近期已很少到㚈食飯,擔心碰到暴亂,有家歸不得,但是太久沒有每好友聊聊天,相約了在比較寧靜的地鐵站聚會,選了樂富海鱻城。6時到達現場,客人不多,環境光猛靜局,它有6人、12 人等套餐,價錢便宜。但沒有4人餐,所以我們叫了一個東星班、半隻文昌雞和一碟菜548元的組合。東星足有一斤,蒸到剛剛好,肉質不錯,文昌雞是小型版,但皮脆肉㜛,另外我們也選擇了黃金蝦球,賣相不錯,用彩色的脆籃盛著,蝦肉爽脆加上金沙的脆脆㚈皮,是佐酒之送。除組合的白菜仔外,亦點了山藥秋葵炒花膠。這餸則一般水準。完成這頓晚餐就覺得有口渴感覺,希望叫碗糖水潤潤,可惜選擇不多,全部都不太喜歡,只好找間甜品店繼續。埋單每位300元有找吃東星,也是不錯的選擇。

今日係老公姐姐,即我姑奶生日,佢住在樂富,放工同老公去同佢食餐飯,姑奶說她的商場有一間酒樓,叫海鱻城,飲茶和食晚飯都唔錯,我們就訂左枱今晚食飯。酒樓佔地都好大,製修設計時尚,座位寬敞,燈光明亮。脆皮潮連燒鵝:老公同佢家姐特別喜歡食燒鵝,當時少不了,燒鵝例牌,剛好是上段,佢地最愛的鵝胸,肉厚皮脆,沒有太多肥膏,肉質鮮嫩,皮帶少許鵝油香味,點些酸梅醬,十分惹味!當紅炸子雞半隻:即叫即炸,皮脆肉嫩又入味,還加了少許炸蒜,增加左香味。花膠北菰鵝掌煲:呢煲就真係值得推薦,上枱時熱騰騰,煲內發出沙沙聲,用材高質,大大塊花膠和鵝掌,又有大隻花菇。炆得好入味,花膠鵝掌林滑,花菇厚肉爽口,好好味!石鍋一品炒飯:份量也不少,用料有蝦仁、帶子、芥蘭粒,用特别調過味的醬油炒,飯粒粒分明有鑊氣,用石鍋盛載可以保持温度耐D,食完飯,石鍋還是熱的。

今天朋友和我慶祝生日,突然間想起很久沒有吃過中菜,他找了一間不錯的酒樓,名宇好特別姬松茸燉響攞湯湯料有姬松茸,響攞,雞腳,豬肉及瑤柱,份量很多,但湯不油頻色清澈,喝一口香濃的海鮮燉湯味道,湯料亦非常美味令朋友吃過不停石鍋一品炒飯配料有貝柱,蝦仁,翠肉瓜及生菜,飯粒分明,香香的醬油味道,平常很少吃飯的我也吃了一碗碧綠炒雙蝆雙蝆新鮮爽脆,質感彈牙,火候控制得好好,翠玉瓜炒得不會過熟,放久了都不會出水彩椒淮山炒帶子新鮮淮山薄切時間控制得好,炒得片片我分明,如果過熟就會變成稀爛,帶子新鮮有彈性口感十足平常不會到酒樓晚膳的我,沒想過酒樓的菜色已經與時並進,種類多食材配搭新穎,扭轉兒時的記憶,到酒樓吃飯只有白切雞,蒸魚和冬菇蠔油扣生菜,現在我可以有很多選擇。

The fish was just steamed with soy sauce topped with spring onions.
The oil they used was fresh so it didn't ruin the fish.
