咸菜炒蜆仔,五人份量該差不多了。韮菜豬紅又滑又入味,只嫌韮菜略少。炒蟹是歸打冷菜那種,不是即炒熱食那種,好像只售$60,但味道挺不錯。滷水鵝片份量不少,滷水入味,抵食夾大件,推介!至為驚喜的則是潮州凍烏頭,在潮州酒家這道菜價錢不便宜,可是這裏不足一百元便可品嚐,加上是用上楊氏元朗烏頭,實在是質素的保證,吃時蘸點普寧豆醬帶出鮮味,美味無窮!咸菜炒蜆仔更是我的至愛,清爽咸酸的咸菜和惹味的炒蜆仔用來送潮州白粥實在一絶。
